本发明公开了一种无卤室内电缆原料。所述一种无卤室内电缆原料,由以下重量份的原料制成:顺丁橡胶40‑70份;天然橡胶60‑80份;补强体系3‑7份;硫化剂1‑3份;硫化助剂0.5‑1份;灭菌体系3‑5份;阻燃剂7‑9份。本发明具有以下有益效果:在达到同等性能的技术要求时,同时降低了生产成本,最高比含卤电缆还要低13%,阻燃效果优异,完全满足室内电缆的阻燃需求,同时与含卤电缆对比,部分性能还有超出,抗菌灭菌,能有效防止房内的细菌蔓延,维护人民的健康。

一种无卤室内电缆原料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无卤电缆,具体说是一种无卤室内电缆原料。
背景技术
低烟无卤电缆,是指不含卤素(F、Cl、Br、I、At)、不含铅镉铬汞等环境物质的胶料制成,燃烧时不会发出有毒烟雾的环保型电缆。
而无卤阻燃助剂的成本极高,使用无卤阻燃剂制作的电缆售价也极高,导致仍有部分人,还在采用含卤电缆,含卤电缆燃烧易产生大量有毒气体,特别是作为室内电缆使用,在电起火时燃烧产生的危害极大。
而且室内电缆多是安置在室内的墙体内,环境阴暗潮湿,细菌易通过外置对接装置,如开关、插孔,侵入细菌,而细菌则会沿电缆线路散布到整个房间,如卫生间或厨房的细菌沿电缆线路散布到卧式等处,维护人民健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低成本的无卤室内电缆原料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种无卤室内电缆原料,由以下重量份的原料制成:顺丁橡胶40-70份;天然橡胶60-80份;补强体系3-7份;硫化剂1-3份;硫化助剂0.5-1份;灭菌体系3-5份;阻燃剂7-9份。
作为优选的技术方案,所述一种无卤室内电缆原料,由以下重量份原料制成:顺丁橡胶55份;天然橡胶70份;补强体系5份;硫化剂2份;硫化助剂0.75份;灭菌体系4份;阻燃剂8份。
作为优选,所述补强体系为炭黑N330、炭黑N774按照1:1.25的比例配比后混入按照1:0.7的碳酸钠和碳酸钙配比而成。
作为优选,所述硫化剂促进剂CZ,硫化助剂为二硫化四甲基秋兰姆。
作为优选,所述灭菌体系为AgNO3抗菌剂,也可以是Ag或Cu或Zn。
作为优选,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、聚乙烯醇、西米淀粉、抗阻燃纤维。
由于采用了上述技术方案,,由以下重量份原料制成:顺丁橡胶40-70份;天然橡胶60-80份;补强体系3-7份;硫化剂1-3份;硫化助剂0.5-1份;灭菌体系3-5份;阻燃剂7-9份;本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、在达到同等性能的技术要求时,同时降低了生产成本,最高比含卤电缆还要低13%。
2、阻燃效果优异,完全满足室内电缆的阻燃需求,同时与含卤电缆对比,部分性能还有超出。
3、抗菌灭菌,能有效防止房内的细菌蔓延,维护人民的健康。

实施例1
一种无卤室内电缆原料,由以下重量份原料制成:顺丁橡胶40份;天然橡胶60份;补强体系3份;硫化剂1份;硫化助剂0.5份;灭菌体系3份;阻燃剂7份。
实施例2
一种无卤室内电缆原料,由以下重量份原料制成:顺丁橡胶70份;天然橡胶80份;补强体系7份;硫化剂3份;硫化助剂1份;灭菌体系5份;阻燃剂9份。
实施例3
一种无卤室内电缆原料,由以下重量份原料制成:顺丁橡胶55份;天然橡胶70份;补强体系5份;硫化剂2份;硫化助剂0.75份;灭菌体系4份;阻燃剂8份。
实验检验:
表1为本技术方案产品和普通含卤电缆的对比检测数据,按照GB/T12706.2-2008标准要求。

1.一种无卤室内电缆原料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:顺丁橡胶40-70份;天然橡胶60-80份;补强体系3-7份;硫化剂1-3份;硫化助剂0.5-1份;灭菌体系3-5份;阻燃剂7-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种无卤室内电缆原料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:顺丁橡胶55份;天然橡胶70份;补强体系5份;硫化剂2份;硫化助剂0.75份;灭菌体系4份;阻燃剂8份。
3.如权利要求1-2所述一种无卤室内电缆原料,其特征在于:所述补强体系为炭黑N330、炭黑N774按照1:1.25的比例配比后混入按照1:0.7的碳酸钠和碳酸钙配比而成。
4.如权利要求1-2所述一种无卤室内电缆原料,其特征在于:所述硫化剂促进剂CZ,硫化助剂为二硫化四甲基秋兰姆。
5.如权利要求1-2所述一种无卤室内电缆原料,其特征在于:所述灭菌体系为AgNO3抗菌剂,也可以是Ag或Cu或Zn。
6.如权利要求1-2所述一种无卤室内电缆原料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、聚乙烯醇、西米淀粉、抗阻燃纤维。
