Abstract
The invention discloses a motor reducer integrated shell with a cooling water channel, which comprises a motor shell body, wherein the motor shell body is integrated with the reducer shell body; the motor is characterized in that a cooling circulation water channel is arranged in the shell of the speed reducer shell and the motor shell, and the cooling circulation water channel is used for cooling the stator core, the motor bearing seat and the front end cover end face which are arranged in the motor shell. This integrated casing of motor reducer adopts integrative casting shaping, and cooling circulation water course accessible low pressure casting forms inside cavity, cooling circulation water course can be used to cooling motor stator core, reduction gear casing and motor bearing frame, has improved the cooling efficiency of whole cooling system, has reduced electric drive system heat loss, and has improved the life of bearing.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of motor reducer shell structure design, in particular to a motor reducer integrated shell with a cooling water channel.
Background
At present, the integrated design of a motor, a speed reducer and PEB becomes the main stream of the existing electric drive system design, and the space utilization rate of the system can be effectively improved. The motor shell is designed to enable the shell of the motor and the shell of the speed reducer to be cast integrally, the cooling circulating water channel can form an internal cavity through low-pressure casting, meanwhile, the motor stator iron core is cooled, the speed reducer box body and the motor bearing seat are cooled, the inlet of the circulating water channel is directly connected with the outlet of the controller water channel, and the outlet of the circulating water channel is arranged on the speed reducer shell. However, the existing motor housing has the following disadvantages: 1) The existing connection mode of the motor and the speed reducer is usually assembled by bolts, so that the space of the whole bridge assembly is increased, and the assembly difficulty and the use amount of parts are increased; 2) The existing motor water channel circulation system is used for independently cooling the stator core by wrapping the motor stator core, and the cooling efficiency of the cooling system is low; 3) The speed reducer is directly connected with the motor shell, and the temperature rise of the motor or the speed reducer at different rotating speeds is different, or the temperature rise at one side with high temperature is increased. Therefore, there is a need for structural improvement in the cooling water passage of the motor housing to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at: the shell consists of a motor shell and a speed reducer shell, the motor is formed by casting at low pressure, the motor is provided with a water inlet, water is fed into the motor to cool the stator core successively, the speed reducer is provided with a bearing chamber, and the bearing chamber is provided with a water outlet for outflow, so that the motor speed reducer integrated shell is cooled in a circulating and reciprocating mode.

As a preferable technical scheme, the end cover and the bearing cooling part comprise an end cover cooling water channel and a bearing cooling water channel; the end cover cooling water channel is in a half fan shape, is arranged in parallel with the front end cover end face of the motor shell and is used for cooling the front end cover end face and the speed reducer shell; the bearing cooling water channel is semicircular, is perpendicular to the end cover cooling water channel, is arranged on the outer circumferential outer side of the motor bearing seat of the motor shell, and is used for cooling the motor bearing seat.
As the preferable technical scheme, the speed reducer shell and the motor shell are integrally formed by low-pressure casting, and the cooling circulating water channel is an inner cavity formed by low-pressure casting.
The invention has the advantages that:
1) The motor and the reducer shell are integrally designed, so that the axial dimension of the whole bridge assembly is reduced, the assembly concentricity of axially assembled parts is easier to control in an integrated design, and the consumption of motor parts is reduced;
2) The cooling water channel of the motor can successively cool the motor stator iron core, the speed reducer shell and the motor bearing chamber, so that the cooling efficiency of the whole cooling system is improved, and the heat loss of the electric drive system is reduced;
3) The motor and the intermediate water channel of the speed reducer not only can play a role in cooling the shell, but also can prevent the speed reducer and the motor from serving as heat sources to diffuse heat to each other at various rotating speeds;
4) And the cooling structure of the bearing at the high rotating speed of the motor is increased, and the service life of the bearing is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 2, for further explanation of the above technical solution, the cooling circulation water channel 3 is an internal cavity formed by a water channel inlet 31, a motor cooling part 32, an end cover, a bearing cooling part 33 and a water channel outlet 34; the water channel inlet 31 is arranged on the motor shell 2, the motor cooling part 32 is spirally arranged in the motor shell 2, the end cover and the bearing cooling part 33 are arranged at the joint interface of the speed reducer shell 1 and the motor shell 2, and the water channel outlet 34 is arranged on the speed reducer shell 1; wherein the end cap and bearing cooling portion 33 includes an end cap cooling water channel 33-1 and a bearing cooling water channel 33-2; the end cover cooling water channel 33-1 is in a half fan shape, is arranged in parallel with the front end cover end face of the motor shell and is used for cooling the front end cover end face and the speed reducer shell; the bearing cooling water channel 33-2 is in a semicircular shape, is perpendicular to the end cover cooling water channel 33-1, and is arranged on the outer circumferential outer side of the motor bearing seat of the motor housing for cooling the motor bearing seat.
The invention relates to a motor reducer integrated shell with a cooling water channel, which is formed by integrally casting, wherein a cooling circulating water channel is arranged in the shell, cooling water enters from a water channel inlet, firstly cools a stator core, secondly cools the end faces of the reducer shell and a motor front end cover, and then cools a bearing chamber, finally flows out from a water channel outlet, and cooling water flows in from the water channel inlet again after external heat dissipation, so that the motor shell is cooled circularly. The cooling circulating water channel is a casting sand core, and is discharged from sand discharge holes at the periphery of the shell after casting; the cooling circulation water channel improves the cooling efficiency of the motor, blocks the relative heat diffusion of the motor and the speed reducer, and solves the heat dissipation problem of the bearing when the motor rotates at a high speed.
