The printing control device performs optical character recognition on the paper image to generate paper image data; extracting a format characteristic value and a paper number from the paper image data, and judging whether the format characteristic value is consistent with a preset format characteristic value or not; when the format characteristic value is consistent with the preset format characteristic value, judging whether the paper number is consistent with the preset paper number or not; when the paper number is consistent with the preset paper number, a second paper transmission signal is output to the automatic roller group 3, and a stamping signal corresponding to the paper image is output to the seal mechanical device 5.

The automatic roller group 3 transmits the paper to the lower part of the seal mechanical device 5 according to the second paper transmission signal; the seal mechanical device 5 selects a corresponding seal from the seal box according to the seal signal to seal on a corresponding paper position, and outputs a seal completion signal to the printing control device and the camera 4.

The camera 4 collects images of the stamped paper, uploads the paper images which are not stamped and the stamped paper images to the archive management server for archiving and distributing unique codes, and the codes can be used for quick retrieval of subsequent paper images or used as log record numbers for post audit.
8. The printing control device outputs a third paper transmission signal to the automatic roller group 3 according to the stamping completion signal, and outputs service information corresponding to the stamping signal and a verification code corresponding to the service information to the printing head 6. The printing control device can upload the service information to the verification code management server, and the verification code management server generates a unique verification code according to the service information and returns the unique verification code to the printing control device.
9. The print head 6 prints the service information and the authentication code on the stamped paper, and outputs a print completion signal to the printing control device.
10. The printing control device outputs a fourth paper transfer signal to the automatic roller group 3 according to the printing completion signal.
11. The automatic roller group 3 conveys the printed paper to the suction/discharge unit 1 in accordance with the fourth paper conveyance signal, and the suction/discharge unit 1 discharges the printed paper.
When the format characteristic value is inconsistent with the preset format characteristic value or the paper number is inconsistent with the preset paper number, the printing control device outputs a fifth paper transmission signal to the automatic roller group 3, and the automatic roller group 3 transmits the paper to the suction and discharge type component 1 according to the fifth paper transmission signal, and the suction and discharge type component 1 discharges the paper without printing.

1. A printing control method for controlling a printing apparatus, comprising:
receiving a paper suction signal output by the printing device, and outputting a first paper transmission signal to the printing device according to the paper suction signal;
receiving a paper image output by the printing device, and performing optical character recognition on the paper image to generate paper image data;
extracting a format characteristic value and a paper number from the paper image data;
judging whether the format characteristic value is consistent with a preset format characteristic value or not;
when the format characteristic value is consistent with a preset format characteristic value, judging whether the paper number is consistent with the preset paper number or not;
outputting a second paper conveying signal and a stamping signal corresponding to the paper image to the printing device when the paper number is consistent with a preset paper number;
receiving a stamping completion signal output by the printing and stamping device, and outputting a third paper transmission signal and business information corresponding to the stamping signal to the printing and stamping device according to the stamping completion signal;
receiving a printing completion signal output by the printing device, and outputting a fourth paper conveying signal to the printing device according to the printing completion signal;
the layout characteristic value is extracted from the certificate title and the business element information.
2. The printing control method according to claim 1, wherein,
and outputting a fifth paper transmission signal to the printing device when the format characteristic value is inconsistent with the preset format characteristic value or the paper number is inconsistent with the preset paper number.

an optical character recognition unit for receiving the paper image output by the printing device, and performing optical character recognition on the paper image to generate paper image data;
an extracting unit for extracting a layout feature value and a paper number from the paper image data;
the layout characteristic value judging unit is used for judging whether the layout characteristic value is consistent with a preset layout characteristic value or not;
a paper number judging unit for judging whether the paper number is consistent with a preset paper number;
a seal signal unit for outputting a seal signal corresponding to the paper image to the printing device;
the business information unit is used for receiving the stamping completion signal output by the printing device and outputting business information corresponding to the stamping signal to the printing device according to the stamping completion signal;
the layout characteristic value is extracted from the certificate title and the business element information.
5. The printing control apparatus according to claim 4, wherein,

the seal mechanical device comprises a seal box in which a plurality of seals are arranged, and is used for receiving the seal signal output by the external printing seal control device, selecting a corresponding seal from the seal box according to the seal signal, and stamping the corresponding seal on a corresponding paper position; outputting a seal completion signal to the external printing stamp control device;
the printing head receives service information corresponding to the stamping signal output by the external printing control device and prints the service information on stamped paper; outputting a print completion signal to the external print-use control device;
the printing head is also used for receiving the verification code output by the external printing control device and printing the verification code on the stamped paper.
