一种智能移动冷柜,它属于一种智能环保充电移动冷柜,它解决现有的冷库不能移动,移动的冷链车又不能当固定用,所以使用起来很不方便,能耗大,污染很大等技术问题,其技术方案要点是,它是可以移动的独立冷柜,里面自带电瓶电池和充电系统,电池经逆变器供压缩机运行,柜顶上有折叠太阳能面板能给电瓶电池充电,通上市电时,优先市电供电,可以边运行边充电,柜门上还安装有智能监控系统,可以远距离实时监控冷藏库的温度数据,它主要是用于农产品、水果,海鲜等冷藏运输。

现有的冷库主要有两种,一种是固定在一个地方不能移动,需要移动只能全部拆掉在重新装起来,使用起来很不方便,万一停电了里面东西容易坏。另一种是冷链车,冷库和车是一体的,走到哪车要开到哪,上货下货车要必需等在那里,冬季到了车也就闲在那里夏季车又不够,还得配专业的司机,所以运输成本很高,而且冷链车都是烧化石能源,排放的废气没经过处理,对环境也有很大污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节能环保,能耗低,智能化程度高,既能当固定冷库使用,也能长途运输冷藏食品的智能移动充电冷柜。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括分隔为机组控制室和冷藏室的柜体以及设置在柜体内的制冷系统、电源智能控制系统、智能监控系统,所述制冷系统,包括压缩机、连接在压缩机上的蒸发器、膨胀阀、储液罐、冷凝器以及连接在蒸发器、冷凝器之间的制冷管,压缩机为变频压缩机,冷藏室内设置有温度传感器与控制压缩机的温控器连接,在指定温度范围内在电源智能控制系统控制下暂时断开压缩机与电源的连接,高于指定温度则启动压缩机,还能根据蒸发器的温度压力改变压缩机运行频率和转速,用以达到节能目的,使电池容量更耐用;所述智能监控系统包括控制面板、和控制面板连接的传感器以及控制终端,控制面板内安装设置带有芯片的无线发射器和接收控制器,可以将冷藏柜内的实时温度数据和冷柜的位置发送到控制终端,也可以接收控制终端的控制指令,可以实现物流智能化管理。
电源智能控制系统包括太阳能电池板、蓄电池、充电机、逆变器、温控器、时间继电器、断路器和开关,通过断路器和开关的控制可以实现太阳能电池板直接供电、太阳能电池板给蓄电池充电、市电直接供电、市电通过充电机给蓄电池充电、市电边运行边充电、备用电池经逆变器变频节能供电,市电优先运行,通过温控器可以控制压缩机的启停。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、采用可以移动的一体式里外双层独立柜体,中间用高密度保温材料比现有的更结实耐用和保温,底部安装有4个轮子,没有货物或者有少量货物时,不用叉车可以轻松移动方便管理。
2、电源控制系统在没有外部电源时用自带的电瓶电池经过逆变器来供电,保证设备任何环境都能工作,电路采用独特的逆变控制方试,可以一边充电一边工作互不影响。
3、压缩机采用变频压缩机,当制冷时周围环境有个降温过程,都是要温度达到一定设置的时候压缩机才会自动停止或者开启,此时随着温度降低,蒸发器里的温度会比周围环境温度低很多,压力也会降低,因此就会结冰结霜,严重影响制冷效果,所以要通过膨胀阀进行有效除霜,也因为是通过膨胀阀除霜,所以除霜过程中缩机要一直工作,这大大曾加了压缩机的能耗,而采用逆变器和变频压缩机,可以根据蒸发器的温度变化通过温度压力传感器来调节压缩机的频率和快慢而达到节能目的。
4、在柜体顶上还安装有太阳能折叠面板使用时拉开折叠太阳能面板,在原面积上能增加太阳能板面积,只要有阳光,太阳能板的功率足够供压缩机正常使用和对电池电瓶充电,还能给柜体遮阳,防止阳关直射,减少热交互。
5、在没有外部电源和太阳能的情况下自带电池能长时间供压缩机长时间使用,保证鲜活产品长距离长时间运输。
6、本发明还装有智能远传温控系统,可以把位置温度数据位置及时传到监控人的手机或电脑,温度异常能像监控人发出短信和打电话报警,可以实现机器人自动识别装货和智能管理,只要普通司机普通货车就可以运输,很大程度降低了整个农产品、水果、海鲜的物流成本。

7.根据权利要求1所述的智能移动充电冷柜,其特征是:所述柜体底部设置有脚轮,空载或轻载时方便移动,脚轮上设置有刹车装置。
