(4) and (3) carrying out thin-layer chromatography detection on ganoderma lucidum spore powder: sucking 5ul of each of the two solutions in the steps (1) and (2), respectively dropping on the same silica gel G high-efficiency thin-layer plate, taking a mixed solution of ethyl acetate, methanol, water and formic acid as a developing agent, developing for 6cm, taking out, drying in the air, spraying with a 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution, heating at 105 ℃ until the spots are clearly developed, and placing under an ultraviolet lamp for inspection.

(4) and (3) carrying out thin-layer chromatography detection on ganoderma lucidum spore powder: sucking 5ul of each of the 2 solutions, and respectively dropping the solution on the same silica gel G high-efficiency thin-layer plate, adding ethyl acetate: methanol: water: developing with formic acid (1: 1: 0.1: 0.1) solution as developer for 6cm, taking out, air drying, spraying 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution, heating at 105 deg.C until the color of spots is clear, and inspecting under ultraviolet lamp (365 nm).
