Abstract
本发明公开了一种监控设备控制箱,包括箱体,所述箱体前端设有箱门,所述箱体上端内部开有放置腔,所述放置腔底端设有金属网板,所述放置腔内腔顶端安装有风扇,所述箱体内腔左右两侧壁均安装有卡块,所述卡块内端卡接有放置板,所述放置板内部开有空腔,所述空腔底端开有插孔,所述空腔内腔顶端安装有叶轮,所述插孔底端插接有插条,所述插条顶端安装有软磁铁块,所述软磁铁块顶端面设有黏胶层,所述箱体内腔底端设有集尘盒。本发明通过在放置板上设置插条、软磁铁块和黏胶层,能够在风扇带动气流流动时快速吸附空气中的灰尘颗粒,达到清楚箱体内部灰尘的效果,除尘效果好,清灰方便。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及监控技术领域,具体为一种监控设备控制箱。
背景技术
[0002] 控制箱适用开厂矿、企业、商场、宾馆、学校、机场、港口、医院、高层建筑、生活小区 等场合,交流50HZ,额定工作电压为交流380V的低压电网系统中,作为动力、照明配电及电 动机控制之用,适合室内挂墙、户外落地安装的配电设备。而作为开厂矿、企业、商场、宾馆、 学校、机场、港口、医院、高层建筑、生活小区等场合使用的监控设备控制箱常常会放置在户 外,户外灰尘尘埃较多,使得控制箱内的元件常常因灰尘的侵入而损坏,大大降低了控制箱 内部控制设备的使用寿命,而现有的控制箱防尘和除尘效果较差。为此,我们提出一种监控 设备控制箱。
发明内容

[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种监控设备控制箱,包括箱体,所 述箱体前端设有箱门,所述箱门内端边缘处安装有密封圈,所述箱门上设有观察窗和控制 面板,所述箱体上端内部开有放置腔,所述放置腔左右两端均开有透气口,所述透气口内腔 内外两侧分别设有过滤网和金属拦网,所述放置腔底端设有金属网板,所述放置腔内腔顶 端安装有风扇,所述箱体内腔左右两侧壁均安装有卡块,所述卡块内端卡接有放置板,所述 放置板左右两端均开有卡口,所述放置板内部开有空腔,所述空腔上下两端均开有透气孔, 所述空腔底端开有插孔,所述空腔内腔顶端安装有叶轮,所述插孔底端插接有插条,所述插 条顶端安装有软磁铁块,所述软磁铁块顶端面设有黏胶层,所述箱体内腔底端设有集尘盒, 所述集尘盒内腔内壁上设有静电发生器,所述静电发生器电性连接有静电网,所述集尘盒 内腔底端和箱体底端均开有排气孔。
[0005] 优选的,所述金属网板的网孔连通放置腔和箱体内腔,且金属网板为镀锡铜板。
[0006] 优选的,所述风扇的数量不少于三个,均匀的分布在放置腔内腔。
[0007] 优选的,所述放置板通过卡口与卡块卡接,所述卡块的数量不少于八个,等距对称 排列在箱体内腔的左右两端。
[0008] 优选的,所述插条的截面呈T字形,所述软磁铁块的上端面呈凹弧形。
[0009] 优选的,所述叶轮的数量不少于四个,等距均匀的排列在空腔的内腔顶端。
[0010] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种监控设备控制箱,通过设置金属网 板、风扇和透气口,能够大大增加箱体内腔的空气流动效率,从而能够提高箱体内腔设备元 件的散热效率,并且,自上而下流动的气流将能够带走附着在设备上的灰尘,达到除尘的效 果;通过设置放置板、透气孔、叶轮、插条、软磁铁块和黏胶层,能够在气流通过时有效吸附 气流中的尘埃,达到除尘的效果,能够通过手动取出和安装插条来快速清洁黏胶层和软磁 铁块上吸附的灰尘,清洁方便;通过设置静电网,能够吸附落入箱体底部的灰尘,达到二次 除尘的效果,提高了箱体内设备的使用寿命。

