Abstract
汽车驻车空调系统,包括压缩机和冷凝器,在压缩机上并联有电动压缩机,压缩机和电动压缩机的排气端分别增加单向阀一和单向阀二以防止冷凝剂回流,同时在冷凝器上增加有冷凝风机。冷凝风机为低功率风机。本发明结构简单、安装方便、制冷效果好且成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明属汽车空调领域,涉及汽车驻车空调。
背景技术
当前汽车空调制冷,一般汽车空调系统由压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器和膨胀阀及管路连接而成,通过发动机驱动压缩机完成制冷循环,因此当停车时空调不能正常实现制冷功能,为解决停车制冷问题目前市场上有四种解决方式,一是在原系统中并联一台压缩机并增加辅助柴油发动机做空调的动力;二是将家用分体式空调移植到汽车上,需要增加逆变器将整车低压转换为高压,存在安全隐患;三是顶置空调系统,它由由壳体、压缩机、管路、冷凝器、蒸发器、蒸发风机、冷凝风机、控制器等部件组成安装在车顶上,它需要将车顶开孔后安装;四是并联电动压缩机的方案,但此方案的最大问题有二个:第一是仅在电动压缩机排气端设有单向阀,该设计存在一定风险,当驻车系统运行时制冷剂通过传统压缩机泄漏导致系统性能下降;第二为保证驻车系统在整车蓄电池端并联插电装置增加成本,当停车地周围无电源不能保证驻车系统可靠使用,这四种方式对原车的改动大,能源消耗大、可靠性差且成本高。对此我们对驻车空调系统进行设计是在原系统中增加电动压缩机、两个单向阀和冷凝风扇,实现当处于停车状态时空调能继续发挥制冷功能以提高汽车的舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种应用于汽车空调在停车状态时空调能继续实现制冷功能,该系统结构简单、安装方便、制冷效果好且成本低廉的驻车空调系统。
为实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为:
汽车驻车空调系统,包括压缩机和冷凝器,其特征在于:在压缩机上并联有电动压缩机,压缩机和电动压缩机的排气端分别增加单向阀一1和单向阀二2以防止冷凝剂回流,同时在冷凝器上增加有冷凝风机。
冷凝风机为低功率风机。
控制面板通过整车CAN信号判断电动压缩机和传统压缩机的启动,同时控制面板通过室内温度传感器和的设定温度,自动调节电动压缩机、蒸发风机与冷凝风机的转速,制冷过程中控制面板通过实时监控整车电源电压,控制电动压缩机、蒸发风机与冷凝风机的启停,保证整车正常启动,实现低压保护。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明空调采用整车电池为动力,通过增加电动压缩机和单向阀实现汽车在停车状态时空调系统继续为车内提供制冷,其结构简单、安装方便、制冷效果好且成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
参见图1,本发明通过在蒸发器的膨胀阀3后并联电动压缩机,并在压缩机和并联压缩机的排气端分别增加有单向阀一1和单向阀二2以防止制冷剂回流,同时在冷凝器上增加一个低功率的冷凝风机减少系统的能耗。
当汽车发动时,打开单向阀一1、关闭单向阀二2,汽车通过传统的压缩机制冷;当汽车停止时,关闭单向阀一1,、打开单向阀二2,通过整车电源为电动压缩机、蒸发风机和冷凝风机提供动力,实现汽车在停止状态时空调系统继续为车内提供制冷。
控制面板通过整车CAN信号判断电动压缩机和传统压缩机的启动,当整车的发动机转速为零,按下控制面板驻车空调键,驻车空调系统启动蒸发风机、冷凝风机和电动压缩机,实现驻车状态的制冷,同时控制面板通过室内温度传感器和客户设定温度比较,自动调节电动压缩机、蒸发风机与冷凝风机的转速,实现整车蓄电池能量的最大利用,在制冷过程中控制面板通过实时监控整车电源电压,控制电动压缩机、蒸发风机与冷凝风机的启停,以保证整车能正常启动,实现低压保护。当整车的发动机转速大于零,按下控制面板的AC键启动传统空调系统,启动蒸发风机和传统压缩机,从而实现行车状态制冷。
本发明未公开的其他部分均为现有技术。
Claims (3)
1.汽车驻车空调系统,包括压缩机和冷凝器,其特征在于:在压缩机上并联有电动压缩机,压缩机和电动压缩机的排气端分别增加单向阀一(1)和单向阀二(2)以防止冷凝剂回流,同时在冷凝器上增加有冷凝风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车驻车空调系统,其特征在于:冷凝风机为低功率风机。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车驻车空调系统,其特征在于:控制面板通过整车CAN信号判断电动压缩机和传统压缩机的启动,同时控制面板通过室内温度传感器和的设定温度,自动调节电动压缩机、蒸发风机与冷凝风机的转速,制冷过程中控制面板通过实时监控整车电源电压,控制电动压缩机、蒸发风机与冷凝风机的启停,保证整车正常启动,实现低压保护。
