Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose variable tent which has a simple structure, is easy to store and expand, can be used as a sunshade, can divide a rest space, and has a controllable temperature inside the tent.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a multipurpose variable tent, including:
the tent comprises a tent body and a heat insulation layer, wherein the tent body comprises a ceiling, an interlayer and a base layer, and the ceiling comprises a ceiling support and a flexible surface layer wrapped outside the ceiling support; the flexible surface layer comprises an outer layer cord fabric and an inner layer cord fabric, the ceiling support comprises a plurality of telescopic elastic arc-shaped rods arranged side by side and a fixing frame connected between the elastic arc-shaped rods at the front end and the rear end in an inverted triangle shape; the partition layer is detachably arranged at the middle part of the ceiling along the longitudinal direction of the ceiling; the interlayer divides the tent body into two independent spaces; the base layer is arranged below the ceiling; the base layer comprises a contact layer and a hollow layer from top to bottom.
The base layer is provided with a plurality of holes matched with the telescopic supporting columns, and the telescopic supporting columns are arranged in the holes in a pluggable manner; the extensible support column is wrapped with tarpaulin, and the tarpaulin is connected with the two sides of the bottom end of the flexible surface layer and the two sides of the top end of the base layer through zippers respectively.
A ventilation system comprising a vent, an inflatable column, an inflator pump, and a pressure control mechanism; the air vent comprises a first air vent arranged on the outer layer curtain cloth and a second air vent arranged on the inner layer curtain cloth relative to the first air vent, the inflatable column is connected between the first air vent and the second air vent, the inflatable column comprises an outer fixing layer and an inner elastic layer, and two ends of the inflatable column are respectively provided with an elastic sealing layer positioned between the outer fixing layer and the inner elastic layer; the inflation pump inflates gas into the inflation column to control the change of the inner diameter of the inflation column; the pressure control mechanism is respectively arranged at two ends of the inflatable column and used for controlling the inflation amount of the inflatable column at two ends by the inflator pump.
The temperature control system comprises a temperature control layer arranged in the hollow layer, water for heat conduction and a heating sheet are arranged in the temperature control layer, and the heating sheet heats the water in the temperature control layer; an opening is formed in one end of the temperature control layer, and a sealing piece is arranged at the opening.
Preferably, the tent further comprises a control device arranged inside the tent body, wherein the control device comprises a controller, a temperature control module and a power control module; the controller is respectively connected with the temperature control module and the power control module, and controls the heating of the heating sheet to the water through the temperature control module; the controller controls the operation of the inflation pump through the power control module.
Preferably, the contact layer comprises a massage layer and an inflation layer from top to bottom; elastic massage balls which are densely distributed are arranged in the massage layer, massage magnets are arranged in the elastic massage balls, upward convex arc-shaped connecting pieces are arranged among the elastic massage balls, and the width of each arc-shaped connecting piece is equal to the diameter of each elastic massage ball; the inflatable layer is connected with the inflator pump.
Preferably, the specific arrangement mode of the interlayer is as follows: the ceiling is characterized in that hanging rings are symmetrically arranged at the positions, located at the front end and the rear end, of the inner side of the middle of the ceiling, spools are arranged between the hanging rings in a detachable mode, the interlayer is wound on the spools, the spools are connected with a power device, the power device is connected with a power control module, and the spools are controlled to rotate by the controller.

