Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于板状件连接的抗剪切力螺栓。本发明的新型抗剪切力螺栓通过具有中心通孔的台阶型回转体结构、柔性垫圈以及刚性垫圈,可在同时受轴向压力和径向剪切力的条件下工作,其抗剪切能力远远高于传统的抗剪切力螺栓。

技术领域
本发明属于机械技术领域,涉及一种新型抗剪切螺栓,特别是一种用于板状件连接的抗剪切力螺栓。
背景技术
常规的抗剪螺栓受力状态基本都是受拉力剪切力共同作用。受力体5受到轴向螺栓施加的压力,以及板状件对受力体5施加的径向剪切力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:从材料力学分析来看,螺栓(材料)在受轴向压力的时候,其抗剪性能是会大大提高的;设计一种新型的抗剪切力螺栓,此螺栓的抗剪切能力高于同直径的传统抗剪切螺栓。
本发明的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种用于板状件连接的抗剪切力螺栓,所述的板状件至少为两个,所述的板状件3,4具有通孔,所述的螺栓1包括螺帽和螺杆;受力体5为具有中心通孔的台阶型回转体结构,所述的受力体5贯穿设置在被连接的板状件的通孔中;螺杆依次穿过柔性垫圈2、受力体的中心通孔、刚性垫圈6后与螺母7螺纹连接;柔性垫圈2套装在所述的台阶型回转体结构小端上;所述的柔性垫圈被夹紧在螺帽和板状件之间,所述的刚性垫圈6被夹紧在螺母7与受力体5的台阶型回转体结构大端之间。
本发明中可以通过调整垫圈厚度,调节板状件之间的贴合压力。
板状件不局限于两件。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的新型抗剪螺栓可在同时受压力和剪切力的条件下工作,其抗剪能力远远高于传统的抗剪螺栓。
