Abstract
The invention discloses a gantry crane motor belt pulley mounting structure and a gantry crane motor belt pulley mounting method, wherein the gantry crane motor comprises a gantry crane motor and a gantry crane motor belt pulley, the gantry crane motor is provided with a rotor, and a rotor spoke plate and a rotating shaft are arranged on the rotor; during installation, internal threads in the belt pulley body are screwed on external threads of a rotating shaft of a rotor of a gantry crane motor, a plurality of bolt through holes in a first edge plate on the gantry crane motor belt pulley are aligned with a plurality of bolt holes in a rotor radial plate one by one, and then the bolt is sleeved with a spring washer, penetrates through each bolt through hole in the first edge plate of the gantry crane motor belt pulley, is screwed into the bolt hole in the aligned rotor radial plate and is screwed up, so that the assembly between the gantry crane motor belt pulley and the rotor of the gantry crane motor can be realized. The belt pulley of the motor of the gantry crane and the rotating shaft on the rotor of the motor of the gantry crane are matched by threads, so that the installation is convenient, the labor intensity of installation workers is greatly reduced, the working time is saved, special equipment of a press-in method or a temperature difference method is not needed, and the production cost is reduced.

Background
In the present elevator, the belt pulley and the motor rotating shaft have the following installation modes:
1. the belt pulley and the motor rotating shaft are in hot press fit, namely the belt pulley is heated and then is in hot press fit on the motor rotating shaft.
2. The belt pulley is matched with the motor rotating shaft through a key, a key groove is milled on the rotating shaft, and the belt pulley is connected with the motor rotating shaft through the key.
3. The two modes are combined or are assisted by bolt fastening.
The above method has the following defects:
1. the belt pulley is difficult to disassemble in a hot-pressing assembling mode;
2. the key connection and key groove processing technology have high requirements, the matching position needs to be adjusted during key assembly, the working time is wasted, and the belt pulley is difficult to disassemble.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the technical problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide a belt pulley mounting structure for a door machine motor, which aims at the problems existing in the assembly between the belt pulley and the motor rotating shaft.
The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for installing a belt pulley of a door machine motor, aiming at the problems existing in the assembly between the belt pulley and the motor rotating shaft.
The first aspect of the invention relates to a belt pulley mounting structure for a motor of a gantry crane, which comprises a motor of the gantry crane and a belt pulley for the motor of the gantry crane, wherein the belt pulley for the motor of the gantry crane comprises a belt pulley body and a first edge plate fixed at one end of the belt pulley body, which is close to the motor of the gantry crane, the outer diameter of the first edge plate is larger than that of the belt pulley body, an internal thread is arranged at the center in the belt pulley body, and wedge-shaped gear teeth are arranged on the peripheral surface of the belt pulley body; a plurality of bolt through holes are formed in the first edge plate at intervals in the circumferential direction; the gantry crane motor is provided with a rotor, the rotor is provided with a rotating shaft and a rotor spoke plate, and a section of external thread meshed with the internal thread in the belt pulley body is arranged at the shaft extension end of the rotating shaft; a rotor radial plate of a rotor of the gantry crane motor is provided with a plurality of bolt holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of bolt through holes of a first edge plate of a belt pulley of the gantry crane motor; during installation, the internal thread in the belt pulley body is screwed on the external thread of the rotating shaft on the rotor of the gantry crane motor, and a plurality of bolt through holes on the first edge plate of the gantry crane motor belt pulley are aligned with a plurality of bolt holes on the rotor radial plate of the rotor of the gantry crane motor one by one; and then after the spring washer is sleeved with the bolt, the bolt penetrates through each bolt through hole to be screwed into the aligned bolt hole and is screwed, so that the assembly between the belt pulley of the motor of the gantry crane and the rotating shaft on the rotor of the motor of the gantry crane can be realized.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a second edge plate is rigidly connected to one end of the belt pulley body away from the gantry crane motor; the outer diameter of the second edge plate is larger than that of the pulley body, but smaller than the outer diameter of the circumference of the first edge plate where the bolt through hole is located.
A door motor pulley mounting method as a second aspect of the present invention includes the steps of:

