本发明提出了一种书写绘画用金色颜料,包括以下质量百分比组成:珠光粉20%~30%;分散剂3%~10%;保湿剂3%~10%;粘合剂15%~25%;胺水3%~8%;消泡剂0.1%~2%;防腐剂0.1%~1%;余量为水。本发明提出了一种用于书写绘画用的金色颜料,其配方合理,制备方法简单,原材料来源广泛,安全环保,耐候性强,同时,书写流畅,储存稳定,书写和绘画效果好,色彩鲜艳、细腻、润滑,提高了观赏性,而且,保存时间长。

一种书写绘画用金色颜料
技术领域
本发明涉及颜料配方技术领域,具体涉及一种书写绘画用金色颜料。
背景技术
传统上用于书写和绘画的水彩、油墨、墨水、中国画颜料、窗户胶、丙烯画、水粉、油画颜料、广告画颜料等等,品种繁多,用于满足人们日常生活和艺术创造的需要。这些用于书写和绘画的材料,最早来源于天然的矿物颜料或植物染料,例如用于中国书法和绘画艺术的油墨就含有松香、炭黑和植物油。进入近代以后由于科学技术的发展合成或半合成材料代替了天然材料。尽管有所改进提高,比如说颜色多样化、制造工艺方便了。但是在书写和绘画时使用的稀释剂为挥发性的松节油或干性的亚麻仁油等,有浓烈的气味,容易引起生理和心理的不适,体质敏感的人甚至会出现不良症状。
同时,在书写和绘画的颜料中仍然存在许多游离单体及其他对人体有害的挥发性物质,而且,耐水性,耐候性都不强。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有优异的书写或绘画的效果,同时,具有良好的耐候性,环保性的书写绘画用金色颜料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种书写绘画用金色颜料,包括以下质量百分比组成:
珠光粉 20%~30%;
分散剂 3%~10%;
保湿剂 3%~10%;
粘合剂 15%~25%;
胺水 3%~8%;
消泡剂 0.1%~2%;
防腐剂 0.1%~1%;
余量为水。
进一步地,所述一种书写绘画用金色颜料,包括以下质量百分比组成:
珠光粉 20%~30%;
分散剂 8%;
保湿剂 8%;
粘合剂 20%;
胺水 5%;
消泡剂 0.5%;
防腐剂 0.3%;
余量为水。
进一步地,所述分散剂为颜料分散树脂、三聚磷酸钠、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种混合物。
进一步地,所述粘合剂为可溶性淀粉、硅酸盐其中的一种或几种混合物。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为有机聚硅氧烷、石蜡、天然油脂其中的一种或几种混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出了一种用于书写绘画用的金色颜料,其配方合理,制备方法简单,原材料来源广泛,安全环保,耐 候性强,同时,书写流畅,储存稳定,书写和绘画效果好,色彩鲜艳、细腻、润滑,提高了观赏性,而且,保存时间长。

实施例1
一种书写绘画用金色颜料,包括以下质量百分比组成:
珠光粉 20%;
分散剂 3%;
保湿剂 3%;
粘合剂 15%;
胺水 3%;
消泡剂 0.1%;
防腐剂 0.1%;
余量为水。
在本实施例中,所述分散剂为颜料分散树脂、三聚磷酸钠、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种混合物,所述粘合剂为可溶性淀粉、硅酸盐其中的一种或几种混合物,所述消泡剂为有机聚硅氧烷、石蜡、天然油脂其中的一种或几种混合物。
在本实施例中,颜料中固体颗粒的粒径小于5um。
实施例2
一种书写绘画用金色颜料,包括以下质量百分比组成:
珠光粉 25%;
分散剂 8%;
保湿剂 8%;
粘合剂 20%;
胺水 5%;
消泡剂 0.5%;
防腐剂 0.3%;
在本实施例中,所述分散剂为颜料分散树脂、三聚磷酸钠、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种混合物,所述粘合剂为可溶性淀粉、硅酸盐其中的一种或几种混合物,所述消泡剂为有机聚硅氧烷、石蜡、天然油脂其中的一种或几种混合物。
在本实施例中,颜料中固体颗粒的粒径小于5um。
实施例3
一种书写绘画用金色颜料,包括以下质量百分比组成:
珠光粉 30%;
分散剂 10%;
保湿剂 10%;
粘合剂 25%;
胺水 8%;
消泡剂 2%;
防腐剂 1%;
余量为水。
在本实施例中,所述分散剂为颜料分散树脂、三聚磷酸钠、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种混合物,所述粘合剂为可溶性淀粉、硅酸盐其中的一种或几种混合物,所述消泡剂为有机聚硅氧烷、石蜡、天然油脂其中的一种或几种混合物。
在本实施例中,颜料中固体颗粒的粒径小于5um。

余量为水。
