Abstract
氟塑料全衬切断球阀,涉及一种特种阀门。包括阀体、阀座、阀盖、阀杆、阀球,所述阀体设有进口、出口、上端连接口,进出口分别连接有进出口法兰,阀盖通过螺栓、螺母固定在阀体的上端连接口处,阀杆穿过阀盖固定,阀杆与阀盖之间设置填料密封;阀球设置在阀体内,阀杆与阀球通过铸造一体设置,阀体内侧壁全衬氟塑料层,阀球内、外表面、设置于阀体内的阀杆上分别设置氟塑料层,阀盖内侧表面设置氟塑料层。阀杆与球体整体锻造后经专用机床加工而成,解决以往球体与阀杆焊接后,阀杆受力容易与球体断裂的问题,阀杆与球体断裂,阀门无法启闭,杜绝事故的发生;阀体、阀球全衬氟塑料,使得发明在强酸、强碱环境下的可靠运行,具有很强的耐腐蚀性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体涉及一种用于强酸、强碱管路上使用的切断球阀的制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前,氯碱化工行业的阀门,通常为密封性能一般的普通远程切断阀门。普通阀门无论从材料还是结构都不具备专用的特点,一方面这种阀门隔膜片密封性能不好,隔膜易损坏,并不能很好地阻止介质的泄漏;另一方面在强酸强碱场合、有毒有害的工艺条件下,往往密封性能差,易泄漏,壳体易穿孔,膜片易破裂,使用寿命短,不能满足设备管路长期有效输送有毒、有害介质的特殊要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种氟塑料全衬切断球阀。
本发明包括阀体、阀座、阀盖、阀杆、阀球,所述阀体设有进口、出口、上端连接口,所述进出口分别连接有进出口法兰,所述阀盖通过螺栓、螺母固定在所述阀体的上端连接口处,所述阀杆穿过所述阀盖固定,所述阀杆与所述阀盖之间设置填料密封;所述阀球设置在所述阀体内,所述阀杆与所述阀球通过铸造一体设置,所述阀体内侧壁全衬氟塑料层,所述阀球内、外表面、设置于阀体内的阀杆上分别设置氟塑料层,所述阀盖内侧表面设置氟塑料层。
本发明所述球体上部设置阀杆,与球体整体锻造后经专用机床加工而成,解决以往球体与阀杆焊接后,阀杆受力容易与球体断裂的问题,阀杆与球体断裂,阀门无法启闭,杜绝事故的发生;阀体、阀球全衬氟塑料,使得发明在强酸、强碱环境下的可靠运行,具有很强的耐腐蚀性。
本发明所述阀球进出端部与所述阀体之间设置密封垫,所述阀球进出侧的阀体上分别设有环形台阶,所述密封垫配合在所述环形台阶内。密封垫保证了阀体的密封性能,无泄漏,安全可靠。
本发明所述阀球基体上设置若干分布均匀的通孔,氟塑料层融入所述通孔内与阀球内外表面的氟塑料层熔为一体。通孔中熔入的氟塑料与球体内、外表面的氟塑料熔为一体,连接球体内外的塑料层,解决了起层、鼓包、脱落的问题。
本发明所述进出口法兰上分别衬氟塑料层,进出口法兰上的氟塑料层与阀体内表面的氟塑料层一体设置。法兰面衬塑料进一步保证了阀门的耐腐蚀性能,更为安全可靠。
本发明在所述阀体内表面、进出口法兰端面分别设置分别均匀的燕尾槽,所述氟塑料层熔入各所述燕尾槽内。通过设置燕尾槽,使得阀体内表面、法兰面的氟塑料层不起层,杜绝了衬里鼓包,有毒、有害介质泄漏的问题。
本发明所述阀体由左、右阀体组成,左右阀体之间通过螺栓、螺母固定连接,左右阀体内侧壁、连接端面分别全衬氟塑料层。两端阀体的设置方便部件的安装,同时便于阀体的制造。
本发明在所述阀杆的开启端连接防爆智能气装,所述防爆智能气装通过支撑架固定在所述阀体上。防爆智能气装为STI防爆切断型气动执行器,可实现远程控制的可靠性。
