Abstract
The invention discloses a fiber film-covering weaving device and a method, wherein the fiber film-covering weaving device comprises: the device comprises a resin tank, a plurality of fiber guide tubes arranged in the resin tank, a pre-curing device arranged above fiber guide tube outlets, a weaving and winding device arranged above the pre-curing device, and a re-curing device arranged above the weaving and winding device; the fiber to be coated and woven is coated with a film through the fiber guide tube, and is solidified and woven after passing through the rest parts of the film coating and weaving device. The invention is cured for the second time, and both curing and weaving are taken into consideration, so that the performance of the finished product is better; by means of the fiber guide tube, the fiber to be coated is soaked in the resin tank, so that uniform coating can be obtained, and the method is different from direct soaking coating without guide.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fiber film covering, in particular to a fiber film covering weaving device and a fiber film covering weaving method.
Background
The existing 3D printing materials mostly use fiber linear consumables, which are favored for easy roll storage and easy continuous transport. The existing fiber printing materials are mostly coated with resin, but the coating resin is difficult to control due to the fineness of the fiber, and the coating and weaving of the fiber printing materials with different diameters are difficult to carry out flow operation.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a fiber film-covering weaving device and method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a fiber film covering and weaving device, which has the following specific technical scheme:
a fiber lay-up braiding apparatus comprising: the device comprises a resin tank, a plurality of fiber guide tubes arranged in the resin tank, a pre-curing device arranged above fiber guide tube outlets, a weaving and winding device arranged above the pre-curing device, and a re-curing device arranged above the weaving and winding device; the fiber to be coated and woven is coated with a film through the fiber guide tube, and the rest parts of the film coating and weaving device are cured and woven through the fiber.
Preferably, the pre-curing device comprises a pre-curing UV light source array for pre-curing the coated fibers.
Preferably, the re-curing device comprises a 3D printing UV curing light source for performing final curing treatment on the coated fibers.
Preferably, a guide plate is provided at an inlet of the braiding and winding device, and a plurality of guide holes are provided on the guide plate for guiding a plurality of precured fibers into the braiding and winding device.
Preferably, a limiting plate is arranged at the outlet of the re-solidifying device, and a limiting hole is formed in the limiting plate and used for guiding the fibers wound in the weaving and winding device to the outside of the fiber film covering and weaving device for treatment.
The invention also provides a fiber film-coating weaving method, which comprises the following steps:

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a fiber covering weaving apparatus, including: the device comprises a resin tank 1, a plurality of fiber guide tubes 2 arranged in the resin tank 1, a pre-curing device 3 arranged above outlets of the fiber guide tubes 2, a weaving and winding device 4 arranged above the pre-curing device 3, and a re-curing device 5 arranged above the weaving and winding device 4; the fiber 8 to be coated with the film and woven is coated with the film through the fiber guide pipe 2 and is solidified and woven after passing through the rest parts of the fiber coating and weaving device.
The pre-curing device 3 includes a pre-curing UV light source array 31 for pre-curing the coated fibers.
The re-curing device 5 comprises a 3D printing UV curing light source 51 for performing a final curing process on the coated fibers.
The inlet of the braiding and winding device 4 is provided with a guide plate 6, which is provided with a plurality of guide holes for guiding a plurality of precured fibers into the braiding and winding device 4.
And a limiting plate 7 is arranged at the outlet of the re-curing device 5, and a limiting hole is formed in the limiting plate for guiding the fibers wound in the weaving and winding device 4 to the outside of the fiber film coating and weaving device 4 for treatment.
It should be noted that the left half of the fiber guide tube 2 in fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view thereof, so that it is darker than the right.
The following is a description of the working process of the present invention to specifically illustrate the fiber-coated membrane weaving method provided by the present invention. The working process of the invention is as follows:
for example, two fiber sources continuously feed two fibers, the two fiber sources are impregnated and coated with a film through two fiber guide tubes 2 in a resin tank 1 (the tops of the two fiber guide tubes 2 are immersed below the liquid level of resin 9 in the resin tank 1), then the two fiber sources are pre-cured by a pre-curing UV light source array 31, then the two fiber sources enter a weaving and winding device 4 under the guidance of a guide plate 6, the two fibers are combined into one, the two fiber sources enter a 3D printing UV curing light source 51 for re-curing, then the two fiber sources are led out through a limiting hole of a limiting plate 7, and for example, the two fiber sources are rolled for other use.

A fiber membrane weaving device, comprising: the device comprises a resin tank, a plurality of fiber guide tubes arranged in the resin tank, a pre-curing device arranged above an outlet of each fiber guide tube, a weaving and winding device arranged above the pre-curing device, and a re-curing device arranged above the weaving and winding device; the fiber to be coated and woven is coated with a film through a fiber guide pipe, and is solidified and woven after passing through the rest parts of the fiber coating and weaving device; the pre-curing device comprises a pre-curing UV light source array which is used for pre-curing the coated fibers; the re-curing device comprises a 3D printing UV curing light source used for carrying out final curing treatment on the coated fibers.
2. A fiber membrane weaving device according to claim 1 wherein the weaving and winding device is provided at an inlet with a guide plate having a plurality of guide holes for guiding a plurality of precured fibers into the weaving and winding device.

The fiber film covering and weaving device according to claim 1, wherein a limiting plate is provided at the outlet of the re-solidification device, and a limiting hole is provided thereon for guiding the fibers wound in the winding device to the outside of the fiber film covering and weaving device for processing.
4. A film-covering weaving method of the fiber film-covering weaving apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) dipping: impregnating a plurality of fiber impregnations in resin through a fiber guide pipe;
(2) pre-curing: carrying out pre-curing treatment by a pre-curing device;
(3) weaving: weaving the pre-cured fibers;
(4) and (3) re-curing: and further solidifying the woven fibers to obtain a finished product.