[0017] 请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种监控设备控制箱,包括箱体1,所述 箱体1前端设有箱门2,所述箱门2内端边缘处安装有密封圈21,所述箱门2上设有观察窗22 和控制面板23,所述箱体1上端内部开有放置腔5,所述放置腔5左右两端均开有透气口 53, 所述透气口 53内腔内外两侧分别设有过滤网532和金属拦网531,气流将通过透气口 53依次 经过金属拦网531和过滤网532过滤后吸入,所述放置腔5底端设有金属网板52,所述金属网 板52的网孔连通放置腔5和箱体1内腔,且金属网板52为镀锡铜板。所述放置腔5内腔顶端安 装有风扇51,所述风扇51的数量不少于三个,均匀的分布在放置腔5内腔,风扇51将带动外 界冷气流吹向金属网板52和箱体1内腔,提高箱体1内腔放置的控制设备元件的散热效率。 所述箱体1内腔左右两侧壁均安装有卡块4,所述卡块4内端卡接有放置板3,所述放置板3左 右两端均开有卡口 31,所述放置板3通过卡口 31与卡块4卡接,所述卡块4的数量不少于八 个,等距对称排列在箱体1内腔的左右两端,通过将放置板3放置在不同的卡块4的位置能够 调节放置板3放置的空间高度,调节方便快捷。所述放置板3内部开有空腔33,所述空腔33上 下两端均开有透气孔32,所述空腔33底端开有插孔M,所述空腔33内腔顶端安装有叶轮35, 所述叶轮35的数量不少于四个,等距均匀的排列在空腔33的内腔顶端,叶轮35能够起到导 流的作用,将气流流动方向打乱。所述插孔34底端插接有插条6,所述插条6顶端安装有软磁 铁块61,所述软磁铁块61顶端面设有黏胶层62,所述插条6的截面呈T字形,所述软磁铁块61 的上端面呈凹弧形,软磁铁块61和黏胶层62均用于吸附气流中的灰尘颗粒。所述箱体1内腔 底端设有集尘盒7,所述集尘盒7内腔内壁上设有静电发生器71,所述静电发生器71电性连 接有静电网72,所述集尘盒7内腔底端和箱体1底端均开有排气孔73,沉入底部的灰尘颗粒 将落入集尘盒7内腔被静电网72吸附住。
[0018] 工作原理:使用时,将设备放置于箱体1内腔的放置板3上,通过调节放置板3卡接 的卡块4的位置能够调整放置高度,调节方便;捏住软磁铁块6丨两端,将插条6从插孔34底端 插入,软磁铁块61将在通过插孔34进入空腔33内时张开,卡住插孔34顶端,启动风扇51,风 扇51将空气从透气口 53吸入,从金属网板52的网孔中吹向箱体1内部放置的元件,一方面流 动的气流将带走箱体1内部放置的设备上的热量,另一方面气流将带动空气中的灰尘从透 气孔32内吹向空腔33,经过叶轮35导流将吹向软磁铁块61和黏胶层62,较轻的灰尘将被黏 胶层62吸附住,较重的灰尘能够被软磁铁块61吸附住,达到除尘的效果,而在清理时只需要 将插条6从插孔34拔出即可清理,除尘后的气流将通过透气口53再次排出,最后当下落的灰 尘经过集尘盒7时,将被静电网72吸附住,最后气流将通过排气孔73排出箱体1。

1. 一种监控设备控制箱,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)前端设有箱门(2),所 述箱门(2)内端边缘处安装有密封圈(21),所述箱门(2)上设有观察窗(22)和控制面板 (23),所述箱体(1)上端内部开有放置腔(5),所述放置腔(5)左右两端均开有透气口(53), 所述透气口(53)内腔内外两侧分别设有过滤网(532)和金属拦网(531),所述放置腔⑸底 端设有金属网板(52),所述放置腔(5)内腔顶端安装有风扇(51),所述箱体(1)内腔左右两 侧壁均安装有卡块(4),所述卡块(4)内端卡接有放置板(3),所述放置板(3)左右两端均开 有卡口(31),所述放置板(3)内部开有空腔(33),所述空腔(3¾上下两端均开有透气孔 (32),所述空腔(33)底端开有插孔(34),所述空腔(3¾内腔顶端安装有叶轮CB5),所述插孔 (34)底端插接有插条(6),所述插条(6)顶端安装有软磁铁块(61),所述软磁铁块(61)顶端 面设有黏胶层(62),所述箱体(1)内腔底端设有集尘盒(7),所述集尘盒⑺内腔内壁上设有 静电发生器(71),所述静电发生器(7丨)电性连接有静电网(7¾,所述集尘盒(7)内腔底端和 箱体(1)底端均开有排气孔(73)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种监控设备控制箱,其特征在于:所述金属网板(52)的网孔 连通放置腔⑸和箱体⑴内腔,且金属网板(52)为镀锡铜板。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种监控设备控制箱,其特征在于:所述风扇(51)的数量不少 于三个,均匀的分布在放置腔(5)内腔。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种监控设备控制箱,其特征在于:所述放置板(3)通过卡口 (31)与卡块⑷卡接,所述卡块⑷的数量不少于八个,等距对称排列在箱体⑴内腔的左右 两端。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种监控设备控制箱,其特征在于:所述插条(6)的截面呈T字 形,所述软磁铁块(61)的上端面呈凹弧形。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种监控设备控制箱,其特征在于:所述叶轮(35)的数量不少 于四个,等距均匀的排列在空腔(33)的内腔顶端。
