Background
In the existing wrench production process, after hot forging is performed on the wrench body, a plurality of working procedures such as machining and polishing are needed. When the circular arc surface of the wrench body is polished, the wrench is flexibly and circumferentially fed and linearly fed, so that the circular arc surface of many wrench bodies is polished manually under normal conditions. The manual grinding of the arc surface can well meet the requirement of flexibility, and the ground quality can also meet the process requirement.
However, the method of manually polishing the arc surface has obvious defects, the labor intensity of workers is high, the working position is too close to the grinding machine, and the working environment is severe due to serious noise and flying dust pollution. And because the hand is close to the grinding wheel belt rotating at a high speed, the danger coefficient is high, and the grinding wheel belt is kept highly vigilant at the required moment so as to avoid accidental injury of a grinding machine.
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a novel wrench arc surface grinding jig that overcomes or at least alleviates the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a wrench arc surface polishing clamp, which aims to solve the technical problems of high risk and high labor intensity in polishing the arc surface of a wrench body in the prior art.
