the slurry storage cylinder assembly comprises a cylindrical slurry cylinder and a slurry conveying cone cylinder, and the cylindrical slurry cylinder and the slurry conveying cone cylinder are detachably connected into a whole; a first slurry conveying rod is arranged in the cylindrical slurry cylinder, a second slurry conveying rod is arranged in the slurry conveying cone cylinder, and one end of the first slurry conveying rod is provided with a slurry conveying rod rear support; the other end of the first slurry conveying rod is detachably connected with one end of the second slurry conveying rod into a whole; the other end of the second slurry conveying rod is provided with a slurry conveying rod front support; spiral blades are arranged on the first slurry conveying rod and the second slurry conveying rod; the first driving part is a slurry conveying motor or a slurry conveying hydraulic motor, and a slurry conveying speed reducer is further arranged on the first driving part; the pulp conveying speed reducer is also in driving connection with the pulp conveying rod; a slurry conveying rod sealing cover is also arranged between the slurry conveying rod and the slurry storage cylinder assembly;
the second driving part is a walking motor or a walking hydraulic motor; the second driving part is further provided with a walking speed reducer which is also in driving connection with the output shafts of the front wheel set and the rear wheel set; the guniting power source component comprises a guniting motor or a guniting hydraulic motor, a belt wheel I, a belt wheel II and a power transmission belt; the slurry spraying motor or the slurry spraying hydraulic motor is characterized in that a belt wheel I is arranged on an output shaft of the slurry spraying motor or the slurry spraying hydraulic motor, and the belt wheel I is connected with a belt wheel II through a power transmission belt; a guniting disc connected with the slurry storage cylinder assembly is further arranged on the second belt wheel; the guniting disc is connected with the connecting seat;
the automatic control system comprises a programmable controller, a frequency converter, a mortar liquid level sensor arranged in the mortar storage cylinder assembly, a mortar flow sensor arranged on the mortar spraying disc and a GPS positioning assembly arranged on a front wheel set or a rear wheel set wheel shaft; the mortar liquid level sensor, the mortar flow sensor and the GPS positioning assembly are connected with the programmable controller and are respectively used for detecting a real-time mortar liquid level height signal in the mortar storage cylinder assembly, a real-time flow signal of mortar injection and a real-time position signal of the mortar spraying machine on the inner wall of the drainage pipeline; the programmable controller is used for respectively controlling the conveying amount of mortar in the mortar storage cylinder assembly, the mortar spraying pressure regulating valve of the mortar spraying disc and the opening and closing of the first driving part according to the comparison result after receiving the real-time mortar liquid level height signal, the mortar spraying real-time flow signal and the real-time position signal of the mortar spraying machine on the inner wall of the drainage pipeline and converting the data of the real-time position signal and the real-time position signal with a preset corresponding threshold value; when the real-time mortar liquid level height signal is lower than a preset mortar liquid level height threshold value, the programmable controller controls the conveying amount of mortar in the mortar storage cylinder assembly to be increased; otherwise, the temperature is lowered; when the real-time mortar flow value is higher than a preset mortar flow threshold value, the programmable controller controls the mortar spraying pressure regulating valve to reduce the mortar spraying pressure; otherwise, the method is improved; when the real-time position signal of the mortar spraying machine on the inner wall of the drainage pipeline is different from the preset position of the mortar spraying machine on the inner wall of the drainage pipeline, the programmable controller controls the front wheel set and/or the rear wheel set to move to the preset position; setting through a frequency converter according to different spraying thicknesses, adjusting the frequency to be connected with a spraying motor of the spraying machine to change the rotating speed and change the speed of a travelling motor;
the top of the pulp storage cylinder assembly is also provided with an automatic opening and closing type pulp cylinder cover, the automatic opening and closing type pulp cylinder cover comprises a pulp cylinder cover opening and closing driving rod, an infrared distance measuring sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the pulp cylinder cover, the infrared distance measuring sensor is in data signal connection with a programmable controller and is used for detecting the distance difference between the pulp cylinder cover and the top surface of mortar in the pulp storage cylinder assembly in real time and sending the detected distance difference to the programmable controller; the programmable controller compares the received implementation distance difference value with a preset corresponding difference value threshold value, and controls the opening and closing driving rod of the pulp cylinder cover to open or close the pulp cylinder cover according to the comparison result; when the real-time detected distance difference value is higher than a preset corresponding difference value threshold value, the programmable controller controls the opening and closing driving rod of the slurry cylinder cover to be opened and the slurry is conveyed into the slurry storage cylinder assembly.
