Technical Field
The current water-cooled motor shell structure is generally divided into two types: integrated and non-integrated. The integrated housing typically integrates the motor housing with the motor end cap or controller housing. The integrated shell has the advantages of compact structure, less machining, less parts, simple assembly and low manufacturing cost. The non-integrated housing is not integrated with the motor end cover or the controller housing. The non-integrated shell has the disadvantages of more machining, more parts, complex assembly and high manufacturing cost.

The invention aims to solve the problems of the existing new energy motor shell and provides an integrated motor shell which is compact in structure, less in machining, less in part number, simple in assembly, low in cost and high in reliability.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a motor and reduction gearbox positioning spigot which is coaxially arranged with the water-cooling motor shell is cast and formed on the outer end face of the front end cover.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the cooling water channel is an isosceles trapezoid.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is no round angle between the two bevel edges and the bottom edge of the cooling water channel, and a round angle is arranged between the two bevel edges and the top edge.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the IGBT module cooling water channel and the cooling water channel are cast and formed by using a sand core, and the sand core includes a plate-shaped S-shaped portion for forming the IGBT module cooling water channel and a columnar spiral portion for forming the cooling water channel.
The invention also discloses a water-cooled motor which comprises an IGBT module, a motor stator and the new energy water-cooled motor shell, wherein the motor stator is installed in a stator installation hole of the water-cooled motor shell, the IGBT module is installed in an IGBT module installation groove of the water-cooled motor shell, and the IGBT module installation groove is directly connected with the motor stator through a U-phase copper bar, a V-phase copper bar and a W-phase copper bar.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an auxiliary positioning groove for cooperating with the stator positioning groove is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the motor stator.
The invention has the following main advantages and effects: the motor shell has the advantages of compact structure, less machining, low cost, easy assembly and high reliability; the water channel sand core has simple structure and low cost; the water channel has good heat dissipation performance; the IGBT module and the front end cover are directly integrated on the motor shell, so that the size of the motor is effectively reduced, the coaxiality of a motor rotor and a stator after the whole motor is assembled is ensured, the stress and NVH of a bearing and a bearing mounting hole are improved when the motor works, the reliability of the motor is improved, and meanwhile, the IGBT module and the motor stator are directly connected through three UVW copper bars without high-voltage three-phase line connection in the prior art, the number of parts is reduced, the assembly workload is reduced, and the cost is reduced; meanwhile, further, the stator positioning grooves which are arranged along the radial direction of the water-cooled motor shell are processed on the inner end surface of the water-cooled motor shell, so that the positioning and the assembly of the stator are facilitated; furthermore, the design of the cooling water channel is convenient for demoulding the spiral water channel sand core from the sand core mould after the sand core is formed.

a controller shell 5 is integrated on the upper part of the motor shell body 1, and an S-shaped IGBT module cooling water channel 7 is arranged in the controller shell 5 and used for cooling the IGBT module; the controller shell 5 is provided with a direct-current high-voltage wire mounting hole 6 and a signal wire mounting hole 8;
the S-shaped IGBT module cooling water channel 7 in the controller shell 5 and the spiral motor shell water channel 12 in the motor shell body 1 are in a series structure, cooling liquid enters the IGBT module cooling water channel 7 from the water inlet 3, cools the IGBT module and then enters the motor shell water channel 12 to cool a motor stator, and flows out from the water outlet 2;
the motor shell body 1 and the controller shell 5 are integrated, and have the main advantages that: the two parts do not need to be designed and processed with an assembly surface, the two parts do not have a positioning structure and a fixing bolt, the two parts are directly integrated without assembly, and a sealing structure or a device is not arranged between the two parts, so the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and the integrated structure has high reliability; the IGBT module cooling water channel 7 and the spiral motor shell water channel 12 are in a series structure, and the IGBT module cooling water channel and the spiral motor shell water channel do not need to be connected through a pipeline between a traditional controller and a motor, so that the leakage risk is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the reliability is improved due to no pipeline design; the IGBT module 16 is directly connected with the motor stator 20 through the U-phase copper bar 17, the V-phase copper bar 18 and the W-phase copper bar 19, and high-voltage three-phase line connection in the prior art is not needed, so that the number of parts is reduced, the assembly workload is reduced, and the cost is reduced;
in addition, the motor shell body 1 is integrated with a front end cover 10, and the front end cover 10 is integrated with a motor and reduction gearbox mounting hole 4; the mounting hole 4 is used for fixing the motor and the reduction gearbox;
the main advantages of the integration of the motor housing body 1 with the front end cover 10 are: the two parts do not need to be designed and processed with an assembly surface, a positioning structure or a device, a fixing bolt, a sealing structure or assembly, and the like, so that the manufacturing and assembly cost is reduced, and the reliability is improved due to the integrated structure;
the front end cover 10 is provided with a motor and reduction gearbox positioning spigot 11 for positioning when the motor and the reduction gearbox are assembled, and the inner circle of the positioning spigot is used for installing an oil seal or other sealing devices;
the front end cover 10 is provided with a bearing mounting hole 9 for mounting a front bearing of the motor; the bearing mounting hole 9 and the stator mounting hole 14 are machined and formed at one time, the coaxiality of the axes of the bearing mounting hole and the stator mounting hole is high, the coaxiality of a motor rotor and a stator after the whole machine is assembled can be ensured, the stress and NVH of the bearing and the bearing mounting hole are improved when the motor works, and the reliability of the motor is improved;
meanwhile, a semicircular stator positioning hole 13 is integrated on the stator mounting surface on the inner side of the motor shell body 1, another semicircular positioning hole is formed in the motor stator 20, the two semicircular positioning holes are combined into a circular hole, and a positioning pin is inserted into the circular hole and used for positioning the motor stator 20 and the shell body 1, so that the stator 20 is prevented from rotating in the motor shell body 1 when the motor works;
