制备方法。胶粘剂的原料配比为单体原料100g,去
离子水80~250g,乳化剂0.3~4g,引发剂0.2~
1.5g,缓冲剂0.1~0.5g;制备方法为:依次将去离子
水,乳化剂,缓冲剂加入反应器中搅拌混合,升温至
70℃左右,再滴加单体原料,引发剂在两小时内加毕,
温度保持在70~80℃之间,在75~80℃继续反应3
小时,然后去味,调pH值,出料。本发明的优点是:
无毒害,不着火,安全可靠,生产成本低,所粘的纸制
品不起泡,光泽好,透明度大。

本发明涉及胶粘剂及其制备方法,尤其是涉及乳液型纸品贴塑胶粘剂及其制备方法。
随着我国人民审美观点的增强及包装行业的兴起,纸品贴塑已广泛用来增加各类印刷品的美观性和欣赏性,增加耐水性、抗污染能力等,如画册、手册、课本等各类图书封面,各类商标、广告,各类糕点、糖果等食品的包装纸盒(或袋),高档衣服的包装纸盒(或袋),高档皮鞋的包装纸盒,衣着类外包装,都复贴上了透明光亮的塑料薄膜,以增加这些商品对人们的吸引力。用来贴塑的薄膜主要是电晕处理双向拉伸聚丙烯膜(Bopp),此外也有用透明聚氯乙烯膜(Pvc),聚酯膜(PET),玻璃纸,聚乙烯膜(PE)等。
塑料和印刷油墨纸制品的贴合,关键是选用一种粘接性能优良的粘接剂,特别对于表面能低的非极性塑料聚烯烃膜的粘接,对粘接剂的要求更高。国外所采用的粘合剂有乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA),氯化聚丙烯(PPC),不饱和聚酯(UP),聚氨酯(PU)等溶液型粘合剂,而国内主要用Pu溶液型粘接剂,但这些粘合剂除了各自均有不足之处外,共同的缺点是选用有机溶剂,在复膜过程中,易着火,毒性较大,影响操作工人身体健康,引起环境污染;若复膜操作不当,复合制品易起泡,致使复合品报废;且溶剂型粘合剂含有大量有机溶剂,成本高。
本发明的目的是提供一种安全可靠,生产成本低的乳液型纸品贴塑胶粘剂及其制备方法。
乳液型纸品贴塑胶粘剂的原料配比为:单体原料100g,去离子水80~250g,乳化剂0.3~4g,引发剂0.2~1.5g,缓冲剂0.1~0.5g;其中单体原料配比为:丙烯酸丁酯40~80g,丙烯酸乙酯20~60g,丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯10~50g,多官能团单体10~40g,乙烯基单体0~30g,树脂20~80g,乳化剂分阴离子型和非离子型乳化剂,其中阴离子型乳化剂为:十二烷基磺酸钠,十二烷基硫酸钠,烷基苯磺酸钠,拉开粉;非离子型乳化剂为:OP-10,TX-10,平平加,斯盘,吐温。阴离子型乳化剂:非离子型乳化剂为1∶0~5,引发剂为单组分或氧化还原体系,其中,单组分引发剂为:过硫酸铵,过硫酸钾,双氧水氧化还原体系引发剂为:过硫酸盐和硫酸亚铁或亚硫酸氢钠或亚硫酸钠或硫代硫酸钠;过氧化二苯甲酰和焦磷酸亚铁;叔丁基过氧化氢和甲醛次硫酸钠。缓冲剂为:NaHCO3,NaH2PO4,Na2HPO4。上述多官能团单体为:甲基丙烯酸叔丁氨基乙酯,N,N-二羟甲基丙烯酰胺,(甲基)丙烯酰胺,(甲基)丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯,(甲基)丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯,(甲基)丙烯酸,(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,顺丁烯二酸(酐),反丁烯二酸,衣康酸,它们中的一种或二种。乙烯基单体为:丙烯腈,乙酸乙烯酯,丙酸乙烯酯,苯乙烯,偏二氯乙烯,乙烯基咔唑,它们中的一种或二种。树脂为:2402酚醛树脂,210酚醛树脂,萜烯树脂,古马隆树脂,石油树脂,松香,歧化松香,环氧树脂。
乳液型纸品贴塑胶粘剂的制备方法为:a、首先,依次将去离子水,乳化剂,缓冲剂加入反应器中搅拌混合,并加热升温至70℃左右,然后,滴加单体原料,引发剂,在两小时内加毕,反应温度保持在70~80℃之间;b、在75~80℃温度下继续反应3小时左右;c、再滴加(甲基)丙烯酸或醋酸乙烯酯(VAC),在20~30分钟加毕,并升温至85℃左右,并保温30~60分钟进行去味,接着降温;d、调PH值至6~7,出料。
实施例1:
