烧、烫伤用负离子壳聚糖复合喷剂及其制备方法,本发明的特点:1.利用壳聚糖的带阳离子的高分子碱性多糖聚合物特性:天然无毒、无抗原性。壳聚糖(chitosan)是甲壳素经脱乙酰化制得的一种高分子氨基多糖,又名几丁聚糖、甲壳胺,是目前世界上唯一带阳离子的高分子碱性多糖聚合物,天然无毒、无抗原性。分子链上丰富的羟基和氨基使其易发生化学反应而具备多种功能,具有止痛、止血、促进伤口愈合、减小瘢痕、抑菌、良好的生理相容性和生物可降解性等优异的性能。2.利用负离子的还原性可使烧、烫伤面不易被氧化,起到保护作用,并且负离子可增强人体免疫力和抗菌力。使烧、烫伤面更易治愈。3.以及中药白芨、三七、血竭很好的止血、化瘀、抗菌、止痛的作用。

烧、烫伤用负离子壳聚糖复合喷剂,属于生活日用品、医药、化学领域。
发明背景
烧、烫伤是一种常见的皮肤创伤。烧、烫伤时,机体血管内的液体渗出,引起组织水肿、组织坏死。大面积烧伤时,血管渗透性异常,丢失大量液体,创面疼痛,还可能引起休克。受损局部的感染、疼痛、创面久治不愈是皮肤烧伤后常见的并发症状。
发明内容
本发明的亮点在于:
1.利用壳聚糖的带阳离子的高分子碱性多糖聚合物特性:天然无毒、无抗原性。壳聚糖(chitosan)是甲壳素经脱乙酰化制得的一种高分子氨基多糖,又名几丁聚糖、甲壳胺,是目前世界上唯一带阳离子的高分子碱性多糖聚合物,天然无毒、无抗原性。分子链上丰富的羟基和氨基使其易发生化学反应而具备多种功能,具有止痛、止血、促进伤口愈合、减小瘢痕、抑菌、良好的生理相容性和生物可降解性等优异的性能。
壳聚糖是一种白色或灰白色半透明的粉状固体,无味、无臭、无毒,略带珍珠光泽。壳聚糖具有可降解性、良好的生物相容性和一定的抗菌性和搞肿瘤性能广泛应用于医药、食品、化工等行业,素有万能多糖的美誉。壳聚糖降解产物对人体无毒副作用,在体内不积蓄,无免疫原性,在生物医学领域得到很好的应用,如人工皮肤的创伤敷料。
2.利用负离子的还原性可使烧、烫伤面不易被氧化,起到保护作用,并且负离子可增强人体免疫力和抗菌力。使烧、烫伤面更易治愈。
3.以及应用中药白芨、三七、血竭很好的止血、化瘀、抗菌、止痛的作用。
(1)白芨是兰科多年生草本植物,性味苦甘涩,微寒,敛气,渗痰,止血。经生物低温提取的白芨提取液,含丰富的白芨胶,葡配甘露多聚糖,具有:收敛止血,消肿生肌,亲水性,无抗原性,无毒副作用。
(2)三七又名田七,金不换,是驰名中外的名贵药材。其根、茎提取液可用于皮肤的烧烫伤的止血化瘀、消肿止痛。
(3)血竭别名麒麟竭,棕榈科植物麒麟竭果实和藤茎中的树脂。血竭油外敷治疗慢性伤口,可达到湿性愈合敷料处理伤口治疗效果。
4.原料易取得,生产工艺安全、易操作,能保证产品性能稳定。
本发明的配方如下:壳聚糖(1.0-30.0),纳米级的托玛琳粉(0.1-10.0),古海岩粉(0.1-10.0),清水石粉(0.1-10.0),麦饭石粉(0.1-10.0),水晶石粉(0.1-10.0),白芨(2.0-18.0)、三七(2.0-18.0)、血竭(2.0-10.0),去离子水100。
制备方法:
(1)用纳米粉碎技术,将可释放负离子的天然矿石:古海岩、托玛琳、清水石、麦饭石、水晶石进行超微粒化,按配比比例形成负离子混合粉体;
(2)利用超声波细胞粉碎机使超声波能在液体中产生分散效应,从而使液体产生空化的作用,分散稀土和各类无机矿物粉。本发明用去离子水,将上述(1)的负离子混合粉体进行充分分散,取得负离子粉体的液体。超声波粉碎机是加速化学、生物学、物理学的反应速度和加速液体脱气的理想装置。超声波粉碎机能配制近乎微米的百分之一大小的乳胶体;匀化″难混溶″的混合液;
(3)壳聚糖经生化、分离、纯化处理后,加入到负离子液中搅拌10分钟。再加入白芨、三七、血竭提取液,搅拌均匀可得到本发明。
