Description

Restraint device and restraint method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a constraint device and a constraint method thereof.
Background
In the clinical treatment process, some patients often have accidents such as falling from bed, bruising, scratching or self-extubation due to unconsciousness, and the behaviors can aggravate the disease condition and even endanger life.
The conventional restraint strap has no elasticity, is not suitable for overlong use time, and can be timely released after the stable state of an illness or the treatment is finished. For a patient needing long-term restraint, the peripheral circulation condition of the restraint part and the tightness of the restraint belt need to be observed every half hour, and the patient needs to move the limbs or relax once every two hours to find abnormality and deal with the abnormality in time. The tightness degree of the restraint strap is also important, and if the user loosens the restraint strap, the user can easily get rid of the restraint strap, so that secondary injury is easily caused, and people around the user can be endangered; too tight can cause pressure sores or limb injuries due to too long compression of the limb, but the tightness degree is often not controlled well.
The traditional restraint strap is a simple strap, has single structure and function, and has the problems of slow braking, complex restraint operation and difficulty in mastering the tightness of the restraint strap in the process of protecting patients. In addition, when the traditional restraint strap restrains the patient, the limbs and the joints cannot be kept in the functional positions, and the patient needs to be assisted to change the body position frequently to keep the comfort of the patient. Furthermore, the traditional restraint strap requires that the nursing staff adjust the proper tightness according to different body positions of the user, and the fixing method is knotting, so that the user can loosen the fixation by himself without attention, thereby causing accidents. The traditional restraint strap needs to be wound around a patient and then fixed on the bed rail, however, the bed rail is usually a transverse rod which is arranged transversely, and the restraint strap can slide along the axial direction of the transverse rod after being tied on the bed rail. Particularly in restless patients, the restraining belt can be pulled out of a certain gap, so that the restraining belt loses the restraining effect.
