Abstract
本发明提出了一种三维复合核防护面料,将具有中子吸收功能的锂硼化合物封装入织物外层中空处,将具有X射线防护功能的钡化合物封装入织物中层中空处,最内层中空填充氧化锌/石墨烯进一步吸收紫外线等次级射线,从而获得三维柔性核防护复合面料。该面料可通过调控三维织物中空管道的大小、形状和层数,填充量等设计满足不同需求,此外其还具有中子防护、次级X射线和紫外线综合防护效果,防护粉体位于中空管道内部,克服了传统表面涂层方法涂覆厚度低、附着牢度差、耐洗性差、次级射线防护等问题。该面料可应用于轻质功能服装防护核辐射及其次生高能射线伤害。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,尤其涉及一种三维复合核防护面料。
背景技术
现在,随着工业生产、国防、医疗、卫生、电力等领域的发展,核能源、放射源的使用变得越来越广泛,然而核事故常常伴随着核能源、放射源使用的发生。
为了考虑到人体健康,通常需要穿着具有防核辐射的衣服。然而,现有的防止核辐射服多使用表面涂层工艺制备而成,穿着后十分笨重。此外,传统的核防护面料存在表面涂层厚度薄,易脱落,耐洗涤、耐磨性差,含铅、核防护性能低,次级射线防护性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三维复合核防护面料,克服传统表面涂层厚度薄、耐洗涤、耐磨性差、含铅、核防护性能低、次级射线防护性差等问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种三维复合核防护面料,包括若干层结构,每层结构均为多组经纱和多组纬纱交织形成中空织物;所述面料外层填充具有中子吸收功能的锂硼化合物;中层填充有具有X射线防护功能的钡化合物;内层填充有吸收次级射线的氧化锌/石墨烯。
进一步的,在所述的三维复合核防护面料中,所述锂硼化合物中锂化合物包括氢氧化锂、卤化锂或碳酸锂,硼化合物包括碳化硼、碳化硼、氧化硼。
进一步的,在所述的三维复合核防护面料中,所述三维复合核防护面料采用聚氨酯弹性体溶液浸渍烘干处理。
进一步的,在所述的三维复合核防护面料中,所述三维复合核防护面料为蜂巢结构的矩形、V形、X形或六边形截面的多层立体中空结构。
进一步的,在所述的三维复合核防护面料中,所述多层立体中空结构为中空管道错位结构。
进一步的,在所述的三维复合核防护面料中,所述三维复合核防护面料表面设有一防水涂层,所述防水涂层为利用表面氟化ZnO形成超疏水的仿荷叶涂层。
进一步的,在所述的三维复合核防护面料中,所述钡化合物为硫酸钡。
进一步的,在所述的三维复合核防护面料中,所述氧化锌/石墨烯的质量百分比为30%-53%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果主要体现在:将具有中子吸收功能的锂硼化合物封装入织物外层中空处,将具有X射线防护功能的钡化合物封装入织物中层中空处,最内层中空填充氧化锌/石墨烯进一步吸收紫外线等次级射线,从而获得三维柔性核防护复合面料。该面料可通过调控三维织物中空管道的大小、形状和层数,填充量等设计满足不同需求,此外其还具有中子防护、次级X射线和紫外线综合防护效果,防护粉体位于中空管道内部,克服了传统表面涂层方法涂覆厚度低、附着牢度差、耐洗性差、次级射线防护等问题。该面料可应用于轻质功能服装防护核辐射及其次生高能射线伤害。

下面将结合示意图对本发明的三维复合核防护面料进行更详细的描述,其中表示了本发明的优选实施例,应该理解本领域技术人员可以修改在此描述的本发明,而仍然实现本发明的有利效果。因此,下列描述应当被理解为对于本领域技术人员的广泛知道,而并不作为对本发明的限制。

