本发明涉及一种水松纸切割装置,属于香烟加工装置技术领域。本发明首先接通电源,使纸辊轮与切刀轮以相同的角速度相向转动,由于切刀的切割刃口与吸纸块的切割刃口是空间共轭直线关系,切刀的切割刃口由后至前逐渐与吸纸块的切割刃口接触啮合,形成“剪切”作用,从而将连续水松纸切割成一定宽度的水松纸片,并粘贴在组合轮输送过来的组烟的表面上,继续下一步工序,本发明实现了切削刃口的快速更换,而且大大延长了切刀的使用寿命,同时压紧片压制固定后的切刀刀片对纸辊的冲击与振动小,切割质量好,机组噪声减小,具有可推广的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水松纸切割装置,属于香烟加工装置技术领域。
背景技术
卷接机组主要有烟丝供给、烟条成型和切割以及烟支接嘴和分切三大部分组成。烟支接嘴和分切系统,该系统主要由烟条分切系统、滤棒供给系统、水松纸供给系统和烟支分切系统组成,其中水松纸输送是通过刮纸器使水松纸预成形,即上胶,预热并被分切。上胶辊向水松纸涂上胶水。加热器给上胶后的水松纸加热。切纸轮与刀辊共同作用将上胶后的水松纸切成水松纸片。切断后的水松纸片被粘接到烟支和双倍长的滤嘴上。
切纸装置广泛应用于各类机器中,如印刷机、包装机、卷接机等,根据其功能和要求的不同,切纸装置的结构也不同。水松纸切割是滤嘴接装机上的一道非常关键的工艺,水松纸切割装置的优劣直接影响机器运行的稳定性和可靠性,同时也关系到产品质量、原辅材料消耗和使用成本。随着烟草机械技术的进步,切纸装置也在不断改进。
滚刀式切纸装置,其主要由表面设有刀刃的切纸刀轮和位于该切纸刀轮斜下方的表面镶有硬质合金的切纸轮组成,当水松纸通过一系列传输装置进入切纸轮和切纸刀轮之间时,通过切纸轮和切纸刀轮的高速旋转并相切而将水松纸瞬间斩断。这种切割方法带来的问题是:切割机组发出的噪声、振动巨大,是造成卷接车间工作环境恶劣的主要原因,刀刃磨损严重,易损坏切纸轮,更换频繁,积渣严重,清洗不便,切割质量不稳定。因此,对滚斩断式切纸装置已经被淘汰。
现在PROTOS卷接机组使用的就是对滚剪断式切纸装置。该装置由两刀滚组成,其中一刀滚为圆柱形,另一刀滚为圆锥形,锥形刀滚上安装有12把切纸刀,当两刀滚以相同的角速度相向运动时,两刀滚的刀刃啮合点从里向外做点接触运动,将纸逐渐剪断。刀1的刀片刃口与其轴线平行,刀2的刀片则以一定的倾角偏心安装在刀架上,形成锥形刀滚。实践证明,该水松纸切割装置存在以下不足之处:(1)切刀的调整难度大且耗时。(2)切纸过程中刀片会产生弹性变形,使刀片及水松纸切割鼓较易磨损,使用寿命短,需要定期停机进行更换,不仅增加了备件消耗,还影响生产效率。(3)由于设计中刀1与刀2有一定过盈要求,所以传动过程中的冲击在所难免,不仅增大了噪音,还使整机不能长期稳定工作。因此,继续开发一种性能优异的水松纸切割装置。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对现有机械切割切刀的调整难度大且耗时,切纸过程中刀片会产生弹性变形,使刀片及水松纸切割鼓较易磨损,使用寿命短,需要定期停机进行更换,不仅增加了备件消耗,还影响生产效率,并且带来高噪音、高振动、高磨损、频繁清理的问题,本发明提供了一种水松纸切割装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案:
一种水松纸切割装置,包括连续水松纸、纸辊轮、吸纸块、吸气孔、吸气装置、吹气孔、吹扫装置、压块、固定螺钉、压紧片、切刀、切刀轮、水松纸片、组合轮、组烟,所述水松纸切割装置主要由纸辊轮、切刀轮、组合轮组成,纸辊轮的外表面安装有吸纸块,吸纸块两边为吹气孔,切刀轮上安装的切刀由固定装置固定,组合轮与纸辊轮下方相切,组合轮上设有组烟槽。
所述吸纸块尾端为切割刃,表面有吸风孔,并与纸辊轮内部的吸风通道吸气孔、吸气装置联通,可利用负压吸附住传输过来的连续水松纸。
