the transmitting cylinder main body is also internally provided with a pressure test gasket assembly (18) connected with the sealing rubber ring assembly; the hydraulic quick connection transmitter further comprises an automatic control component, wherein the automatic control component comprises a central controller, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor, a first flow sensor and a second flow sensor which are connected with the central controller through data signals, and the first pressure sensor is arranged on the sealing rubber component and used for detecting an inner ring pressure signal of the sealing rubber ring component in real time and sending the detected real-time inner ring pressure signal to the central controller; the second pressure sensor is arranged in the pressure test gasket assembly and used for detecting a pressure signal of the pressure test gasket assembly and sending the detected pressure signal of the pressure test gasket assembly to the central controller; the first flow sensor and the second flow sensor are arranged in the inner wall of the cleaned pipeline, respectively detect the gas flow signal and the liquid flow signal in the inner wall of the cleaned pipeline, and send the detected gas flow signal and liquid flow signal to the central controller; the central controller converts the received real-time inner ring pressure signal, the pressure signal of the pressure test gasket assembly, the gas flow signal and the liquid flow signal into data, stores the data in a memory and compares the data with a preset corresponding threshold value; controlling the thrust of two groups of hydraulic push rods of the hydraulic power assembly according to the comparison result, and the flow of gas and liquid in the cleaned pipeline; when the corresponding pressure value detected in real time is lower than a preset pressure threshold value, controlling the two groups of hydraulic push rods to improve thrust; when the flow values of the gas and the liquid detected in real time are lower than a preset flow threshold value, the flow of the gas and the liquid in the cleaned pipeline is increased, and otherwise, the flow of the gas and the liquid in the cleaned pipeline is reduced;
the automatic control assembly also comprises a display and an abnormality alarm which are connected with the central controller through data signals; the display is a liquid crystal display; the abnormal alarm is a lamplight scintillator or a loudspeaker; when the corresponding pressure value detected in real time is lower than a preset pressure threshold value and/or when the flow value of the gas and the liquid detected in real time is lower than a preset flow threshold value, the central controller controls the abnormal alarm to send an alarm prompt signal;
the application method of the hydraulic quick connection transmitter comprises the following steps:
step 1) preparation stage: suspending the hydraulic quick connection transmitter to a position coaxial with the cleaned pipeline, and connecting the cleaned pipeline with the transmitting cylinder main body;
step 2) starting a hydraulic system, wherein a hydraulic cylinder of a group of hydraulic push rods acts to drive a sealing push plate to move, the push plate pushes the sealing push rod to shrink the inner ring of the sealing rubber ring assembly, and the connected pipeline and the transmitting cylinder are sealed under the action of extrusion shrinkage of the inner hole of the sealing rubber ring assembly; the other group of hydraulic push rod hydraulic cylinders act to drive the clamping push plate to move, the push plate pushes the clamping push rod to enable the inclined surface of the inclined wedge to act with the slips, the slips shrink inwards, the connected pipeline is clamped, and clamping is completed;
step 3) opening the quick-opening blind plate, and putting the quick-opening blind plate into a cleaner; the filling liquid/gas is discharged from the inside due to installation through an inlet and an outlet at two ends of the cleaned pipeline; completing the installation operation of the transmitting cylinder;
the step 2) also comprises the step of detecting the inner ring pressure of the rubber sealing ring assembly, the pressure of the pressure test gasket assembly, the gas flow and the liquid flow signals in real time; and regulating and controlling the thrust of the two groups of hydraulic push rods and the flow of the gas and the liquid in the cleaned pipeline according to the corresponding signals detected in real time and the preset corresponding threshold values.

A hydraulic quick connect transmitter as defined in claim 1 wherein: the automatic control component also comprises an intelligent mobile terminal which is in wireless communication connection or wired communication connection with the central controller; the intelligent mobile terminal is a smart phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer; the intelligent mobile terminal can acquire the pressure of the inner ring, the pressure of the pressure test gasket assembly, the gas flow and the liquid flow in real time.
3. A hydraulic quick connect transmitter as defined in claim 1 wherein: the butt welding flange is provided with a horizontal adjusting mounting hole and a vertical adjusting mounting hole; the horizontal adjusting mounting hole and the vertical adjusting mounting hole are kidney-shaped holes; and the number is at least two; the butt welding flange is also provided with a plurality of round fixed mounting holes; the circular fixed mounting holes are uniformly distributed around the horizontal adjusting mounting holes and the vertical adjusting mounting holes.
4. A hydraulic quick connect transmitter as defined in claim 1 wherein: the rubber ring comprises a metal framework and a rubber ring which is wrapped and laid on the periphery of the metal framework; the number of the rubber rings is at least 3, and the pressure test gasket assembly is arranged between the adjacent rubber rings.
