Background
The beef is a food which is popular to all people all over the world, and the meat food consumed by Chinese people is second to pork, so that the beef has high protein content and low fat content, is delicious in taste, is popular with people, and is called as meat jiaozi.
When people buy the beef, the links of beef transportation and sale are generated due to the limitation of the beef production place, and the beef needs to be packaged in the links of the transportation and the sale.
In small enterprises or markets, beef is packaged by using a sense organ or a simple weight measuring instrument to weigh the beef, however, in large enterprises, when more products need to be packaged or the beef weight in each packaging bag is required, the beef packaging efficiency is low, and the beef weight distribution is uneven.
The existing products have high requirements on the packaging process, such as: when the product is not suitable for being extruded, smashed and stirred and the freshness and tenderness of the product need to be guaranteed, a packaging device is urgently needed to meet the requirement of the packaging process.
In order to solve the above problems, patent document CN102602549B discloses a beef packaging machine, which includes a support, a feeding mechanism and a bag making mechanism, the feeding mechanism and the bag making mechanism are disposed on the support, the feeding mechanism is connected with the bag making mechanism, the feeding mechanism includes a hopper, a screw rod pushing device, a material pressing cylinder, and a measuring cup, the screw rod pushing device is disposed below the hopper, the material pressing cylinder is disposed at the end of the pushing direction of the screw rod pushing device, the measuring cup is disposed below the material pressing cylinder, the measuring cup is connected with the bag making mechanism, the beef packaging machine further includes a main cylinder, a sliding plate, a material punching cylinder and a material pressing plate, the sliding plate is disposed in the measuring cup, the main cylinder is connected with a pushing sliding plate, the material punching cylinder is disposed above the end of the sliding plate pushing direction, the material punching cylinder is connected with the material pressing plate at the lower portion thereof, the bag making mechanism includes, The paper winding support is connected with the paper feeding main shaft, the paper feeding main shaft is connected with the bag making former, and the encoder is arranged between the paper feeding main shaft and the bag making former.
The above prior art has the following problems: in order to ensure the moisture and the tenderness of beef, the beef blocks to be packaged are often large in size, when the beef blocks in the measuring cup are quantitatively pressed and sent to the packaging bag by the punching and blanking cylinder, the pressure plate can only press one part of one whole beef block, when one part of the beef blocks is pressed into the packaging bag by the pressure plate, the other part connected with the beef blocks can be also taken down into the packaging bag, and therefore the weight of the packaged beef is larger than that of the packaged beef; it may also occur that a portion of the beef pressed into the pressure plate is pulled by an outer portion of the beef and cannot enter the package, thereby causing the weight of the packaged beef to not reach the preset weight, which is unavoidable and undetectable in the device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a beef packaging device, which can avoid the problem that the beef is placed too much or too little due to the problems during bagging and control the weight of each bag of beef within an error range.
The beef packaging device comprises a support frame, a feeding mechanism and a bag making mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism and the bag making mechanism are arranged on the support frame;
the bag making mechanism comprises a paper rolling support used for placing a packaging bag scroll, a paper feeding main shaft used for conveying the packaging bag scroll, an encoder used for controlling the size of the packaging bag and a bag making former used for rolling the packaging bag scroll into a packaging bag shape, wherein the paper rolling support is connected with the paper feeding main shaft, the paper feeding main shaft is connected with the bag making former, and the encoder is arranged between the paper feeding main shaft and the bag making former;
the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding hole, a pushing device and a measuring cup, the pushing device is arranged below the feeding hole, the feeding mechanism further comprises a main cylinder and a sliding plate, a blanking hole communicated with the bag making mechanism is formed in the sliding plate, the measuring cup is arranged on the sliding plate, the main cylinder pushes the measuring cup to slide on the sliding plate, a discharge hole is formed in the bottom surface of the measuring cup, a plurality of through holes which are opposite in pairs are formed in the side wall of the measuring cup on the same horizontal plane, an annular knife cylinder used for cutting beef through the through holes is further arranged on one side of the blanking hole and at the position horizontal to the through holes, a circular turntable is arranged at the bottom of the measuring cup, a controller is further arranged on the rack and controls the circular turntable to rotate so that any through hole annular knife cylinder and the controller controls the annular knife cylinder to extend to penetrate through the measuring cup or contract back, a weighing device used for weighing the beef in the measuring cup is further arranged at, the color sensor is arranged beside the annular knife cylinder and is used for carrying out color identification on fat grains and muscle fibers of the beef in the measuring cup.
