Detailed Description
A door switch safety circuit diagram of a related art home appliance, for example, a microwave oven, is shown in fig. 1, in which 2 ' is a primary switch, 4 ' is a monitor switch, 3 ' is a secondary switch, 1 ' is a fuse, 5 ' is a load, the primary switch 2 ' and the secondary switch 3 ' are normally open switches, which are located in a main circuit of the circuit, and the switches are turned on after the door is closed, so that the microwave oven can safely operate. The monitoring switch 4 ' is a normally closed switch, and is positioned between the primary switch 2 ' and the secondary switch 3 ', when the oven door is closed, the monitoring switch 4 ' must be firstly opened, then the primary switch 2 ' and the secondary switch 3 ' can be closed, at the moment, the microwave oven normally works, when the oven door is opened, the primary switch 2 ' and the secondary switch 3 ' must be firstly opened, the monitoring switch 4 ' can be closed, at the moment, the microwave oven stops working, otherwise, a circuit short circuit and a fuse can be burnt out.
And the structure diagram of the door hook in the related art is shown in fig. 2, two draw hooks are arranged on the door hook 6 ', the contact surface of the draw hooks and the microswitch is designed to be arc, meanwhile, the door hook 6 ' has a sliding latch 7 ' structure, and the interlock switch structure is shown in fig. 3, the mechanism is composed of the door hook 6 ', a draw hook spring 9 ', a door body 10 ', a door seal 11 ', an interlock support 12 ', an interlock lever 13 ', a primary switch 2 ', a monitoring switch 4 ' and a secondary switch 3 ', wherein the draw hooks are matched with a sliding latch groove 8 ' on the door body through the sliding latch 7 ', extend out of hole positions of the door body 10 ' corresponding to the door seal 11 ', the draw hook spring 9 ' plays a resetting role in the up-and-down movement of the door hook 6 ', the microswitch is fixed on the interlock support 12 ' through a buckling position, and the on-off of the microswitch is controlled by the draw hooks and the.
It can be seen from the above that, because the door hook component in the prior art is of an integrated structure, when the oven door is opened or closed, the sequence of the primary microswitch and the monitoring switch is difficult to be strictly ensured, and according to the design standard, the time difference between the operation intervals of the primary switch and the monitoring switch must be more than 10 ms. If the interval time is too short or the sequence is reversed, a circuit short circuit and a fuse are burnt.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes a door hook assembly 100 of a home appliance 1, and the door hook assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 4 to 7.
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the door hook assembly 100 may generally include: the main body 10, the first trip member 20, the first reset member 30 and the second trip member 40.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, the first trip part 20 is connected to the main body 10, and the first trip part 20 is movable relative to the main body 10 between a first release position and a first trigger position, where the first trip part 20 is adapted to trigger the corresponding first detection part 201. The first reset piece 30 is disposed on the main body 10 and normally drives the first triggering piece 20 to the first triggering position. The second contact member 40 is connected to the main body 10, and the second contact member 40 is adapted to trigger the corresponding second detecting member 202, wherein the connection strength between the first contact member 20 and the main body 10 is lower than the connection strength between the second contact member 40 and the main body 10.
That is, the first touch member 20 has a first release position and a first trigger position, when the first touch member 20 contacts the first detecting member 201, the first touch member 20 can trigger the first detecting member 201 at the first trigger position, and when the first touch member 20 is separated from the first detecting member 201, the first touch member 20 cannot trigger the first detecting member 201 at the first trigger position. And the first trigger 20 still continues to move when in the first release position, and finally the first trigger 20 will be stationary in the first trigger position under the action of the first resetting member 30.
In addition, the connection strength between the second touch member 40 and the main body 10 is higher than that between the first touch member 20 and the main body 10, that is, the first touch member 20 is more sensitive, and the second touch member 40 can reach a stable state faster than the first touch member 20, and both the first detecting member 201 and the second detecting member are triggered when the first touch member 20 and the second touch member 40 are stable.
It can be understood that when the first detecting member 201 contacts the first touching member 20, the first detecting member 201 is buffered by the first resetting member 30, and the movement of the first detecting member 201 will have a certain delay, that is, the time required for the first detecting member 201 to reach the stable state is longer than the time required for the second detecting member 202 to reach the stable state, so that the second detecting member 202 is triggered when the first detecting member 201 contacts the first touching member 20. When the first detecting member 201 is separated from the first touching member 20, due to the buffering effect of the first resetting member 30, the first touching member 20 moves before the second touching member 40, in other words, the time for separating the first touching member 20 from the first detecting member 201 is earlier than the time for separating the second touching member 40 from the second detecting member 202, and the first detecting member 201 is triggered immediately at the moment when the first detecting member 201 is separated from the first touching member 20. Therefore, when the first detecting member 201 is separated from the first triggering member 20, the triggering time of the first detecting member 201 is earlier than that of the second detecting member 202.
