为了保护森林、防止水土流失追求以竹代木已成为大势所趋;竹要得到广泛应用必须制成竹板和竹钉的使用保障竹板不破裂才行,才能实现以竹代木的追求。现有的竹材由于加工方式方法存在不科学性,导致竹材耐腐蚀性差,在建材市场上消费者认知程度差。

本发明的目的是克服现有产品中的不足,提供一种防腐的竹地板的生产方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防腐的竹地板的生产方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1.1:将原竹切割为竹片,对竹片进行打平,去除竹青竹黄;
S1.2:将处理后的竹片放入防腐液中浸泡,浸泡时间为5h,然后在常温环境下放置3天;所述防腐剂其原料成分以重量份计为五朵云21份、白醋21份、乙醇11份、藿香11份、桂皮18份、对羧基苯甲酸甲酯21份、山梨酸钾22份、丙二醇25份;
S1.3:将S1.2获得的竹片在在真空条件下放入大豆油中进行加温浸泡,油温为175℃,浸泡时间为8h,将浸泡后的竹片捞出后,在竹片上下两面施压且在真空条件下静置,静置时间为5h,压力为2.7MPa;
S1.4:将S1.3获得的竹片放置在有机溶剂中,浸泡45min,取出烘干,制得。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明很据竹材的自身性能特点,在竹地板生产过程中采用科学方法对竹材进行改性,保证竹材具有良好的性能,防腐耐用,极大的提高了竹材的稳定性。