本发明所述防爆智能气装为气动执行器,所述气动执行器为阀门专用气动执行器。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本氟塑料全衬切断球阀,包括阀体1、阀盖4、阀杆8、阀球3,阀体1设有进口9、出口10、上端连接口11,进出口9、10分别连接有进出口法兰12、13,阀盖4通过螺栓、螺母固定在阀体1的上端连接口处,阀杆8穿过阀盖4固定,阀杆8与阀盖4之间设置填料函5、填料22、填料压盖6形成的填料密封14;阀球3设置在阀体1内,阀杆8与阀球3通过铸造一体设置,阀体1内侧壁全衬氟塑料层15,阀球3内、外表面、设置于阀体1内的阀杆8上分别设置氟塑料层15-1、15-3,阀盖4内侧表面设置氟塑料层15-4。进出口法兰12、13上分别衬氟塑料层15-2,进出口法兰12、13上的氟塑料层15-2与阀体1内表面的氟塑料层15一体设置。在阀体1内表面、进出口法兰12、13端面分别设置分别均匀的燕尾槽16,氟塑料层15、15-2熔入各燕尾槽16内。
阀球3进出端部与阀体1之间设置密封垫2,阀球3进出侧的阀体1上分别设有环形台阶17,密封垫2配合在环形台阶17内。
阀球3基体上设置若干分布均匀的通孔18,氟塑料层融入通孔18内与阀球内外表面的氟塑料层15-1熔为一体。
阀体1由左、右阀体19、20组成,左右阀体19、20之间通过螺栓、螺母固定连接,左右阀体19、20内侧壁、连接端面分别全衬氟塑料层15。
阀杆8的开启端连接防爆智能气装7,防爆智能气装7通过支撑架21固定在阀体1上。防爆智能气装7为意大利STI品牌防爆切断型气动执行器。
Claims (8)
1.氟塑料全衬切断球阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀盖、阀杆、阀球,所述阀体设有进口、出口、上端连接口,所述进出口分别连接有进出口法兰,所述阀盖通过螺栓、螺母固定在所述阀体的上端连接口处,所述阀杆穿过所述阀盖固定,所述阀杆与所述阀盖之间设置填料密封;所述阀球设置在所述阀体内,其特征在于所述阀杆与所述阀球通过铸造一体设置,所述阀体内侧壁全衬氟塑料层,所述阀球内、外表面、设置于阀体内的阀杆上分别设置氟塑料层,所述阀盖内侧表面设置氟塑料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料全衬切断球阀,其特征在于所述阀球进出端部与所述阀体之间设置密封垫,所述阀球进出侧的阀体上分别设有环形台阶,所述密封垫配合在所述环形台阶内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料全衬切断球阀,其特征在于所述阀球基体上设置若干分布均匀的通孔,氟塑料层融入所述通孔内与阀球内外表面的氟塑料层熔为一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料全衬切断球阀,其特征在于所述进出口法兰上分别衬氟塑料层,进出口法兰上的氟塑料层与阀体内表面的氟塑料层一体设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料全衬切断球阀,其特征在于所述阀体内表面、进出口法兰端面分别设置分别均匀的燕尾槽,所述氟塑料层熔入各所述燕尾槽内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料全衬切断球阀,其特征在于所述阀体由左、右阀体组成,左右阀体之间通过螺栓、螺母固定连接,左右阀体内侧壁、连接端面分别全衬氟塑料层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料全衬切断球阀,其特征在于在所述阀杆的开启端连接防爆智能气装,所述防爆智能气装通过支撑架固定在所述阀体上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料全衬切断球阀,其特征在于所述防爆智能气装为气动执行器,所述气动执行器为阀门专用气动执行器。