Furthermore, the first trip member 20 is movable relative to the main body 10, where the movement can be rotational or translational or other forms of movement.
Further, the connection strength of the second contact element 40 with the main body 10 is greater than that of the first contact element 20 with the main body 10, wherein the second contact element 40 and the main body 10 may be integrally formed or may be separately disposed.
Thus, according to the door hook assembly 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the first reset element 30, when the first detecting element 201 contacts the first triggering element 20, the triggering time of the second detecting element 202 is earlier than that of the first detecting element 201, and when the first detecting element 201 is separated from the first triggering element 20, the triggering time of the first detecting element 201 is earlier than that of the second detecting element 202.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the first trip member 20 is pivotally connected to the body 10 between a first release position and a first trigger position. That is, the first contact element 20 is separated from the main body 10, the first contact element 20 is in the first release position after rotating a certain angle from the rest state, and the first contact element 20 rotates back to the first trigger position again under the action of the first reset element 30. Of course, the above-mentioned embodiments are only illustrative and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, for example, the first trip member 20 and the main body 10 may be movable in a vertical translational manner between the first release position and the first trigger position, or the first trip member 20 and the main body 10 may be movable in a curvilinear manner between the first release position and the first trigger position.
In some alternative embodiments, the angle of rotation of the first trip member 20 between the first release position and the first trigger position is in the range of 5 ° to 30 °. For example, the rotation angle between the first release position and the first trigger position of the first trip member 20 is 15 °, wherein the first trigger position of the first trip member 20 is 0 °, the first release position is 15 °, and the first trip member 20 is rotatable between 0 ° and 15 °; the rotation angle between the first release position and the first trigger position of the first trigger 20 is 25 °, wherein the first trigger position of the first trigger 20 is 0 °, the first release position is 25 °, and the first trigger 20 is rotatable between 0 ° and 25 °; the angle of rotation between the first release position and the first trigger position of the first trip part 20 is 30 °, the first trigger position of the first trip part 20 is 0 °, the first release position is 30 °, and the first trip part 20 is rotatable between 0 ° and 30 °.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the first restoring member 30 is a spring, and the spring is connected to the main body 10 and the first trip member 20 respectively. Specifically, one end of the spring abuts against the main body 10, the other end of the spring abuts against the first touch member 20, the first touch member 20 drives the spring to stretch or contract when rotating, and more specifically, when the first touch member 20 moves from the first trigger position to the first release position, the spring stores elastic potential energy, and when the first touch member 20 moves from the first release position to the first touch position, the spring releases the elastic potential energy, so that a buffering effect can be achieved, the spring is convenient to obtain and install, and the cost can be saved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, a mounting slot 11 is formed on the main body 10, and one end of the first trip member 20 is rotatably disposed in the mounting slot 11, so that the first trip member 20 is movable between a first release position and a first trigger position. In this way, the door hook assembly 100 has a thin thickness and a compact structure, which can save raw materials, and the edge of the mounting groove 11 of the main body 10 can also be used as a limiting member to limit the rotation angle of the first touching member 20.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the main body 10 includes a support 12, a pressing plate 13 and a positioning pin 14, the pressing plate 13 is connected to the support 12, the pressing plate 13 is fixed relative to the support 12, and two ends of the positioning pin 14 are respectively connected to the pressing plate 13 and the support 12, wherein one end of the first contacting member 20 is rotatably disposed between the pressing plate 13 and the support 12, the one end of the first contacting member 20 has a through hole 21, and the positioning pin 14 rotatably passes through the through hole 21. That is, the positioning pin 14 passes through the pressing plate 13, the first contact member 20 and the bracket 12 in sequence, the first contact member 20 is mounted on the main body 10, and the first contact member 20 can rotate around the positioning pin 14. The positioning pin 14, the pressing plate 13 and the support 12 are in interference fit, and the positioning pin 14 and the first touch part 20 are in clearance fit, so that the first touch part 20 can rotate around the cylindrical pin, and the pressing plate 13 and the support 12 cannot rotate around the cylindrical pin.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the two ends of the pressure plate 13 are respectively connected with the bolts 15 of the bracket 12, and the positioning pin 14 is arranged between the two bolts 15. In other words, the pressing plate 13 is connected with the bracket 12 by the bolts 15, and the two ends of the pressing plate 13 are provided with the threaded holes, so that two-point positioning can be formed at the two ends of the pressing plate 13, the structure is stable, and the cylindrical pin is arranged between the two bolts 15, so that the pressing plate 13 can be ensured not to rotate under the driving of the cylindrical pin.