Preferably, the elastic arc-shaped rod comprises a base layer and a telescopic supporting column, wherein the telescopic supporting column is detachably connected to the lower end of the elastic arc-shaped rod, holes matched with the telescopic supporting column are formed in two sides of the base layer, and the telescopic supporting column is arranged in the holes in a pluggable manner; the extensible support column is wrapped with tarpaulin, and the tarpaulin is connected with the two sides of the bottom end of the flexible surface layer and the two sides of the top end of the base layer through zippers respectively.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the tent body consists of the ceiling and the base layer, the assembly is simple and time-saving, the telescopic elastic arc-shaped rod is convenient for the tent body to be regularly accommodated, and the carrying is also convenient; the ventilating system is arranged between the inner curtain cloth and the outer curtain cloth, when the weather is hot, the inflatable column is inflated by the inflator pump, the pressure control mechanism is utilized to control the amount of gas inflated in the two ends of the inflatable column, so that the amount of gas at one end of the inflatable column at the second ventilating hole is redundant to the other end of the inflatable column, because the outer side of the inflatable column is a fixed layer and the inner side of the inflatable column is an elastic layer, the inner diameter of one end of the inflation column at the second vent hole is reduced continuously due to the continuous increase of the gas quantity until the inner diameter of one end of the inflation column at the second vent hole is 1/2-1/10 of the inner diameter of one end of the inflation column at the first vent hole, when the inflation is stopped, the outside air passes through the first vent hole to the second vent hole, and the temperature is reduced through the change of pressure so as to reduce the temperature in the tent; if the temperature in the tent is lower, when the external temperature is higher, when the temperature in the tent needs to be improved through the external temperature, through the inflator pump, when the inner diameter of one end of the inflation column, which is positioned at the second ventilation hole, is 2-10 times of the inner diameter of one end of the inflation column, which is positioned at the first ventilation hole, the temperature of the external air entering the tent through the first ventilation hole and the second ventilation hole is improved, so that the temperature in the tent is improved.
The inflatable column is inflated through the inflator pump, so that the height of the inflatable column is increased, meanwhile, an air layer between the inner curtain cloth and the outer curtain cloth is thickened, when the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the tent is large, the air layer between the inner curtain cloth and the outer curtain cloth plays a good role in heat preservation, and meanwhile, water drops condensed on the inner side of the tent cloth can be prevented from being generated in the tent; through set up the control by temperature change layer in the cavity layer, the control by temperature change layer is used under the comparatively cold circumstances in the periphery, through heating the intraformational water of control by temperature change of heating plate heating, make the water heating to keep in the tent comfortable temperature can, the people lies at cold night the comfortable warmth very on the basic unit, discharge through the opening when not using, accomodate the convenience, reduce the unnecessary bearing simultaneously.
When the rest area needs to be divided, the interlayer is installed, the interlayer is used for dividing the tent body into two independent spaces, namely, the two independent rest spaces are divided, the rest quality of personnel in each rest area is also improved when privacy is guaranteed, the interlayer can be disassembled to place aside when not used, the use space in the tent is not occupied, and the tent is convenient and practical.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a multipurpose variable tent, comprising:
the tent comprises a tent body 100, a partition 101 and a base layer 102, wherein the tent body comprises a roof support and a flexible surface layer wrapped outside the roof support; the flexible surface layer comprises an outer layer curtain cloth 103 and an inner layer curtain cloth 104, the ceiling support comprises a plurality of telescopic elastic arc-shaped rods 105 which are arranged side by side and a fixing frame 106 which is connected between the elastic arc-shaped rods at the front end and the rear end in an inverted triangle shape; the partition 101 is detachably arranged at the middle part of the ceiling along the longitudinal direction of the ceiling; the interlayer 101 divides the tent body into two independent spaces; the base layer 102 is disposed under the ceiling; the base layer 102 includes a contact layer 107 and a hollow layer 108 from top to bottom.
The elastic arc-shaped rod comprises an elastic arc-shaped rod 105, a telescopic supporting column 400 and a base layer 102, wherein the telescopic supporting column 400 is detachably connected to the lower end of the elastic arc-shaped rod 105, holes matched with the telescopic supporting column 400 are formed in two sides of the base layer 102, and the telescopic supporting column 400 is arranged in the holes in a pluggable mode; tarpaulin wraps the outside of the telescopic supporting columns 400, and the tarpaulin is connected with the two sides of the bottom end of the flexible surface layer and the two sides of the top end of the base layer 102 through zippers 401 respectively.