所述吹气孔联通吹扫装置,可有效将切割产生的碎纸屑吹扫去除。
所述切刀通过压紧片的压紧作用,与槽位壁紧密贴合,压块通过固定螺钉的紧固作用,紧紧地压住压紧片。
所述纸辊轮与切刀轮以相同的角速度相向转动。
所述切刀的切割刃口与吸纸块的切割刃口是空间共轭直线关系,切刀的切割刃口由后至前逐渐与吸纸块的切割刃口接触啮合。
所述切刀具有4条切割刃边,松开压块,就可以轻易取出压紧片,实现了切刀切削刃口的快速更换。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明切刀通过压紧片的压紧作用,与槽位壁紧密贴合,压块通过固定螺钉的紧固作用,紧紧地压住压紧片,只要松开压块,就可以轻易取出压紧片,更换切刀,且同一个切刀具有4条切割刃边,不但实现了切削刃口的快速更换,而且大大延长了切刀的使用寿命,同时压紧片压制固定后的切刀刀片对纸辊的冲击与振动小,切割质量好,机组噪声减小;
(2)本发明本结构设计新颖,可以快速方便的将宽幅的水松纸直接进行送纸,利用吸纸块及切刀轮相互配合,减少磨损与噪声,方便维修与保养,改进了现有装置的不足,达到了预期设计目标,方便快捷,优化了工序,降低了劳动强度,提高了加工的效率。

具体实施方式
首先接通电源,使纸辊轮2 与切刀轮12以相同的角速度相向转动,由于切刀11 的切割刃口与吸纸块3的切割刃口是空间共轭直线关系,切刀11的切割刃口由后至前逐渐与吸纸块3的切割刃口接触啮合,形成“剪切”作用,从而将连续水松纸1切割成一定宽度的水松纸片13,并粘贴在组合轮14输送过来的组烟15的表面上,继续下一步工序。

1.一种水松纸切割装置,包括连续水松纸(1)、纸辊轮(2)、吸纸块(3)、吸气孔(4)、吸气装置(5)、吹气孔(6)、吹扫装置(7)、压块(8)、固定螺钉(9)、压紧片(10)、切刀(11)、切刀轮(12)、水松纸片(13)、组合轮(14)、组烟(15),其特征在于:所述水松纸切割装置主要由纸辊轮(2)、切刀轮(12)、组合轮(14)组成,纸辊轮(2)的外表面安装有吸纸块(3),吸纸块(3)两边为吹气孔(6),切刀轮(12)上安装的切刀(11)由固定装置固定,组合轮(14)与纸辊轮(2)下方相切,组合轮(14)上设有组烟(15)槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水松纸切割装置,其特征在于:所述吸纸块(3)尾端为切割刃,表面有吸风孔,并与纸辊轮(2)内部的吸风通道吸气孔(4)、吸气装置(5)联通,可利用负压吸附住传输过来的连续水松纸(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水松纸切割装置,其特征在于:所述吹气孔(6)联通吹扫装置(7),可有效将切割产生的碎纸屑吹扫去除。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水松纸切割装置,其特征在于:所述切刀(11)通过压紧片(10)的压紧作用,与槽位壁紧密贴合,压块(8)通过固定螺钉(9)的紧固作用,紧紧地压住压紧片(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水松纸切割装置,其特征在于:所述纸辊轮(2)与切刀轮(12)以相同的角速度相向转动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水松纸切割装置,其特征在于:所述切刀(11)的切割刃口与吸纸块(3)的切割刃口是空间共轭直线关系,切刀(11)的切割刃口由后至前逐渐与吸纸块(3)的切割刃口接触啮合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水松纸切割装置,其特征在于:所述切刀(11)具有4条切割刃边,松开压块(8),就可以轻易取出压紧片(10),实现了切刀(11)切削刃口的快速更换。
