建筑装饰环保材料发展趋势,无甲醛人造板目前国内生产的各种人造板所使用的木材胶粘剂基本上是脲醛树脂,脲醛树脂是由甲醛+尿素聚合而成的,给家庭装修带来了极大的污染,几个月内无法入住。实际上甲醛缓慢释放持续时间达3-15 年,付出的是我们的健康。而无甲醛的人造板以天然植物为原料,经特殊合成工艺研制而成的胶粘剂,彻底摒弃了甲醛、尿素合成脲醛树脂为木材胶粘剂这些对身体造成危害的物质,胶合强度完全达到国家标准,“无甲醛胶”系列产品已达到欧洲E0级和日本Fc0级标准要求,使用安全,是消费者可以完全信得过的真正的绿色健康产品。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型仿石材料,解决了现在的仿石材料防水效果差,且不具有阻燃的效果,且现在的仿石材料质量较差,容易损坏,给人们带来极大的不便的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型仿石材料,包括仿石本体,所述仿石本体的表面固定连接有外饰层,并且外饰层底部的表面固定连接有防水层,所述防水层底部的表面粘接有石棉层,并且石棉层底部的表面粘接有阻燃层,所述阻燃层底部的表面固定连接有加强层,并且加强层的底部固定连接有纤维层,所述纤维层的底部固定连接有基层,并且基层上开设有通气孔。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述外饰层为仿石材料。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述外饰层的表面设置有图案区。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述阻燃层为高韧性材料。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述纤维层为竹木纤维。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述加强层的内部设置有金属丝。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述加强层内设置有水泥。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述石棉层的厚度为3.5-6.5mm。

本发明提供了一种新型仿石材料。具备以下有益效果:该新型仿石材料,通过仿石本体的表面固定连接有外饰层,并且外饰层底部的表面固定连接有防水层,所述防水层底部的表面粘接有石棉层,并且石棉层底部的表面粘接有阻燃层,所述阻燃层底部的表面固定连接有加强层,并且加强层的底部固定连接有纤维层,所述纤维层的底部固定连接有基层,并且基层上开设有通气孔,解决了现在的仿石材料防水效果差,且不具有阻燃的效果,且现在的仿石材料质量较差,容易损坏,给人们带来极大的不便的问题。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型仿石材料,包括仿石本体1,仿石本体1的表面固定连接有外饰层2,外饰层2为仿石材料,并且外饰层2的表面设置有图案区,外饰层2起到装饰的作用,供人们欣赏,并且外饰层2底部的表面固定连接有防水层3,防水层3提高了仿石材料的防水性能,防水层3底部的表面粘接有石棉层4,石棉层4提高了仿石本体的透气性,并且提高了仿石本体1的韧性,石棉层4的厚度为3.5-6.5mm,并且石棉层3底部的表面粘接有阻燃层5,阻燃层5提高了仿石本体1燃点,阻燃层5为高韧性材料,并且纤维层7为竹木纤维,阻燃层5底部的表面固定连接有加强层6,加强层6的内部设置有金属丝,并且加强层6内设置有水泥,加强层6中的金属丝和水泥的混合提高了仿石本体1的安全性和稳定性,并且加强层6的底部固定连接有纤维层7,纤维层7提高了仿石本体1的透气性,纤维层7的底部固定连接有基层8,并且基层8上开设有通气孔,解决了现在的仿石材料防水效果差,且不具有阻燃的效果,且现在的仿石材料质量较差,容易损坏,给人们带来极大的不便的问题。
工作时,通过外饰层2起到装饰的作用,供人们欣赏,通过防水层3提高了仿石材料的防水性能,通过阻燃层5提高了仿石本体1燃点,在火灾发生时,不易燃烧,提高了安全性,石棉层4提高了仿石本体的透气性,并且提高了仿石本体1的韧性,加强层6中的金属丝和水泥的混合提高了仿石本体1的安全性和稳定性,纤维层7提高了仿石本体1的透气性。

该新型仿石材料,通过仿石本体1的表面固定连接有外饰层2,并且外饰层2底部的表面固定连接有防水层3,所述防水层3底部的表面粘接有石棉层4,并且石棉层4底部的表面粘接有阻燃层5,所述阻燃层5底部的表面固定连接有加强层6,并且加强层6的底部固定连接有纤维层7,所述纤维层7的底部固定连接有基层8,并且基层8上开设有通气孔,解决了现在的仿石材料防水效果差,且不具有阻燃的效果,且现在的仿石材料质量较差,容易损坏,给人们带来极大的不便的问题。

1.一种新型仿石材料,包括仿石本体(1),其特征在于:所述仿石本体(1)的表面固定连接有外饰层(2),并且外饰层(2)底部的表面固定连接有防水层(3),所述防水层(3)底部的表面粘接有石棉层(4),并且石棉层(3)底部的表面粘接有阻燃层(5),所述阻燃层(5)底部的表面固定连接有加强层(6),并且加强层(6)的底部固定连接有纤维层(7),所述纤维层(7)的底部固定连接有基层(8),并且基层(8)上开设有通气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型仿石材料,其特征在于:所述外饰层(2)为仿石材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型仿石材料,其特征在于:所述外饰层(2)的表面设置有图案区。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型仿石材料,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(5)为高韧性材料。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型仿石材料,其特征在于:所述加强层(6)的内部设置有金属丝。
