Abstract
The invention relates to production of a bean cake fertilizer, in particular to a bean cake fertilizer production system and a production method thereof. Background
The bean cake is a byproduct of soybean oil extraction, and has the highest nutritional value in various plants. Generally, the digestion energy of each kilogram of bean cake dry matter is more than 3000 kcal, the crude protein content is more than 40%, and the biological value of the protein is higher than that of any cake feed. Wherein the content of lysine necessary for livestock and poultry reaches 2.5-3 percent, which is 10 times higher than that of corn. Bean cakes are commonly used in feed and fertilizer. The soybean powder is put into the weighing hopper along the hopper, the balance scale is used for weighing the soybean powder on the valve plate, and after the specified weight is reached, the valve plate rotates to enable the soybean powder to fall into the station cylinder of the working platform. The driving motor drives the working platform to rotate, so that the station cylinder rotates to the stirring device along with the working platform. Preferably, an ejection cylinder for ejecting the bean cake fertilizer upwards is arranged at the position, close to the mechanical arm, of the bottom surface of the working platform. After the bean cake fertilizer is extruded, the bean cake fertilizer is ejected out through the ejection cylinder, so that the pneumatic sucking disc can adsorb the bean cake fertilizer conveniently.
Preferably, the weighing hopper comprises a hopper body, a valve plate arranged in the hopper body and a balance scale connected with the valve plate. Therefore, the bean cake fertilizer production system and the production method thereof have the following advantages: the whole system can realize automatic production, improve production efficiency, reduce production period, unify the weight and water distribution ratio of the bean cakes, ensure the integral production quality, finally realize drying and avoid mildewing.

Example 1: as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bean cake fertilizer production system comprises a blanking device, a working platform 11 with a station cylinder distributed at the edge, a stirring device 6, an extrusion device 7, a mechanical arm 8 and a conveying device 9, wherein the working platform is a circular turntable and is driven by a driving motor, the blanking device vertically corresponds to the edge of the working platform, the stirring device, the extrusion device and the mechanical arm are distributed around the working platform, the blanking device comprises a hopper 1 and a weighing hopper 2 which are coaxially arranged, and a material control electromagnetic valve 5 is arranged at the bottom of the weighing hopper; the stirring device comprises a stirring lifting rod 61, a stirring beam 62 and a water pipe 66 penetrating through the stirring lifting rod and the stirring beam, wherein the free end of the stirring beam is provided with a stirring motor 63, the stirring motor is connected with a stirring blade 64, and the outlet of the water pipe vertically corresponds to the stirring blade; the extrusion device comprises an extrusion support 71 and an extrusion beam 72, the free end of the extrusion beam is provided with an extruder 73, and a pressing block 74 is connected on the extruder; the mechanical arm comprises a rotating bracket 81 and a mechanical beam 82, and a pneumatic suction cup 83 is arranged at the free end of the mechanical beam; the input end of the conveying device is arranged close to the mechanical arm, and the conveying device comprises a rack 91, a conveying belt 92 arranged on the rack and a drying box 10 arranged on the rack.