A ventilation system comprising a vent, an inflatable column 200, an inflator pump, and a pressure control mechanism; the vent holes comprise a first vent hole 201 arranged on the outer layer curtain cloth 103 and a second vent hole 202 arranged on the inner layer curtain cloth 104 relative to the first vent hole 201, the inflation column 200 is connected between the first vent hole 201 and the second vent hole 202, the inflation column 200 comprises an outer fixing layer 203 and an inner elastic layer 204, and two ends of the inflation column 200 are respectively provided with an elastic sealing layer 205 positioned between the outer fixing layer 203 and the inner elastic layer 204; the inflator pump charges gas into the inflatable column 200 to control the change of the inner diameter of the inflatable column 200; the pressure control mechanisms are respectively arranged at two ends of the inflatable column 200 and are used for controlling the inflation amount of the inflation pump at the two ends of the inflatable column 200.
The temperature control system comprises a temperature control layer 300 arranged in the hollow layer 108, wherein water for heat conduction and a heating sheet 301 are arranged in the temperature control layer 300, and the heating sheet 301 heats the water in the temperature control layer 300; an opening is formed in one end of the temperature control layer 300, and a sealing element is arranged at the opening.
In the above solution, the tent body 100 is composed of the ceiling and the base layer 102, the assembly is simple and time-saving, and the retractable elastic arc-shaped rods 105 facilitate the regular storage of the tent body 100 and the carrying.
As shown in fig. 2, when the supporting column 400 is at the shortest length, the distance between the canopy and the base layer 102 is shortest, and the distance between the canopy and the base layer 102 is limited, so that the tent body 100 can be used as a tent for camping in the open air to provide a temporary resting place; when the supporting column 400 is in an unfolded state, the distance between the ceiling and the base layer 102 is large, the tent is changed into a tent umbrella, the length of the supporting column 400 can be adjusted to enable a person to stand in the tent so as to provide a larger using space for more feasible activities of the person, the tarpaulin is connected with the flexible surface layer and the base layer 102 in a zipper 401 mode, disassembly is facilitated, and the tarpaulin can be installed conveniently according to using conditions; the variability of tent makes its suitability wider, changes in satisfying the consumer to diversified tent user demand.
As shown in fig. 3, by arranging the ventilation system between the inner and outer drapes, when the weather is hot, the inflation column 200 is inflated by the inflator pump, the pressure control mechanism is utilized to control the amount of gas inflated into the two ends of the inflation column 200, so that the amount of gas at one end of the inflation column 200 at the second vent hole 202 is larger than the amount of gas at the other end of the inflation column 200, since the outer side of the inflation column 200 is a fixed layer and the inner side of the inflation column 200 is an elastic layer, the inner diameter of one end of the inflation column 200 at the second vent hole 202 is continuously reduced due to the continuous increase of the amount of gas, until the inner diameter of one end of the inflation column 200 at the second vent hole 202 is 1/2-1/10 of the inner diameter of one end of the inflation column 200 at the first vent hole 201, the inflation stops, and at this time, the external air passes through the first vent hole 201 to the second vent hole 202, the temperature is reduced through the change of the pressure so as to reduce the temperature in the tent; if the temperature in the tent is low and the outside temperature is high, when the temperature in the tent needs to be raised by the outside temperature, the inside diameter of the end of the inflatable column 200 located in the second vent hole 202 is 2-10 times of the inside diameter of the end of the inflatable column 200 located in the first vent hole 201 by the inflator pump, and the temperature of the outside air entering the tent through the first vent hole 201 and the second vent hole 202 is raised, so that the temperature in the tent is raised.
The inflation pump is used for inflating the inflation column 200, so that the height of the inflation column 200 is increased, meanwhile, the air layer between the inner curtain cloth and the outer curtain cloth is thickened, when the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the tent is large, the air layer between the inner curtain cloth and the outer curtain cloth plays a good role in heat preservation, and meanwhile, water drops condensed on the inner side of the tent cloth can be prevented from being generated in the tent; through setting up control by temperature change layer 300 in hollow layer 108, control by temperature change layer 300 acts on in the comparatively chilly condition in the external world, through the water in heating piece 301 heating control by temperature change layer 300, make the water heating to keep in the tent comfortable temperature can, the people lies in at the cold night comfortable warmth very on the basic unit, through the opening with the water discharge when not using, accomodate the convenience, reduce the unnecessary bearing simultaneously.
