Abstract
The invention relates to a follow-up device of a bending machine, which comprises a platform and a follow-up plate capable of supporting a heat exchanger, and is characterized in that: the support U mechanism comprises a first support ruler, a first support ruler guiding mechanism and a first support ruler driving mechanism, wherein the first support ruler is driven by the first support ruler driving mechanism and guided by the support ruler guiding mechanism to longitudinally slide on the follow-up plate. The invention has simple structure, reasonable space layout and convenient operation, and greatly facilitates the bending and forming of the multi-layer heat exchanger by supporting the U-shaped pipe.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a part of bending forming equipment of a heat exchanger, in particular to a follow-up device of a bending machine capable of bending the heat exchanger, and particularly relates to a follow-up device of a bending machine capable of adopting a one-time bending forming process for a multi-layer heat exchanger.
Background
The bending process of bending after the heat exchanger is subjected to the threading and expansion process is one of the key processes of heat exchanger forming, and has an important influence on the performance of the heat exchanger. In the bending, the heat exchanger is conveyed to a predetermined position so that a portion to be bent abuts against a bending die having a predetermined bending radius, and then the heat exchanger is clamped at both sides of the bending die, and the clamping members at one side or both sides are rotated about the bending die, so that the heat exchanger is pressed to a predetermined bending angle along the bending die. More specifically, the heat exchanger is fed into the bending machine in a lying state in the longitudinal direction, and then a predetermined bending portion is abutted against the bending die in the lateral direction, the bending die is placed above the bending portion to be bent, the front end of the heat exchanger is sandwiched between the bending die and the clamping die, while the rear end is supported by a bottom plate (follower plate), the actuator is driven to rotate the bending die and the clamping die by a prescribed angle as required, and the clamping die is lifted up to rotate the front section of the heat exchanger about the center of the bending die, thereby forming along the bending die.
The heat exchanger is generally formed by laminating one to three layers of workpieces, the prior follow-up plate only supports the bottommost layer of the heat exchanger, a diaphragm (for example, a diaphragm made of a PPC material) is needed to be inserted between two adjacent laminated workpieces, and the two adjacent laminated workpieces are separated by the diaphragm so as to avoid abrasion of the two adjacent laminated workpieces in the bending process. After the bending is completed, the diaphragm is required to be pulled away from the workpiece. Such as the bending machine disclosed in chinese patent application No. 201610736855. X. The operation of inserting and extracting the diaphragm is adopted, so that the production efficiency is difficult to improve, and the production cost is high.

the first supporting ruler guide mechanism comprises a guide rail fixed at the bottom of the follower plate, a first sliding block slidably arranged on the guide rail, a first guide plate fixed on the first sliding block and a guide groove on the follower plate, wherein the first guide plate penetrates through the guide groove and is fixed with the first supporting ruler above the follower plate.
The first supporting ruler driving mechanism comprises a first power source fixed at the bottom of the follow-up plate, a first screw rod pivoted at the bottom of the follow-up plate, a first nut matched with the first screw rod, a first nut seat fixed with the first nut, and a first nut groove on the follow-up plate, wherein the first nut seat penetrates through the first nut groove to be fixed with a first supporting ruler above the follow-up plate, and the first power source is connected with the first screw rod to drive the first supporting ruler to longitudinally slide on the follow-up plate.
The follower plate is also provided with a second bearing ruler, a second bearing ruler guide mechanism and a second bearing ruler driving mechanism;
the second supporting ruler guide mechanism comprises a second sliding block which is slidably arranged on the guide rail and a second guide plate which is fixed on the second sliding block, and the second guide plate passes through the guide groove and is fixed with a second supporting ruler above the follower plate;
the second supporting ruler driving mechanism comprises a second power source fixed at the bottom of the follow-up plate, a second screw rod pivoted at the bottom of the follow-up plate, a second nut matched with the second screw rod, a second nut seat fixed with the second nut, and a second nut groove on the follow-up plate, wherein the second nut seat penetrates through the second nut groove to be fixed with a second supporting ruler above the follow-up plate, and the second power source is connected with the second screw rod to drive the second supporting ruler to longitudinally slide on the follow-up plate.
