Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a cleaning device for nursing.
Background
The floor-cleaning of hospital wards and rooms of each department and the sanitary cleaning of hospital beds are part of the hospital care.
In the prior art, the floor is cleaned manually or by a sweeping robot, and the sweeping robot can completely clean dust particles or soft and fine garbage by a roller brush. However, hard garbage, such as broken glass sheets, paper rolls and infusion needle tubes, cannot pass through gaps between the roller brushes due to large volume and hardness, and the roller brushes are damaged by forcible cleaning. For the cleaning of the patient bed surface, obviously, the cleaning robot cannot be applied, and only the bed cleaner can be used for cleaning.
It is therefore desirable to design a cleaning device that has a variety of application scenarios and is suitable for use with a variety of waste.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a cleaning device for nursing, which can be used for cleaning garbage by holding a handheld handle and then placing the cleaning device on the ground or a bed surface to perform reciprocating pushing: when the garbage cleaning device is pushed forwards, garbage can be rolled into the garbage chamber through the bristles or the baffle plate; when the garbage cleaning device is pushed backwards, the bristles or the baffle plates keep stable postures instead of reverse rotation, and garbage is prevented from being thrown out of the garbage chamber.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

the front transverse cavity is arranged at the front half part of the middle core body along the left-right direction, and narrow-opening through holes communicated with the corresponding garbage chambers are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the front transverse cavity;
the middle-placed cavity is arranged in the middle of the middle-placed core body;
two first through holes are formed, one first through hole is formed in the left side and the right side of the front end of the middle cavity respectively, and the first through holes are communicated with the front transverse cavity;

the roller rotating shaft is arranged on the right side of the inner wall of the rear chamber;
the roller body is axially arranged along the left-right direction, the right end of the roller body is rotatably inserted on the roller rotating shaft, and the lower edge of the roller body penetrates through the lower end face of the rear cavity;
the annular slot is arranged on the right end face of the roller body;
the pressing spring is tightly pressed and arranged in the annular slot and is abutted against the right side of the inner wall of the rear chamber;
the continuous rotation shaft includes:
the left shaft body is rotatably arranged by penetrating through the first through hole and the second through hole on the left side, a left concave ring matched with the corresponding first insert block is arranged at the part of the left shaft body, which is positioned in the corresponding second through hole, a rotating shaft core hole is arranged at the center below the left shaft body, a side limiting hole is arranged on the side surface of the rotating shaft core hole, and a second insert block is also arranged on the inner wall of the rotating shaft core hole;

the driving screw is rotatably arranged in the spindle core hole, the rear end of the driving screw penetrates through the rear end face of the rear cavity and a built-in concave ring matched with the second insert block is arranged on the outer edge of the driving screw;
the friction ring is rotatably sleeved on the part of the left shaft body, which is positioned in the rear cavity, the right side of the friction ring is in transmission connection with the left end face of the roller body, and the inner wall of the friction ring is provided with a bolt connection insert block which penetrates through the side limiting hole and is in bolt connection with the driving screw rod;
the intermittent rotary shaft includes:
the right shaft body is rotatably arranged by penetrating through the first through hole and the second through hole on the right side, and a right concave ring matched with the corresponding first insert block is further arranged on the part, positioned in the corresponding second through hole, of the right shaft body;