When the rest area needs to be divided, the interlayer 101 is installed, the interlayer 101 is used for dividing the tent body 100 into two independent spaces, namely, two independent rest spaces are divided, privacy is guaranteed, the rest quality of personnel in each rest area is improved, when the interlayer 101 is not used, the tent can be disassembled to place aside, the use space in the tent is not occupied, and the tent is convenient and practical.
In a preferred scheme, the tent further comprises a control device arranged inside the tent body 100, wherein the control device comprises a controller, a temperature control module and a power control module; the controller is respectively connected with the temperature control module and the power control module, and controls the heating of the heating sheet 301 to the water through the temperature control module; the controller controls the operation of the inflation pump through the power control module.
In the scheme, the built-in controller is arranged in the tent, so that the direct operation in the tent is facilitated, and the convenience and the labor saving are realized; the temperature control module is controlled by the controller, and the temperature control module controls the heating temperature of the heating sheet 301 so as to keep the water in the temperature control layer 300 at a proper temperature; the controller controls the power control module, and the power control module controls the inflation of the inflator pump to the inflation column 200 and the inflation amount, so that the inflation amount at two ends of the inflation column 200 is controlled by the controller.
In a preferred embodiment, the contact layer 107 includes a massage layer 109 and an air-filled layer 110 from top to bottom; elastic massage balls 111 which are densely arranged are arranged in the massage layer 109, massage magnets are arranged in the elastic massage balls 111, upward convex arc-shaped connecting pieces 112 are arranged among the elastic massage balls 111, and the width of each arc-shaped connecting piece 112 is equal to the diameter of each elastic massage ball 111; the inflatable layer 110 is connected to the inflator.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic massage balls 111 and the massage magnets provided in the massage layer 109 contribute to promoting blood circulation of the person lying on the contact layer 107, have a certain massage physiotherapy effect, and are beneficial to the health of the person; by arranging the arc-shaped connecting pieces 112 between the elastic massage balls 111, when a person lies, the contact between the elastic massage balls 111 and the body can be squeezed under the action of pressure due to the weight of the person, so that the discomfort of squeezing is reduced, and the arc-shaped connecting pieces 112 which are arranged and protrude upwards are used as buffers during squeezing, so that the comfort level during lying is improved; when the distance between the inflatable layer 110 and the ground needs to be increased, the inflatable layer can be inflated by using the inflator pump, so that the rest area and the ground are kept at a certain height, the comfort level during rest can be improved, and meanwhile, the moisture on the ground can be prevented from invading into the human body.
In a preferred embodiment, the specific arrangement of the partition 101 is as follows: the inner side of the middle part of the ceiling is symmetrically provided with hanging rings at the front end and the rear end, a reel 113 is detachably arranged between the hanging rings, the interlayer 101 is wound on the reel 113, the reel 113 is connected with a power device, the power device is connected with a power control module, and the reel 113 is controlled to rotate by the controller.
In the above scheme, when needing to divide the rest area, through the controller to power control module send command, power control module control spool 113 rotates, in order to wind the interlayer 101 on spool 113 is slowly transferred, until interlayer 101 will the tent body is separated for two independent spaces, has divided two independent rest spaces in other words, when guaranteeing the privacy, has also improved each rest area personnel's rest quality, when interlayer 101 does not use, the winding on spool 113, spool 113 can be dismantled and shelve one side can, does not occupy the usage space in the tent, convenient and practical.
In a preferred scheme, the cover top connected in a detachable mode is arranged on the outer side of the flexible surface layer, the cover top is composed of a reflecting layer and a frosted cushion layer, an interlayer with the area equivalent to that of the reflecting layer is arranged in the reflecting layer, the frosted cushion layer is arranged in the interlayer, and an invisible zipper with the length equal to that of one side of the reflecting layer is arranged on one side of the reflecting layer.

And a rechargeable battery disposed inside the tent body 100, the rechargeable battery being connected to the solar coating and the controller, respectively.
In the scheme, the solar coating converts solar energy into electric energy, the rechargeable battery can be charged through the household socket when the converted electric energy is charged into the rechargeable battery, the electric energy converted by the solar coating is started when the electric quantity in the rechargeable battery is insufficient, so that a certain use requirement is met, and the normal operation of the power supply mechanism can be maintained in a mode of replacing a standby battery.