step six: screwing the internal thread in the belt pulley body on the external thread of the rotating shaft on the rotor of the gantry crane motor, and aligning a plurality of bolt through holes on a first edge plate in the belt pulley of the gantry crane motor with a plurality of bolt holes on the rotor radial plate one by one; and then after a spring washer is sleeved on the bolt sleeve, the bolt sleeve penetrates through each bolt through hole of the first edge plate, is screwed into the bolt hole on the rotor radial plate of the rotor of the gantry crane motor aligned with the bolt through hole and is screwed, and the assembly between the belt pulley of the gantry crane motor and the rotor of the gantry crane motor can be realized.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the installation mode is simple and easy;
2. the motor belt pulley of the gantry crane and the rotating shaft of the motor are in threaded fit, so that the installation is convenient, the labor intensity of installation workers is greatly reduced, the working time is saved, special equipment of a press-in method or a temperature difference method is not needed, and the production cost is reduced.
3. The motor belt pulley of the gantry crane is convenient to disassemble and maintain, and the practical performance of the product is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below in conjunction with the appended drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the motor pulley of the gantry crane shown therein includes a pulley body 100, a first edge plate 200 and a second edge plate 300.
An internal thread 110 is formed at the center of the pulley body 100, and wedge-shaped gear teeth 120 are uniformly formed on the outer circumferential surface of the pulley body 100.
A first boss 130 having an outer diameter smaller than that of the pulley body 100 is formed at an end of the pulley body 100 adjacent to the gate motor 400. The first edge plate 200 is formed with a first inner hole 210, and the first inner hole 210 is assembled on the outer circumference of the first boss 130 in an interference fit manner, so that the first edge plate 200 and the pulley body 100 can be rigidly connected. The outer diameter of the first edge plate 200 is larger than that of the pulley body 100, and a plurality of bolt through holes 220 are uniformly and circumferentially processed on the first edge plate 200 at intervals.
A second boss 140 with an outer diameter smaller than that of the pulley body 100 is formed at the end of the pulley body 100 away from the door motor 400, a second inner hole 310 is formed in the second edge plate 300, and the second inner hole 310 is assembled on the outer circumference of the second boss 140 in an interference fit manner, so that the second edge plate 300 is rigidly connected to the pulley body 100. The outer diameter of the second edge plate 300 is larger than the outer diameter of the pulley body 100 but smaller than the outer diameter of the circumference where the bolt through hole 220 of the first edge plate 200 is located.
Referring to fig. 3, the gantry crane motor 400 shown in the figure has a rotor provided with a rotor web 420 and a rotating shaft 410, and an external thread 411 which is engaged with the internal thread 110 of the pulley body 100 is formed at the shaft extension end of the rotating shaft 410; a plurality of bolt holes 421 corresponding to the plurality of bolt through holes 220 on the first edge plate 200 one by one are processed on the rotor web 420 of the rotor of the gate motor 400.
Referring to fig. 4, during installation, the internal thread 110 in the pulley body 100 is screwed on the external thread 411 of the rotating shaft 410, the bolt through holes 220 on the first edge plate 200 are aligned with the bolt holes 421 on the rotor web 420 one by one, and then the bolt 510 is sleeved with the spring washer 520, passes through each bolt through hole 220 and is screwed into the aligned bolt hole 421, so that the assembly between the motor pulley of the gantry crane and the rotor of the motor of the gantry crane can be realized.

The gantry crane motor belt pulley mounting structure is characterized by comprising a gantry crane motor and a gantry crane motor belt pulley, wherein the gantry crane motor belt pulley comprises a belt pulley body and a first edge plate fixed at one end, close to the gantry crane motor, of the belt pulley body, the outer diameter of the first edge plate is larger than that of the belt pulley body, an internal thread is arranged at the center in the belt pulley body, and wedge-shaped gear teeth are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the belt pulley body; a plurality of bolt through holes are formed in the first edge plate at intervals in the circumferential direction; the gantry crane motor is provided with a rotor, the rotor is provided with a rotating shaft and a rotor spoke plate, and a section of external thread meshed with the internal thread in the belt pulley body is arranged at the shaft extension end of the rotating shaft; a rotor radial plate of a rotor of the gantry crane motor is provided with a plurality of bolt holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of bolt through holes of a first edge plate of a belt pulley of the gantry crane motor; during installation, the internal thread in the belt pulley body is screwed on the external thread of the rotating shaft on the rotor of the gantry crane motor, and a plurality of bolt through holes on the first edge plate of the gantry crane motor belt pulley are aligned with a plurality of bolt holes on the rotor radial plate of the rotor of the gantry crane motor one by one; and then after the spring washer is sleeved with the bolt, the bolt penetrates through each bolt through hole to be screwed into the aligned bolt hole and is screwed, so that the assembly between the belt pulley of the motor of the gantry crane and the rotating shaft on the rotor of the motor of the gantry crane can be realized.

The gantry crane motor pulley mounting structure of claim 1, wherein a second edge plate is rigidly connected to an end of the pulley body remote from the gantry crane motor; the outer diameter of the second edge plate is larger than that of the pulley body, but smaller than the outer diameter of the circumference of the first edge plate where the bolt through hole is located.
3. The method for installing the belt pulley of the motor of the gantry crane is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

step five: a section of external thread which is meshed with the internal thread in the belt pulley body is processed at the shaft extension end of the rotating shaft on the rotor of the gantry crane motor, and a plurality of bolt holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the bolt through holes of the first edge plate are processed on the rotor radial plate on the rotor of the gantry crane motor;
step six: screwing the internal thread in the belt pulley body on the external thread of the rotating shaft on the rotor of the gantry crane motor, and aligning a plurality of bolt through holes on a first edge plate in the belt pulley of the gantry crane motor with a plurality of bolt holes on the rotor radial plate one by one; and then after a spring washer is sleeved on the bolt sleeve, the bolt sleeve penetrates through each bolt through hole of the first edge plate, is screwed into the bolt hole on the rotor radial plate of the rotor of the gantry crane motor aligned with the bolt through hole and is screwed, and the assembly between the belt pulley of the gantry crane motor and the rotor of the gantry crane motor can be realized.
