The invention provides a method for drying a coke dry quenching furnace by warm air, which comprises the steps of opening a main steam stop valve and a main steam pressure regulating valve of the coke dry quenching furnace needing warm air drying, and manually opening a main steam blow-off valve; opening a communication door of the main steam pipe of the coke dry quenching boiler needing warm air drying on the other coke dry quenching main steam pipeline; and starting a boiler feed water pump and a circulating fan, and adjusting the steam introduction amount according to the requirement. The invention can effectively improve the inlet temperature of the dry quenching furnace by returning the main steam generated by dry quenching to the dry quenching boiler needing steam through the communication door, and is beneficial to realizing the warm air drying process of the dry quenching furnace.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coking processes, and particularly relates to a warm air drying method used during maintenance of a dry quenching furnace.
Background
The dry quenching furnace is dried by warm air, and the dry quenching furnace is usually introduced into a drum of a dry quenching boiler through a low-pressure steam pipeline, and the effect of drying the dry quenching furnace by warm air is achieved by increasing the internal temperature of the boiler to heat circulating gas. However, in operation, the pressure and temperature of the low-pressure steam are sometimes insufficient, so that the inlet temperature of the coke dry quenching furnace cannot be raised to the specified temperature during dry quenching warm air drying.

(8) And adjusting the rotating speed, steam pressure and flow of a circulating fan according to the change of the inlet temperature of the dry quenching furnace, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan to 480-520 r/min at the early stage of warm air drying, and controlling the inlet temperature of the dry quenching furnace.
(9) And adjusting the drainage water quantity according to the liquid level condition of the boiler.
