本发明公开了一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,包括:制备低聚壳聚糖、制备疏果剂,首先将壳聚糖、去离子水混合反应后加入双氧水,经乙醇沉析、乙醇洗涤后制得低聚壳聚糖,在低聚壳聚糖溶液中加入萘乙酸粉、二硝基甲酚、1‑氨基环丙烷羟酸、支链仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、敌百虫、萘乙酸、6‑苄基腺嘌呤、调和剂得疏果剂原液,经稀释后即得橘子疏果剂。有益效果为:将疏果剂喷施到橘子枝条上后,在橘子枝条上会形成一层疏果剂薄膜,薄膜会有效抑制枝条的蒸腾作用,降低枝条水份流失,橘子疏果剂疏花疏果作用强劲,在疏花疏果的同时还可以杀虫,另外,疏果剂还可以增大单果重量,提高果形指数,增加翌年花量,减少果锈,而且不会影响柑橘贮藏品质。

Claims (9)

1.一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述橘子疏果剂的制备方法包括:
制备低聚壳聚糖:将25-28份壳聚糖、180-200份去离子水加入反应容器中,在搅拌条件下30-40分钟内缓慢升温到65-68℃,此时向反应容器中滴加双氧水,恒温反应3-3.5小时后停止加热,将反应液倒入烧杯,静置过夜后过滤,滤液用乙醇溶液沉析后过滤,滤饼用乙醇溶液洗涤2-3次,真空干燥后经粉碎、筛分得低聚壳聚糖;
制备疏果剂:将20-25份低聚壳聚糖溶解于1000-1200份蒸馏水中得壳聚糖溶液,另称取80%萘乙酸粉、二硝基甲酚、1-氨基环丙烷羟酸、支链仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、敌百虫、萘乙酸、6-苄基腺嘌呤、调和剂,溶解于工业乙醇中制成疏果剂原液,稀释后得橘子疏果剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备低聚壳聚糖步骤中,双氧水的添加量为85-88份,质量分数为30-32%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备低聚壳聚糖步骤中,乙醇沉析时的乙醇溶液的体积分数为80-90%,体积为滤液体积的6-7倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备低聚壳聚糖步骤中,洗涤滤饼时乙醇溶液的体积分数为95-99%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备低聚壳聚糖步骤中,真空干燥滤饼时的温度是56-58℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备疏果剂步骤中,壳聚糖溶液为将20-25份低聚壳聚糖溶解于1000-1200份蒸馏水中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备疏果剂步骤中,将80%萘乙酸粉1.25-1.50份、二硝基甲酚1.2-1.3份、1-氨基环丙烷羟酸0.2-0.3份、支链仲醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.12份、敌百虫1.5-1.8份、萘乙酸2.0-2.2份、6-苄基腺嘌呤0.3-0.5份、调和剂0.2-0.25份,溶解于400-420份工业乙醇制成疏果剂原液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备疏果剂步骤中,调和剂为重量比为15.2-15.5:1的4-苯基丁酸与(4S)-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4-甲醛的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种橘子疏果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备疏果剂步骤中,稀释比例为每1000份壳聚糖溶液中加入4-12份疏果剂原液。