在1000ml带有搅拌温度计和回流冷凝器的三颈瓶中加入去离子水400g,十二烷基磺酸钠2g,NaHCO33g,搅拌混合升温至70℃,然后滴加单体原料:丙烯酸丁酯(BA)140g,丙烯酸乙酯(EA)60g,丙烯酸(AA)30g,丙烯腈(AN)15g,并同时滴加(NH4)2S2O82g(配成20g水溶液),维持75℃,在2小时内滴加完毕。然后控制反应温度75~80℃,继续反应3小时。在30分钟内滴加丙烯酸(AA)15g,保温40分钟,接着降温至50℃,用氨水调节PH值至6~7,出料,得白色粘性液体,固含量36.2%。得到的乳液用于PVC和铜板纸,浓油墨纸等印刷品的粘合,在剥离时均能达到纸破或油墨剥离。
实施例2:
在例1中单体原料改用:丙烯酸丁酯(BA)100g,丙烯酸乙酯(EA)60g,丙烯酸(AA)30g,丙烯腈(AN)10g,丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)25g,马来酐(MAH)4g,其它聚合条件同例1,所得胶液含固量为33.1%,得到的乳液用于BOPP膜和胶版纸印刷品的粘合,剥离时能达到纸破或油墨剥落。
实施例3:
在例1中单体原料改用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)100g,丙烯酸乙酯(EA)60g,丙烯酸(AA)30g,丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)40g,马来酐3g,丙烯酰胺3g,环氧树脂(E-44)10g,其它条件同例1,所得乳液含固量32.8%。
得到的乳液用于BOPP或PVC膜与铜板纸,浓油墨纸等各种印刷品的粘合,均能达到纸破或油墨剥落。
本发明的优点:无毒害,无环境污染,不着火,安全可靠,生产成本低,利用本粘接剂复合的纸制品,不起泡,光泽好,透明度大等优点。
Claims (3)
1、一种乳液型纸品贴塑胶粘剂,其特征在于其原料配比为:单体原料100g,去离子水80~250g,乳化剂0.3~4g,引发剂0.2~1.5g,缓冲剂0.1~0.5g;其中单体原料配比为:丙烯酸丁酯40~80g,丙烯酸乙酯20~60g,丙烯酸-2-乙基已酯10~50g,多官能团单体10~40g,乙烯基单体0~30g,树脂20~80g,乳化剂分阴离子型和非离子型乳化剂,其中阴离子型乳化剂为:十二烷基磺酸钠,十二烷基硫酸钠,烷基苯磺酸钠,拉开粉,非离子型乳化剂为:Op-10,TX-10,平平加,斯盘,吐温,阴离子型乳化剂;非离子乳化剂为1∶0~5,引发剂为单组分或氧化还原体系,其中,单组分引发剂为:过硫酸铵,过流酸钾,双氧水;氧化还原体系引发剂为过硫酸盐和硫酸亚铁或亚硫酸氢钠或亚硫酸钠或硫代硫酸钠;过氧化二苯甲酰和焦磷酸亚铁;叔丁基过氧化氢和甲醛次硫酸钠;缓冲剂为:NaHCO3,NaH2PO4,Na2HPO4。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种乳液型纸品贴塑粘剂,其特征在于所说的多官能团单体为:甲基丙烯酸叔丁氨基乙酯,N,N-二羟甲基丙烯酰胺,(甲基)丙烯酰胺,(甲基)丙烯酰-β-羟乙酯,(甲基)丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯,(甲基)丙烯酸,(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,多缩乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯,二甲基丙烯酸-1.4-丁二酯,顺丁烯二酸(酐),反丁烯二酸,衣康酸,它们中的一种或二种;乙烯基单体为:丙烯腈,乙酸乙烯酯,丙酸乙烯酯,苯乙烯,偏二氯乙烯,乙烯基咔唑,它们中的一种或二种;树脂为:2402酚醛树脂,210酚醛树脂,萜烯树脂,古马隆树脂,石油树脂,松香,歧化松香,环氧树脂。
3、一种制备上述胶粘剂的方法,其特征在于:
a、首先,依次将去离子水,乳化剂,缓冲剂加入反应器中搅拌混合升温至70℃左右,然后,滴加单体原料,引发剂,在两小时内加毕,反应温度保持在70~80℃之间;
b、在75~80℃继续反应3小时左右;
c、再在20~30分钟内滴加(甲基)丙烯酸或醋酸乙烯酯进行去味,升温至85℃左右,并保温30~60分钟,接着降温;
d、调PH值至6~7,出料。