The technical principle of the scheme is as follows: firstly, a measuring cup is positioned at one end of a sliding plate, beef enters a pushing device through a feed inlet, the pushing device pushes the beef into the measuring cup, a main cylinder pushes the measuring cup to slide on the sliding plate, a weighing device displays the weight of the beef on the measuring cup in real time, if the weight exceeds a preset weight and an error range, an annular knife cylinder is used for cutting off the exceeding part, before cutting, a color sensor is used for distinguishing a gap in the measuring cup and fat and muscle fiber of the beef to find out muscle grains of the beef, a controller is used for controlling a circular turntable to drive the measuring cup to rotate, one side with the grains is opposite to the annular knife cylinder, then the annular knife cylinder is controlled to extend, the measuring cup penetrates into a through hole in the wall of the measuring cup and penetrates out of another through hole opposite to the through hole, so that the beef exceeding the preset weight and the error range is cut off, and then the annular knife cylinder is retracted, the main cylinder continues to push the measuring cup to slide on the sliding plate until the measuring cup reaches the blanking port at the other end of the sliding plate, the discharging port is formed in the bottom surface of the measuring cup, beef can fall into the blanking port from the discharging port, the bag making mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of the blanking port, packaging bags are placed on the paper roll support, the packaging bags are conveyed forwards by the paper feeding main shaft, the encoder controls the size of the packaging bags, the bag making former makes single-layer paper bags into finished products, the made paper bag finished products are arranged on the lower portion of the blanking port, and the beef is packaged after entering the packaging bags from the blanking port.
The beneficial effect of this scheme lies in: compared with the prior art, the beef packaging machine has the advantages that the beef packaging machine is weighed on the metering cup in real time, the problem of overlarge weight error possibly occurring in packaged beef can be detected, countermeasures are further taken, the quantitative annular knife cylinder penetrates through the metering cup, redundant beef can be cut off, gaps in the metering cup are identified by the color sensor before cutting, the annular knife cylinder is prevented from penetrating through a folded part of a beef block, the quantity of beef which cannot be cut or is not enough, the color sensor also detects the extending direction of fat and the trend of muscle tissue, the fiber tissue is just opposite to the annular knife cylinder by rotating the metering cup, the beef fiber is vertically cut, the muscle fiber can be cut off by vertically cutting, the beef fiber is more convenient to chew when a user eats, and the beef is easier to taste in the cooking process.
Furthermore, the pushing device is a spiral pushing device and comprises a feeding screw rod used for pushing the materials to advance and a pneumatic motor driving the feeding screw rod to rotate, and the pneumatic motor is connected with the feeding screw rod.
The pneumatic motor drives the feeding screw to rotate, so that the beef is spirally pushed, compared with conveying of a conveying belt, the rotary motion of the beef is converted into linear motion through spiral conveying, the movement accuracy is high, the reduction ratio is high, the work is stable, no noise exists, and large axial force can be transmitted.
Further, the bag making mechanism also comprises a vacuum device, and the vacuum device is connected below the bag making former.
After the beef is pressed into the packaging bag, the beef falls into the vacuum device for vacuum packaging, so that the packaging can be finished in a vacuum state, the beef can be quantitatively packaged, and meanwhile, the freshness of food is guaranteed.
Furthermore, annular knife section of thick bamboo one end is the annular cutting edge, and the other end is connected with the telescopic shaft, and the telescopic shaft is fixed in the support frame.
The annular knife cylinder is driven to be inserted into the measuring cup to cut beef by controlling the extension of the telescopic shaft, then the telescopic shaft retracts, and redundant beef is taken out for standby.
Furthermore, a push rod is further arranged in the annular knife cylinder and is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the annular knife cylinder.
The annular knife cylinder is internally provided with a push rod, when one end of the annular knife cylinder with a knife edge extends into the through hole on the side wall of the measuring cup, and beef is cut, the push rod is positioned at the other end of the annular knife cylinder, when the annular knife cylinder is driven by the control telescopic shaft to retract from the measuring cup, the cut beef is still in the annular knife cylinder, and the push rod is pushed at the moment, so that the beef in the annular knife cylinder can be pushed out, the pushed beef can be used for making other products such as beef balls, and the beef can also be directly pushed into the measuring cup to supplement the beef which is smaller than the preset weight and exceeds the error range.
Further, the lower part of the bracket is provided with pulleys for moving the whole machine. The device is provided with pulleys for convenient movement and transportation.