在本发明中,提出了一种三维复合核防护面料,包括若干层结构,每层结构均为多组经纱和多组纬纱交织形成中空织物;所述面料外层填充具有中子吸收功能的锂硼化合物;中层填充有具有X射线防护功能的钡化合物;内层填充有吸收次级射线的氧化锌/石墨烯。
其中,所述锂硼化合物中锂化合物包括氢氧化锂、卤化锂或碳酸锂,硼化合物包括碳化硼、碳化硼、氧化硼。所述氧化锌/石墨烯的质量百分比为:30%-53%,例如是37%。所述三维复合核防护面料采用聚氨酯弹性体溶液浸渍烘干处理。所述钡化合物为硫酸钡。
具体的,请参考图1,在本实施例中,本发明采用三维立体织机制造一种多组经纱和多组纬纱交织行成类似蜂巢结构的矩形截面的多层立体中空织物。所述面料为三层结构,分别为内层1、中层2和外层3。面料经改性防水透气处理后将具有中子吸收功能的锂硼封装入织物外层中空处,将具有X射线防护功能的硫酸钡封装入织物中层中空处,最内层中空填充ZnO、石墨烯进一步吸收紫外线等次级射线,最后经聚氨酯弹性体溶液浸渍烘干处理后制备得到一种三维柔性核防护复合面料。此外,所述三维复合核防护面料表面设有一防水涂层,所述防水涂层为利用表面氟化ZnO形成超疏水的仿荷叶涂层。
所述三维复合核防护面料为蜂巢结构的矩形(如图1所示)、V形、X形或六边形截面的多层立体中空结构。所述多层立体中空结构还可以为中空管道错位结构(如图2所示)。
该面料可通过调控三维织物中空管道的大小、形状和层数,填充量等设计具有中子防护、次级X射线和紫外线综合防护效果的面料,防护粉体位于中空管道内部,克服了传统表面涂层方法涂覆厚度低、附着牢度差、耐洗性差、次级射线防护等问题。该面料可应用于轻质功能服装防护核辐射及其次生高能射线伤害。
不同功能粉体分层填充,由外向内中空处填充粉体,外层3内填充核防护粉体,中层2填充X射线、伽马射线防护性粉体以防护核防护粉体吸收中子后释放出的X射线、伽马射线,内层1为紫射线及其它次次级射线防护粉体。
三维复合面料具有良好柔韧性和透气性,同时对核辐射及其次级辐射具有综合防护能力;三维织物一体成型,无需后续处理。
通过设计和调节中空管道密度、形状、体积、层数,功能分体组分、填充率,所制备核防护复合纺织材料具有核防护功能易调节、耐久性好等特点。克服了传统表面涂层厚度薄、耐洗涤、耐磨性差、含铅、核防护性能低、次级射线防护性差等问题。

1.一种三维复合核防护面料,其特征在于,包括若干层结构,每层结构均为多组经纱和多组纬纱交织形成中空织物;所述面料外层填充具有中子吸收功能的锂硼化合物;中层填充有具有X射线防护功能的钡化合物;内层填充有吸收次级射线的氧化锌/石墨烯。
2.如权利要求1所述的三维复合核防护面料,其特征在于,所述锂硼化合物中锂化合物包括氢氧化锂、卤化锂或碳酸锂,硼化合物包括碳化硼、碳化硼、氧化硼。
3.如权利要求1所述的三维复合核防护面料,其特征在于,所述三维复合核防护面料采用聚氨酯弹性体溶液浸渍烘干处理。
4.如权利要求1所述的三维复合核防护面料,其特征在于,所述三维复合核防护面料为蜂巢结构的矩形、V形、X形或六边形截面的多层立体中空结构。
5.如权利要求4所述的三维复合核防护面料,其特征在于,所述多层立体中空结构为中空管道错位结构。
6.如权利要求1所述的三维复合核防护面料,其特征在于,所述三维复合核防护面料表面设有一防水涂层,所述防水涂层为利用表面氟化ZnO形成超疏水的仿荷叶涂层。
7.如权利要求1所述的三维复合核防护面料,其特征在于,所述钡化合物为硫酸钡。
8.如权利要求1所述的三维复合核防护面料,其特征在于,所述氧化锌与石墨烯之间的质量百分比为:30%-53%。