The technical measures can be used alternatively or in any combination.
The invention has simple structure, reasonable space layout and convenient operation, and greatly facilitates the bending and forming of the multi-layer heat exchanger by supporting the U-shaped pipe.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The follow-up device of the bending machine comprises a platform 1 and a follow-up plate 2 capable of supporting a heat exchanger, wherein four supports 11 are arranged on the platform 1, two longitudinal guide rails 211 are arranged below the follow-up plate 2, each longitudinal guide rail 211 is provided with two sliding blocks 3, and each sliding block 3 is respectively fixed with the corresponding support 11 so as to enable the follow-up plate 2 to longitudinally slide on the platform 1. The platform 1 is also provided with a driving mechanism 4, the driving mechanism 4 comprises a screw 41 and a nut 42, and the nut 42 is fixedly connected with the follower plate 2 through a connecting plate 43. The follow-up plate 2 is provided with a U supporting mechanism, the U supporting mechanism comprises a first supporting ruler 5, a first supporting ruler guiding mechanism and a first supporting ruler driving mechanism, and the first supporting ruler is driven by the first supporting ruler driving mechanism and guided by the supporting ruler guiding mechanism to longitudinally slide on the follow-up plate.
The platform 1 can be lifted and lowered on the bending machine.
The first supporting ruler guiding mechanism comprises a guide rail 221 fixed at the bottom of the follower plate 2, a first sliding block 222 slidably installed on the guide rail, a first guiding plate 223 fixed on the first sliding block, and a guide groove 224 on the follower plate, wherein the first guiding plate 223 penetrates through the guide groove 224 and is fixed with the first supporting ruler 5 above the follower plate 2.
The first supporting ruler driving mechanism comprises a first power source 231 fixed at the bottom of the follow-up plate, a first screw rod 232 pivoted at the bottom of the follow-up plate, a first nut matched with the first screw rod, a first nut seat 234 fixed with the first nut, and a first nut groove 235 on the follow-up plate, wherein the first nut seat 234 penetrates through the first nut groove 235 and is fixed with the first supporting ruler 5 above the follow-up plate 2, and the first power source 231 is connected with the first screw rod 232 for transmission so as to drive the first supporting ruler 5 to longitudinally slide on the follow-up plate 2.
The follower plate 2 is also provided with a second supporting ruler 6, a second supporting ruler guide mechanism and a second supporting ruler driving mechanism;
the second supporting ruler guiding mechanism comprises a second sliding block 242 slidably installed on the guide rail 221 and a second guiding plate 243 fixed on the second sliding block, and the second guiding plate 243 passes through the guide groove 224 to be fixed with the second supporting ruler 6 above the follower plate 2;
the second supporting ruler driving mechanism comprises a second power source 251 fixed at the bottom of the follow-up plate, a second screw rod 252 pivoted at the bottom of the follow-up plate, a second nut matched with the second screw rod, a second nut seat 254 fixed with the second nut, and a second nut groove 255 on the follow-up plate, wherein the second nut seat 254 passes through the second nut groove 255 to be fixed with the second supporting ruler 6 above the follow-up plate 2, and the second power source 251 is connected with the second screw rod 252 for transmission so as to drive the second supporting ruler 6 to longitudinally slide on the follow-up plate 2.
The bottom of the follower plate 2 is provided with two guide rails 221, each guide rail 221 is provided with a first sliding block 222, and each guide rail 221 is also provided with a second sliding block 242. Two guide grooves 224 are formed in the follower plate, each first guide plate 223 penetrates through the corresponding guide groove 224, and the first bearing ruler 5 is erected on the two first guide plates 223. Each second guide plate 243 passes through the corresponding guide groove 224, and the second supporting ruler 5 is arranged on the two second guide plates 243.
