本发明公开了一种内燃机废气过滤装置,包括废气导入口,所述废气导入口的表面固定连接有导气管,所述导气管的一侧设置有水箱,且导气管的一端与水箱一侧面开设的通孔连通,所述水箱外表面开设有注水口,所述注水口的内部设置有活塞,所述水箱的内底壁固定连接有发热板,所述发热板的上方设置有导热板,所述导热板的两端与水箱内壁固定连接,所述水箱内部装有水溶液。该内燃机废气过滤装置,由水溶液与废气混合过滤废气,由发热板对水进行加热,使加热时产生的气体经抽气泵抽入过滤室,由过滤室内设置的过滤层再次对气体进行过滤,经过两次过滤能高效的过滤废气,避免废气的第二次引燃,降低废气对自然环境的破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及内燃机技术领域,具体为一种内燃机废气过滤装置。
背景技术
内燃机,是一种动力机械,它是通过使燃料在机器内部燃烧,并将其放出的热能直接转换为动力的热力发动机。广义上的内燃机不仅包括往复活塞式内燃机、旋转活塞式发动机和自由活塞式发动机,也包括旋转叶轮式的喷气式发动机,但通常所说的内燃机是指活塞式内燃机。活塞式内燃机以往复活塞式最为普遍。活塞式内燃机将燃料和空气混合,在其汽缸内燃烧,释放出的热能使汽缸内产生高温高压的燃气。燃气膨胀推动活塞作功,再通过曲柄连杆机构或其他机构将机械功输出,驱动从动机械工作。内燃机工作时,都会产生各种废气,这些废气在排放时如果得不到有效的处理,极有可能发生第二次引燃,损坏机械,传统的内燃机对废气的处理一般只会采用单一的过滤装置,并不能有效的对废气进行过滤,排放出的气体依旧会对自然环境造成很大的破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内燃机废气过滤装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种内燃机废气过滤装置,包括废气导入口,所述废气导入口的表面固定连接有导气管,所述导气管的一侧设置有水箱,且导气管的一端与水箱一侧面开设的通孔连通,所述水箱外表面开设有注水口,所述注水口的内部设置有活塞,所述水箱的内底壁固定连接有发热板,所述发热板的上方设置有导热板,所述导热板的两端与水箱内壁固定连接,所述水箱内部装有水溶液,所述水溶液位于导热板的上方,所述水溶液的上方设置有吸水层,所述水箱的外表面开设有排气孔,排气孔的表面上固定连接有第一排气管,所述第一排气管的另一端固定连接在抽气泵的进气口,所述抽
气泵的出气口固定连接有第二排气管,所述第二排气管的一端固定连接有过滤室,且第二
排气管的一端贯穿过滤室一侧面的通孔,所述过滤室的内部设置有过滤层,所述过滤室的
内底壁固定连有微风机,所述过滤室的顶部开设有排气口。
优选的,所述注水口的内壁固定连接有环形密封层。
优选的,所述导气管与通孔的连通处固定连接有单流阀。
优选的,所述过滤层的数量不少于三个,每个所述过滤层的内部均设置有多个活性炭。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该内燃机过滤装置,通过废气导入口的表面固定连接有导气管,导气管的一端与水箱一侧面开设的通孔连通,使废气排入水箱,由水溶液与废气混合过滤废气,由发热板对水进行加热,使加热时产生的气体在经抽气泵抽入过滤室,由过滤室内设置的过滤层再次对气体进行过滤,经过两次过滤能高效的过滤废气,避免废气的第二次引燃,降低废气对自然环境的破坏。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种内燃机废气过滤装置,包括废气导入口1,废气导入口1的表面固定连接有导气管2,通过导气管2与通孔的连通处固定连接有单流阀19,避免废气进入水箱3时,水溶液8回流,损坏内燃机,导气管2的一侧设置有水箱3,且导气管2的一端与水箱3一侧面开设的通孔连通,水箱3外表面开设有注水口4,通过注水口4的内壁固定连接有环形密封层18,使环形密封层18与活塞5配合防止水箱3内的水溶液8流出,注水口4的内部设置有活塞5,水箱3的内底壁固定连接有发热板6,发热板6的上方设置有导热板7,导热板7的两端与水箱3内壁固定连接,水箱3内部装有水溶液8,水溶液8位于导热板7的上方,水溶液8的上方设置有吸水层9,水箱3的外表面开设有排气孔10,排气孔10的表面上固定连接有第一排气管11,第一排气管11的另一端固定连接在抽气泵12的进气口,抽气泵12的出气口固定连接有第二排气管13,第二排气管13的一端固定连接有过滤室14,且第二排气管13的一端贯穿过滤室14一侧面的通孔,过滤室14的内部设置有过滤层15,通过过滤层15的数量不少于三个,每个过滤层15的内部均设置有多个活性炭20,能高效的处理废气,吸收废气中的异味,过滤室14的内底壁固定连有微风机16,过滤室14的顶部开设有排气口17。
使用时:废气经过导气管2排入水箱3,使废气与水箱3内的水溶液8混合进行过滤废气,由发热板6对水溶液8的加热时产生的气体,经抽气泵12抽入过滤室14,实现第二次过滤。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种内燃机废气过滤装置,其特征在于:包括废气导入口,废气导入口的表面固定连接有导气管,通过导气管与通孔的连通处固定连接有单流阀,避免废气进入水箱时,水溶液回流,损坏内燃机,导气管的一侧设置有水箱,且导气管的一端与水箱一侧面开设的通孔连通,水箱外表面开设有注水口,通过注水口的内壁固定连接有环形密封层,使环形密封层与活塞配合防止水箱内的水溶液流出,注水口的内部设置有活塞,水箱的内底壁固定连接有发热板,发热板的上方设置有导热板,导热板的两端与水箱内壁固定连接,水箱内部装有水溶液,水溶液位于导热板的上方,水溶液的上方设置有吸水层,水箱的外表面开设有排气孔,排气孔的表面上固定连接有第一排气管,第一排气管的另一端固定连接在抽气泵的进气口,抽气泵的出气口固定连接有第二排气管,第二排气管的一端固定连接有过滤室,且第二排气管的一端贯穿过滤室一侧面的通孔,过滤室的内部设置有过滤层,通过过滤层的数量不少于三个,每个过滤层的内部均设置有多个活性炭,能高效的处理废气,吸收废气中的异味,过滤室的内底壁固定连有微风机,过滤室的顶部开设有排气口;使用时:废气经过导气管排入水箱,使废气与水箱内的水溶液混合进行过滤废气,由发热板6对水溶液的加热时产生的气体,经抽气泵抽入过滤室,实现第二次过滤。
