本发明公开了一种防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法,制作工艺为:杆高温熔融挤出→过滤器→计量泵→纺丝→冷却→气流牵引→网帘成网→上下压辊,用于预加固→轧机热轧→卷绕,将防紫外配方按照以下比例加入浆桶中:水78‑88%;三氮杂苯衍生物、三嗪衍生物、苯并三氮唑化合物中的任一种8‑12%;羧甲基纤维素2‑5%;聚氨酯粘合剂2‑5%;本发明提供的防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法,防紫外后整理工艺简单,操作方便,且对环境友好;选用的化学品成本低,处理安全,无副作用。

一种防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及PP无纺布领域的功能性整理新技术,以提高PP无纺布的应用范围和附加值,尤其涉及一种防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
PP纺粘无纺布是将聚丙烯挤出、拉伸,形成连续长丝后,长丝铺设成网,纤网再经过自身粘合、热粘合、化学粘合或机械加固方法,使纤网变成无纺布。与传统的纺织布相比,具有工艺流程短、生产速度快、产量高、成本低、用途广等特点。它广泛应用于医疗卫生、家庭装饰、汽车工业、服装辅料等领域。随着人们生活水平的提高和安全意识的增强,无纺布的防紫外功能越来越成为人们关注的焦点。PP纤维由于其具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,是新一代备受关注的环保材料。但PP纺粘无纺布面料比较薄和透,靠其自身的面料结构很难达到防紫外的效果,因此需要对PP纺粘无纺布做后整理加工,使其具有防紫外功能,可以大量运用于盖布和口罩等领域。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法,针对PP无纺布透光的问题,提供一种阻挡紫外线穿透的新型无纺布材料,具体技术方案为:
聚合物→大螺杆高温熔融挤出→过滤器→计量泵→纺丝→冷却→气流牵引→网帘成网→上下压辊(预加固)→轧机热轧→卷绕
将防紫外配方按照以下比例加入浆桶中
配方
水78-88%
三氮杂苯衍生物8-12%
羧甲基纤维素2-5%
聚氨酯粘合剂2-5%
用转移上浆的方式通过上浆辊将以上配方涂覆到PP无纺布上
100度—130度烘干
烘干后成卷,分切。生产得到具有防紫外功能的PP纺粘无纺布。
配方中的三氮杂苯衍生物可以用三嗪衍生物和苯并三氮唑化合物替代
为了维持无纺布中防紫外配方的含量,作为上述技术方案的优选,所述无纺布经过转移上浆后的带液率为100%-150%。
聚丙烯酸树脂也需要一定温度的固化,作为上述技术方案的优选,所述的采用烘干方式采用热风干燥,干燥温度为110-130℃。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下有益效果:本发明防紫外后整理工艺简单,操作方便,且对环境友好;选用的化学品成本低,处理安全,无副作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
PP无纺基布的生产流程:聚丙烯聚合物喂入-熔融挤出-纤维形成-纤维冷却-成网-加固成布。
取30-50g/m2的PP无纺基布进行防紫外整理,具体操作步骤如下:
1)按如下质量取组分,混合均匀,配制成防紫外浆料
水78-88%
三氮杂苯衍生物8-12%
羧甲基纤维素2-5%
聚氨酯粘合剂2-5%
2)将防紫外浆料倒入带有搅拌装置的浆料桶中,通过转移上浆方式,由带浆辊将防紫外浆料涂覆到PP无纺布上;
3)把上浆过的无纺布置于压辊机的两个橡胶压辊之间进行挤压,一方面把浆料压入无纺布内部,使其分布均匀;将带液率控制在100-150%;
4)将上述无纺布在130℃的烘箱中热风干燥3-5min,即得防紫外PP无纺布。
所得防紫外无纺布用GB/T 18830-2009的标准检测UPF值可达到40+,可以称为防紫外产品
实施例2
PP无纺基布的生产流程:聚丙烯聚合物喂入-熔融挤出-纤维形成-纤维冷却-成网-加固成布。
取30-50g/m的PP无纺基布进行防紫外整理,具体操作步骤如下:

苯并三氮唑化合物8-12%
羧甲基纤维素2-5%
聚氨酯粘合剂2-5%
2)将防紫外浆料倒入带有搅拌装置的浆料桶中,通过涂层方式将防紫外浆料涂覆到PP无纺布上
3)把上浆过的无纺布置于压辊机的两个橡胶压辊之间进行挤压,一方面把浆料压入无纺布内部,使其分布均匀;将带液率控制在100-150%
4)将上述无纺布在130℃的烘箱中热风干燥3-5min,即得防紫外PP无纺布。
所得防紫外无纺布用GB/T 18830-2009的标准检测UPF值可达到40+,可以称为防紫外产品。

1.一种防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法,制作工艺为:杆高温熔融挤出→过滤器→计量泵→纺丝→冷却→气流牵引→网帘成网→上下压辊,用于预加固→轧机热轧→卷绕,其特征在于:
将防紫外配方按照以下比例加入浆桶中:
配方:
水 78-88%;
三氮杂苯衍生物、三嗪衍生物、苯并三氮唑化合物中的任一种 8-12%;
羧甲基纤维素 2-5%;
聚氨酯粘合剂 2-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:
用转移上浆的方式通过上浆辊将以上配方涂覆到PP无纺布上,100度—130度烘干,烘干后成卷,分切,生产得到具有防紫外功能的PP纺粘无纺布。
3.如权利要求2所述的防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:优选三氮杂苯衍生物。
4.如权利要求3所述的防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:为了维持无纺布中防紫外配方的含量,作为上述技术方案的优选,无纺布经过转移上浆后的带液率为100%-150%。
如权利要求4所述的防紫外PP无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:聚丙烯酸树脂也需要一定温度的固化,采用烘干方式采用热风干燥,干燥温度为110-130℃。