the ratchet rotating shaft comprises a rotating round rod which is rotatably inserted into the corresponding narrow-opening through hole, a driven bevel gear which is arranged at one end of the rotating round rod in the front transverse cavity, and a rotating shaft body which is arranged at one end of the rotating round rod in the garbage cavity, wherein one end of the rotating shaft body, which is close to the side jack, is provided with an axial screw hole along the axial direction and is in threaded connection with an axial screw rod, one end of the axial screw rod, which is close to the driven bevel gear, is provided with a tapered driving cone head, the front end of the axial screw hole is provided with radial jack holes which are distributed along the radial direction, the radial jack holes are sequentially provided with a driven slide block, a reset pressure spring and a one-way ratchet from the hole bottom to the hole opening, the driven bevel gear which is positioned at the left side is in transmission connection with the left bevel gear, the driven bevel gear which, the one-way ratchet is provided with a wedge-shaped tooth head matched with the ratchet slot, and the wedge-shaped tooth head is gradually shortened along the clockwise direction in the view direction from left to right;
the bristles are densely distributed on the outer wall of the cylindrical wall of the one-way roller on the left side;
the baffles are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the cylindrical wall of the unidirectional roller on the right side in the circumferential direction;
the handheld handle is hinged to the upper end face of the shell base;
furthermore, a dust outlet rear cover is detachably arranged on the rear end face of each garbage chamber respectively.
Furthermore, inclined planes inclined downwards and forwards are formed in front of the lower end faces of the left roller placing cavity and the right roller placing cavity.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the cleaning device for nursing, garbage can be cleaned by holding the handheld handle and then placing the cleaning device on the ground or a bed surface to push the garbage to and fro: when the garbage cleaning device is pushed forwards, garbage can be rolled into the garbage chamber through the bristles or the baffle plate; when the garbage cleaning device is pushed backwards, the bristles or the baffle plates keep stable postures instead of reverse rotation, and garbage is prevented from being thrown out of the garbage chamber.
According to the adjusting method of the cleaning device for nursing, the position of the friction ring can be adjusted by rotating the driving screw, and the track circle radius R of the left end surface of the roller body in transmission contact with the friction ring is changed, so that when the cleaning device for nursing is pushed forwards at the same speed, the rotating speeds of the continuous rotating shaft and the intermittent rotating shaft are changed, and finally the rotating speed adjustment of the bristles and the baffle is realized.
Furthermore, the bolt connection inserting block is normally restrained by the side limiting hole and cannot rotate, and the driving screw rod cannot be driven to rotate by moving back and forth due to a thread self-locking mechanism, so that the bolt connection inserting block and the friction ring are kept in stable postures normally and the whole continuous rotating shaft is driven to rotate under the action of the left end face of the roller body.

a cleaning device for nursing is used, which comprises a shell base 1, a driving roller 2, a continuous rotating shaft 3, an intermittent rotating shaft 4, a one-way roller 5, bristles 6, a baffle 7 and a hand-held handle 8;
the shell base 1 is rectangular, the middle of the shell base 1 is provided with a middle core 11, the left and right sides of the middle core 11 are respectively provided with a garbage chamber 12, the front of the side surface of each garbage chamber 12 far away from the middle core 11 is respectively provided with a side jack 13, and the middle core 11 comprises:
the front transverse cavity 11a is arranged at the front half part of the middle core body 11 along the left-right direction, and narrow-opening through holes 11b communicated with the corresponding garbage chambers 12 are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the front transverse cavity 11 a;
a center cavity 11c arranged in the middle of the center core body 11;

step 1, pushing forward to clean garbage:
step 1.1, pushing the cleaning device forward:
placing the cleaning device for nursing on the ground, wherein the lower end of the roller body 22 is exposed below the shell base 1 and is contacted with the ground;
the hand-held handle 8 is held by hand and the cleaning device for nursing is pushed forwards to drive the roller body 22 to rotate, the left end surface of the roller body 22 acts on the friction ring 36 to drive the continuous rotating shaft 3 to continuously rotate clockwise in the view direction from back to front;
in a cycle of rotation of the continuous rotating shaft 3, the crank fork 34 is inserted into the corresponding transmission slot 43a and drives the corresponding intermittent rotating shaft 4 to rotate by a certain angle, after the crank fork 34 slides out of the transmission slot 43a, the notched disc 33 continuously rotates and locks the grooved wheel 43 through the locking concave arc 34b so as to lock the intermittent rotating shaft 4, and the continuous rotation of the continuous rotating shaft 3 drives the intermittent rotating shaft 4 to rotate anticlockwise from back to front in a view direction;

Further, intermittent type pivot 4 drives one-way roller 5, baffle 7 that are located the right side and carries out intermittent type and rotate, and the quantity of baffle 7 with 4 transmission slots 43a one-to-one of intermittent type pivot makes crank shift fork 34 slides out in transmission slot 43a at every turn, and when the intermittent type pivot 4 was in the stall state, all had a baffle 7 to be located under one-way roller 5, can effectively block rubbish and avoid leaking.
The adjusting method of the cleaning device for nursing comprises the following steps:
the cleaning device for nursing is pushed forwards until the bristles 6 and the baffle 7 are abutted against the wall surface and cannot rotate, the two one-way rollers 5 stop rotating, and the left cone pulley 32 and the left shaft body 31 stop rotating;
the driving screw 35 is rotated to drive the bolt joint insert block 36a and the friction ring 36 to slide along the side limiting hole 31 c;
the track circle radius R of the left end face of the roller body 22 in transmission contact with the friction ring 36 changes, so that when the cleaning device for nursing is pushed forwards at the same speed, the rotating speeds of the continuous rotating shaft 3 and the intermittent rotating shaft 4 change, and finally the rotating speed adjustment of the bristles 6 and the baffle 7 is realized.
