本发明提供一种油水电混合动力系统,包括燃油动力部分、水喷射蒸汽动力部分、发电部分、蓄电部分和电动部分,燃油动力部分排气产生的热能对水喷射蒸汽动力部分进行加热,水喷射蒸汽动力部分蒸汽迅速膨胀后产生动力带动发电部分进行发电,然后对蓄电部分进行充电,此蓄电部分再为电动部分提供电力驱动,从而实现油水电混合动力,使混合动力设备得到更加适用的推广与普及。

本发明涉及一种动力系统,尤其是利用油水电混合使用产生动力的系统。
背景技术
目前市上利用油与电混合产生动力比较多,如利用汽油机产生动力的同时对动力电池进行充电,严重消耗汽油机部分能量,最终也是消耗汽油产生的电能,电能再驱动动力电机实现混合动力汽车,或者是利用制动时的能量对动力电池进行充电,再者就是汽车停止时利用充电站对动力电池进行充电,然后再驱动动力电机实现混合动力汽车,以上方式均没有充分有效地利用汽油机产生的热能进行再利用,严重影响汽车行驶持续性,从而油与电混合产生动力的推广运用受到阻碍。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,充分利用汽油机产生的热能进行再利用,即充分利用汽油机的散热水热能与排气热能,因此提供一种油水电混合动力系统,包括燃油动力部分、水喷射蒸汽动力部分、发电部分、蓄电部分和电动部分,其特征是燃油动力部分排气产生的热能对水喷射蒸汽动力部分进行加热,水喷射蒸汽动力部分蒸汽迅速膨胀后产生动力带动发电部分进行发电,然后对蓄电部分进行充电,此蓄电部分再为电动部分提供电力驱动,从而实现混合动力。
具体地,所述的燃油动力部分通过排气管与水喷射蒸汽动力部分连接,此排气管与燃油动力部分排气道连通。
具体地,所述的燃油动力部分排出的高温气体通过排气管对水喷射蒸汽动力部分的加热面进行加热后排出管外。
具体地,所述的水喷射蒸汽动力部分的加热面与排气管紧密结合,使排气管的热量最大程度传导至加热面上。
具体地,所述的水喷射蒸汽动力部分由加热面缸盖、活塞运行缸体、活塞、电磁喷水阀、蒸汽排气阀和蒸汽排气道组成,加热面缸盖与活塞运行缸体紧密结合,且加热面缸盖与活塞运行缸体及活塞组成蒸汽做功空间。
具体地,所述的电磁喷水阀置于活塞运行缸体上,且电磁喷水阀的喷嘴指向加热面,蒸汽排气阀和蒸汽排气道置于活塞运行缸体底部,便于排水,活塞通过连杆与曲轴飞轮连接,使直线运动变为圆周运动,从而带动发电部分工作,该发电部分与蓄电部分存在电性连接。
具体地,所述的水喷射蒸汽动力部分喷射所用的水来源于燃油动力部分散热的水,即燃油动力部分散热水出口通过泵与电磁喷水阀连接并相通,而水喷射蒸汽动力部分工作后冷凝水通过蒸汽排气道在泵的作用下输送至燃油动力部分散热水入口,即蒸汽排气道通过泵与燃油动力部分散热水入口连接并相通,此部分的水由于本身温度较高,通常在100摄氏度左右,在此温度下的水用于水喷射蒸汽动力部分,可以缩短汽化时间同时也可以节省热量,最终使水喷射蒸汽动力部分工作效率得到一定的提升。
具体地,所述的燃油动力部分工作后由排气道排出的剩于热气经过排气管对加热面缸盖进行加热使加热面聚热升温,此时电磁喷水阀工作,散热水在泵的作用下从喷嘴开始喷出并雾化使之到达加热面,散热水遇高温并迅速汽化膨胀,推动活塞向外运动做功,在惯性的作用下越过止点并返回,此时蒸汽排气阀打开,汽体从蒸汽排气道排出并冷凝后形成液体又在泵的作用下运输至燃油动力部分的散热水入口,通过燃油动力部分加热过后的散热水又在泵的作用下输送至电磁喷水阀,当活塞运动到底部时电磁喷水阀又开始工作,使活塞又对外做功,实现周而复始的工作循环,活塞周而复始的运动在连杆的带动下使曲轴运转,从而带动发电部分工作,最终使发电部分对蓄电部分进行充电,然后使蓄电部分驱动电动部分工作,从而实现油水电混合动力系统正常工作,以上结构模式最大程度利用汽油机余下的热能进行发电,使油水电混合动力系统工作持续性得到增强,更加实用。

Claims (8)

1.一种油水电混合动力系统,包括燃油动力部分、水喷射蒸汽动力部分、发电部分、蓄电部分和电动部分,其特征是燃油动力部分排气产生的热能对水喷射蒸汽动力部分进行加热,水喷射蒸汽动力部分蒸汽迅速膨胀后产生动力带动发电部分进行发电,然后对蓄电部分进行充电,此蓄电部分再为电动部分提供电力驱动,从而实现混合动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油水电混合动力系统,其特征是燃油动力部分通过排气管与水喷射蒸汽动力部分连接,此排气管与燃油动力部分排气道连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种油水电混合动力系统,其特征是燃油动力部分排出的高温气体通过排气管对水喷射蒸汽动力部分的加热面进行加热后排出管外。

8.根据权利要求7所述的一种油水电混合动力系统,其特征是当燃油动力部分工作后由排气道排出的剩于热气经过排气管对加热面缸盖进行加热使加热面聚热升温,此时电磁喷水阀工作,散热水在泵的作用下从喷嘴开始喷出并雾化使之到达加热面,散热水遇高温并迅速汽化膨胀,推动活塞向外运动做功,在惯性的作用下越过止点并返回,此时蒸汽排气阀打开,汽体从蒸汽排气道排出并冷凝后形成液体又在泵的作用下运输至燃油动力部分的散热水入口,通过燃油动力部分加热过后的散热水又在泵的作用下输送至电磁喷水阀,当活塞运动到底部时电磁喷水阀又开始工作,使活塞又对外做功,实现周而复始的工作循环。
