Abstract

本发明公开了一种风力发电机叶片的吊具结构,包括U形架、连接杆、吊架、吊耳和支撑座,两所述U形架相互平行设置,且两U形架之间通过若干连接杆固定连接,吊架设于U形架的顶端,且吊架的两端与两U形架固定连接,两吊耳固定连接在吊架上,在每根U形架两侧边的底端分别固定连接一个支撑座。本发明在使用时,直接将风力发电机叶片置于支撑座的支撑杆上,使用方便,支撑杆长度可调,进而适用于不同大小的叶片,适用性广。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种风力发电机叶片的吊具结构。
背景技术:
现有的风力发电机叶片的起吊时,普遍是通过绳索绑缚固定,绑缚工作及其不便、劳动强度大、工作效率低、耗时长。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种风力发电机叶片的吊具结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种风力发电机叶片的吊具结构,包括U形架、连接杆、吊架、吊耳和支撑座,两所述U形架相互平行设置,且两U形架之间通过若干连接杆固定连接,吊架设于U形架的顶端,且吊架的两端与两U形架固定连接,两吊耳固定连接在吊架上,在每根U形架两侧边的底端分别固定连接一个支撑座;
所述支撑座包括固定盘、支撑杆、支架、螺杆和压盘,所述固定盘焊接在U形架上,支撑杆焊接在固定盘上,且支撑杆水平设置,支架焊接在支撑杆上,螺杆竖直螺纹连接在支架上,且螺杆位于支撑杆的上方,压盘固定连接在螺杆的底端。
进一步地,所述支撑杆为可伸缩结构,包括子杆、母杆和紧固螺钉,所述子杆插接于母杆内,紧固螺钉螺纹连接在母杆上,且紧固螺钉的一端穿过母杆侧壁并抵触在子杆上,支架焊接在母杆上。
进一步地,所述子杆和母杆上均包裹有橡胶。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明在使用时,直接将风力发电机叶片置于支撑座的支撑杆上,使用方便,支撑杆长度可调,进而适用于不同大小的叶片,适用性广。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本发明公开一种风力发电机叶片的吊具结构,包括U形架1、连接杆2、吊架3、吊耳4和支撑座5,两U形架1相互平行设置,且两U形架1之间通过若干连接杆2固定连接,吊架3设于U形架1的顶端,且吊架3的两端与两U形架1固定连接,两吊耳4固定连接在吊架3上,在每根U形架1两侧边的底端分别固定连接一个支撑座5。
支撑座5包括固定盘51、支撑杆52、支架53、螺杆54和压盘55,固定盘51焊接在U形架1上,支撑杆52焊接在固定盘51上,且支撑杆52水平设置,支架53焊接在支撑杆52上,螺杆54竖直螺纹连接在支架53上,且螺杆54位于支撑杆52的上方,压盘55固定连接在螺杆54的底端。
为便于支撑多种尺寸的风力发电机叶片,支撑杆52为可伸缩结构,包括子杆、母杆和紧固螺钉,子杆插接于母杆内,紧固螺钉螺纹连接在母杆上,且紧固螺钉的一端穿过母杆侧壁并抵触在子杆上,支架53焊接在母杆上。
为更好地保护风力发电机叶片,在子杆和母杆上均包裹有橡胶。
在使用时,将风力发电机叶片置于支撑座5上,根据叶片的大小来调整支撑座5上支撑杆52的长度,然后旋紧螺杆54,并将压盘55抵触在叶片上,进而将叶片固定在吊具上。

1.一种风力发电机叶片的吊具结构,其特征在于:包括U形架(1)、连接杆(2)、吊架(3)、吊耳(4)和支撑座(5),两所述U形架(1)相互平行设置,且两U形架(1)之间通过若干连接杆(2)固定连接,吊架(3)设于U形架(1)的顶端,且吊架(3)的两端与两U形架(1)固定连接,两吊耳(4)固定连接在吊架(3)上,在每根U形架(1)两侧边的底端分别固定连接一个支撑座(5);
所述支撑座(5)包括固定盘(51)、支撑杆(52)、支架(53)、螺杆(54)和压盘(55),所述固定盘(51)焊接在U形架(1)上,支撑杆(52)焊接在固定盘(51)上,且支撑杆(52)水平设置,支架(53)焊接在支撑杆(52)上,螺杆(54)竖直螺纹连接在支架(53)上,且螺杆(54)位于支撑杆(52)的上方,压盘(55)固定连接在螺杆(54)的底端。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机叶片的吊具结构,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(52)为可伸缩结构,包括子杆、母杆和紧固螺钉,所述子杆插接于母杆内,紧固螺钉螺纹连接在母杆上,且紧固螺钉的一端穿过母杆侧壁并抵触在子杆上,支架(53)焊接在母杆上。
3.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机叶片的吊具结构,其特征在于:所述子杆和母杆上均包裹有橡胶。
