When continuous conveying of the longer round-link chain is required, the conveying can be completed by means of friction force between the surface of the round-link chain and the wing plate 3 in light-load occasions such as braiding, continuous sand blasting or surface treatment. In the case of small enough load, the invention can also be used as a driving wheel. At this time, if the specification of the round-link chain to be operated is changed, the round-link chain wheel does not need to be replaced.
If the specification of the round-link chain is changed in a large range, the distance between the first base 21 and the second base 22 needs to be adjusted, and the specific implementation mode is as follows:
the set screw is first loosened, the first fixing screw 41 and the second fixing screw 42 are screwed out, and then the first base 21 and the second base 22 are fixed through the distance-adjusting fixing hole 212.
The distance adjusting screw tube 5 is rotated through the distance adjusting jack 53, the distance between the first base body 21 and the second base body 22 can be adjusted by controlling the rotation direction until the distance is adjusted properly, and then the operation is carried out reversely according to the process, so that the circular chain wheel is fixed again.
Example 2

The difference from embodiment 1 is that the wing plate 3 is not connected by a screw, but both ends are connected by a pin, the first tongue-and-groove group 213 is not provided with the unthreaded hole group 215 but with the second pin hole group 217, and the wing plate 3 is provided with the second pin hole 33 instead of the threaded hole 31, as shown in fig. 10-12.
The disadvantage of this embodiment is that the machining positioning accuracy requirements for the first pin hole set 216 on the first base 21 and the second pin hole set 217 on the second base 22 are relatively high.

The difference from the two embodiments described above is that in this embodiment, the first base 21, the second base 22 and the wing plate 3 are formed by welding, and the directions of rotation of the first internal thread section 211 and the second internal thread section 221 on the first base 21 and the second base 22 after the forming are still opposite, as shown in fig. 14 and 15.
The disadvantage of this embodiment is that the deformation of the work piece after the welding formation is relatively severe. To solve this problem, an independent dedicated tooling design is required prior to the welding process. In addition, the wing plates 3 are spaced relatively little from each other, and the welding operation is difficult to implement.

The disadvantage of this embodiment is that after the adjustment of the distance is completed by the distance adjusting screw tube 5, the ring sprocket is directly fixed on the shaft 1 by the set screws, so that it is difficult to ensure that the screwing degree of each set screw is the same, and it is difficult to eliminate the stress generated by deformation to the greatest extent by simply leaning on the gap between the internal thread and the external thread, thereby breaking the threads.
In addition, in this embodiment, the first internal thread segment 211 and the second internal thread segment 221 are distributed in stepped holes, so that the processing difficulty of the threads is high.
