Abstract
本发明提供了一种髁上髓内钉,自股骨髁部插入股骨髓腔,用以治疗股骨骨折。其主要包括主钉和锁钉,所述主钉设为棒形,其长度方向自股骨髁至股骨干沿髓腔设置,所述主钉设有锁钉孔,其特征在于所述主钉设有股骨髁部至股骨髓腔弯曲的第一弧形或角,所述主钉近端设有沿着股骨近端髓腔弯曲的第二弧形,所述主钉近端设有弹性,手术时首先在股骨髁部打孔,然后所述主钉由股骨髁部插入髓腔,当主钉近端碰到髓腔壁时会通过弹性弯曲,而使主钉顺利插入髓腔后自动弹回。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种医疗器械,尤其是一种髁上髓内钉。
背景技术
临床上使用髁上髓内钉治疗股骨骨折,目前在我国已经是常用的医疗方法,该方法是将患者的膝关节切开,将髁上髓内钉由膝关节处打孔插入股骨髓腔,从而将骨折两断端连接固定。该方法由于需要切开膝关节,对患者存在较大的手术伤害。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种髁上髓内钉,克服了上述缺陷。主要包括主钉和锁钉,所述主钉设为棒形,其长度方向自股骨髁至股骨干沿髓腔设置,所述主钉设有锁钉孔,其特征在于所述主钉设有股骨髁部至股骨髓腔弯曲的第一弧形或角,
优选的所述主钉近端设有沿着股骨近端髓腔弯曲的第二弧形,以符合髓腔形状,便于骨折复位。
优选的所述主钉近端设为直形,适合较短的主钉,可降低制造成本。
优选的所述主钉近端设有弹性,手术时首先在股骨髁部打孔,然后所述主钉由股骨髁部插入髓腔,当主钉近端碰到髓腔壁时会通过弹性弯曲,而使主钉顺利插入髓腔后自动弹回。
优选的所述主钉的横截面可设为多边形,可方便适应不同的骨骼髓腔的插入,及弹性弯曲。
优选的所述主钉的横截面设为四边形型,其制造简单,价格便宜。
优选的所述主钉设为实心钉或空心钉,采用空心钉可方便导向与测量。
优选的所述主钉设有磁铁,以方便体外探测与导向。
本发明一种髁上髓内钉,自股骨髁部插入股骨髓腔,操作方便,固定牢固,主要是避免了切开关节的手术方法对患者的损伤,大大减轻了患者的痛苦和手术的难度。

下面结合附图给出的实施例进一步说明本发明。
图1-图2为本发明提供了一种髁上髓内钉,包括主钉1和锁钉2,所述主钉1设为棒形,其长度方向自股骨髁部至股骨干沿髓腔设置,所述主钉1设有锁钉孔,所述主钉1设有股骨髁部至股骨髓腔弯曲的第一弧形11或角,所述主钉近端设有沿着股骨近端髓腔弯曲的第二弧形12,所述主钉1设有内孔13,所述主钉1设有磁铁3,所述主钉1近端设有弹性,所述锁钉2数枚,分别设于骨折两断端,所述锁钉2穿过骨骼与所述锁钉孔配合,将骨折两断端骨骼与主钉1固定,达到固定治疗骨折的目的。

1.一种髁上髓内钉,包括主钉(1)和锁钉(2),所述主钉(1)设为棒形,其长度方向自股骨髁至股骨干沿髓腔设置,所述主钉设有锁钉孔,其特征在于所述主钉(1)设有股骨髁部至股骨髓腔弯曲的第一弧形或角(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种髁上髓内钉,其特征在于所述主钉(1)近端设有沿着股骨近端髓腔弯曲的第二弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种髁上髓内钉,其特征在于所述主钉(1)近端设为直形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种髁上髓内钉,其特征在于所述主钉(1)近端设有弹性。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种髁上髓内钉,其特征在于所述主钉(1)的横截面设为多边形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种髁上髓内钉,其特征在于所述主钉(1)的横截面设为四边形型。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种髁上髓内钉,其特征在于所述主钉(1)设为实心钉或空心钉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种髁上髓内钉,其特征在于所述主钉(1)设有磁铁。