In some embodiments, the second trip member 40 is fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the main body 10. When the second contacting element 40 is integrally formed with the main body 10 or relatively fixedly connected to the main body 10, the second contacting element 40 cannot move relative to the main body 10, in other words, the second contacting element 40 and the main body 10 move in the same direction. Thus, when the first detecting member 201 contacts the first touching member 20, the triggering time of the second detecting member 202 is earlier than that of the first detecting member 201, and when the first detecting member 201 is separated from the first touching member 20, the triggering time of the first detecting member 201 is earlier than that of the second detecting member 202.
In other embodiments, the second triggering member 40 is movable relative to the main body 10 between a second release position and a second trigger position, and the door hook assembly 100 further includes a second resetting member disposed on the main body 10 and normally driving the second triggering member 40 toward the second trigger position, wherein a resetting force of the second resetting member on the second triggering member 40 is greater than a resetting force of the first resetting member 30 on the first triggering member 20.
The second trigger 40 has a second release position and a second trigger position, when the second trigger 40 contacts the second detecting element 202, the second trigger 40 can trigger the second detecting element 202 at the second trigger position, and when the second trigger 40 is separated from the second detecting element 202, the second trigger 40 cannot trigger the second detecting element 202 at the second trigger position. And the second trigger member 40 still continues to move when in the second release position, and finally the second trigger member 40 will be stationary at the second trigger position under the action of the second resetting member.
It can be understood that when the second detecting member 202 contacts the second contacting member 40, the second detecting member 202 will have a certain delay in the movement of the second detecting member 202 under the buffering action of the second resetting member, but because the first contacting member 20 is more sensitive, the first contacting member 20 takes more time to reach the stable state, that is, the first detecting member 201 takes longer time to reach the stable state than the second detecting member 202, so even if the second detecting member 202 is provided with the second resetting member, the second detecting member 202 is still triggered when the detecting member contacts the contacting member. When the second detecting member 202 is separated from the second touching member 40, since the buffering action of the second resetting member is smaller than the buffering action of the first resetting member 30, the first touching member 20 still moves before the second touching member 40, in other words, the time for separating the first touching member 20 from the first detecting member 201 is earlier than the time for separating the second touching member 40 from the second detecting member 202, and the first detecting member 201 is triggered immediately at the moment when the first detecting member 201 is separated from the first touching member 20. Therefore, when the detecting member is separated from the triggering member, the triggering time of the first detecting member 201 is earlier than that of the second detecting member 202.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first trip member 20 includes a first connecting rod 22 and a first hook 23 connected to a free end of the first connecting rod 22, and the second trip member 40 has a second connecting rod 41 and a second hook 42 connected to the second connecting rod 41. The first connecting handle 22 and the second connecting handle 41 are connected to the main body 10, and the free end of the first connecting handle 22 and the free end of the second connecting handle 41 are connected to the first hook 23 and the second hook 42, respectively, so that the first contact member 20 and the second contact member 40 can extend out of the main body 10 to contact the first detecting member 201 and the second detecting member 202.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the main body 10 is in a long strip shape, the first contact member 20 and the second contact member 40 are disposed at an interval in the extending direction of the main body 10, and the first contact member 20 and the second contact member 40 extend out toward the same side of the main body 10. In this way, the first and second trip parts 20 and 40 can connect the main body 10 to other equipment, and the fixed connection between the two ends is stable.
The door opening and closing detection system according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a detection assembly 200 and a door hook assembly 100, the door opening and closing structure comprises a first detection piece 201 and a second detection piece 202, the first detection piece 201 and the second detection piece 202 are connected in series, the door hook assembly 100 is the door hook assembly 100 of the household appliance 1 in the embodiment, the first detection piece 201 corresponds to the first contact piece 20, and the second detection piece 202 corresponds to the second contact piece 40. In one case, the door is opened when the detection piece is separated from the touch piece, and the door is closed when the detection piece is contacted with the touch piece; in another case, the door is closed when the detecting member is separated from the triggering member, and the door is opened when the detecting member is in contact with the triggering member.
