Abstract
The invention provides a hole plugging prefabricated structure, which comprises two steel plates and an H-shaped steel rib plate, wherein the two steel plates comprise a first steel plate and a second steel plate; the H-shaped steel rib plate is arranged between the two steel plates; the two side plates of the H-shaped steel rib plate are respectively connected with the two steel plates; the edge of the first steel plate protrudes out of the edge of the second steel plate. The invention further provides a hole plugging structure. Through the structure, the hole plugging prefabricated structure has the advantages of good integrity, high rigidity, light weight and high bearing capacity; the bearing capacity and the seepage-proofing capacity of the structure after hole plugging are improved, and crack development and damage of the new and old weak bonding surfaces are reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a hole plugging structure, in particular to a hole plugging structure for plugging reserved holes.
Background
After the construction of the main structure is completed, the construction engineering generally leaves a plurality of holes to be plugged later. The invention provides a hole plugging prefabricated structure, which comprises two steel plates and an H-shaped steel rib plate, wherein the two steel plates comprise a first steel plate and a second steel plate; the H-shaped steel rib plate is arranged between the two steel plates, and two side plates of the H-shaped steel rib plate are respectively connected with the two steel plates; the edge of the first steel plate protrudes out of the edge of the second steel plate, namely the orthographic projection area of the second steel plate is smaller than that of the first steel plate and is positioned in the orthographic projection of the first steel plate.
The steel plate is rectangular, and the H-shaped steel rib plate is welded with the steel plate in a full-welded mode. The H-shaped steel rib plate adopts Q235-B steel, and the model is Hhx x11x18. The welding thickness of the H-shaped steel rib plate and the steel plate is 8mm. The steel plate adopts Q235-B steel, the thickness of the steel plate is 20mm, ribs are arranged on the surface of the steel plate, and the thickness of the ribs is 5mm. The H-shaped steel rib plates are arranged along the length direction of the steel plate; two H-shaped steel rib plates positioned at the outermost sides are respectively arranged on the steps; the H-shaped steel rib plates are arranged at intervals of 1.0m along the long side direction of the steel plate.

The length of the part of the first steel plate placed on the edge structure is 0.1 time of the length of the edge of the hole, and the part is not less than 22 times of the length of the diameter of the reinforcing steel bar of the hole edge structure. The second steel plate is supported on the step structure of the side wall of the second step, the width of the step is larger than 300mm, and the height is 1/3 of the thickness of the hole.
The steel armpit angle is arranged on the narrow hole site and is tightly attached to the side wall, one wing edge of the steel armpit angle is welded with the hole edge structural steel bar positioned on the narrow hole (the exposed end part of the hole edge structural steel bar is welded here), and the other wing edge is welded with the surface of the second steel plate. The steel axillary angle adopts Q235-B steel, the thickness is 20mm, the right triangle, the ratio of the short right angle side to the long right angle side is 1:2. the steel axillary angles are distributed along the short sides of the steel plate, and are arranged at intervals of 0.5 m.
The polymer waterproof mortar layer is arranged on the outer side surface of the first steel plate and extends to the edge structure of the hole, and covers the exposed structural steel bars around the edge of the hole. The thickness layer of the polymer waterproof mortar exceeds the original structural surface by 10mm, and is paved right above the steel plates, and the side lengths of the polymer waterproof mortar layer respectively exceed the side lengths of the first steel plates by 100mm. The construction of the hole plugging structure comprises the following steps: firstly, chiseling the periphery of the reserved hole into a step shape, wherein the step width is 300-400 mm, and the height is 1/3 of the hole thickness. According to the hole plugging prefabricated structure, the thickness of the prefabricated structure is smaller than that of the original structure, the consumption of plugging materials is reduced, the rigidity is obviously enhanced through the combination of the steel plate and the rib plates, and the integral bending resistance is improved under the condition of reducing dead weight; steel armpit angles are arranged on the side walls of steps at two sides of the hole edge, so that the shearing resistance and the shearing resistance of the structure are enhanced; after the hole is plugged, a part of load is borne by the first steel plate, a part of load is transmitted to the second steel plate through the H-shaped steel rib plate by the upper steel plate and then transmitted to the hole step and the steel armpit angle, and the stress is effectively diffused, so that the stability of the structure is ensured. And polymer waterproof mortar is paved right above the first steel plate, so that crack development of a new and old joint surface caused by temperature change and other factors is prevented, and the seepage-proofing capacity after hole plugging is improved.
