Abstract
The invention discloses a wrist type swing mechanism which mainly comprises a motor, a swing shaft, a left support, a large belt wheel, a base, a driving shaft, a left bearing seat, a rotary support, a sliding chute, a linear sliding rail, a moving shaft, a swing rod, a rotating shaft, a right support, a connecting pin and a swing block. The invention converts the rotation of the motor into the swing through the mechanical mechanism, can adjust the swing amplitude in the motion process through adjusting the handle, achieves the best mixing effect, has wide application, convenient operation, excellent performance and long service life, and can meet various different use environments.

the left bracket and the right bracket are vertically fixed on the base in a parallel opposite mode, and the swinging shaft is supported at the upper parts of the left bracket and the right bracket through bearings;
the driving shaft is supported on the left bracket; one end of the driving shaft is rotationally coupled with the output end of a motor fixed on the base through a large belt pulley; the other end of the driving shaft is fixed through a left bearing seat and is provided with a rotating bracket;
the sliding chute is arranged on the left bearing seat;
the rotating bracket is of an eccentric wheel structure, is fixed at the shaft end of the driving shaft and rotates along with the driving shaft;

referring to the attached figure 1, the invention firstly discloses a wrist type swing bed, which mainly comprises a motor 1, a swing shaft 2, a left support 3, a connecting sleeve 4, a clamper 5, a screwing handle 6, a fixed rod 7, a conveyor belt 8, a large belt wheel 9, a foot pad 10, a base 11, a driving shaft 12, a left bearing seat 13, a rotating support 14, a sliding chute 15, a linear sliding rail 16, a moving shaft 17, a swing rod 18, a rotating shaft 19, a movable pin 20, a limiting block 21, a rotating sleeve 22, a right bearing seat 23, a right support 24, a locking handle 25, an adjusting rod 26, a connecting pin 27, a swing block 28 and the like.
The wrist type swing mechanism mainly comprises a motor 1, a swing shaft 2, a left support 3, a large belt wheel 9, a base 11, a driving shaft 12, a left bearing seat 13, a rotating support 14, a sliding groove 15, a linear sliding rail 16, a moving shaft 17, a swing rod 18, a rotating shaft 19, a right support 24, a connecting pin 27 and a swing block 28.
The left bracket 3 and the right bracket 24 are vertically fixed on the base 11 in parallel opposite to each other, and the swing shaft 2 is supported on the upper parts of the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 24 through bearings. The driving shaft 12 is supported at a position below the left bracket 3 through a bearing in a penetrating manner, and the projections of the driving shaft 12 and the swinging shaft 2 on the base 11 are parallel to each other but do not overlap. One end of the driving shaft 12 is fixed with a large belt wheel 9, and the large belt wheel 9 is rotationally coupled with the output end of the motor 1 fixed on the base 11 through a conveying belt 8. The other end of the drive shaft 12 is fixed by a left bearing housing 13 and is mounted with a rotating bracket 14. The slide slot 15 is mounted on the left bearing block 13. The driving shaft 12 is horizontally arranged, and the large belt wheel 9, the left support 3, the left bearing seat 13, the rotating support 14 and the sliding groove 15 are spatially and sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the driving shaft 12.
Referring to fig. 4, the rotating bracket 14 is an eccentric wheel structure, and is fixed at the axial end of the driving shaft 12 and rotates with the driving shaft 12. The linear slide rail 16 is vertically arranged in the sliding groove 15, and a short shaft perpendicular to the rotating surface of the rotating bracket 14 is arranged on one side of the linear slide rail 16 facing the rotating bracket 14, and a bearing or a sliding shaft sleeve contacted with the outer edge of the eccentric wheel of the rotating bracket 14 is sleeved on the short shaft. When the rotating bracket 14 rotates along with the driving shaft 12, the outer edge of the eccentric wheel can push the short shaft to drive the linear slide rail 16 to slide up and down in the slide slot 15.
The linear slide rail 16 is fixed to one end of a moving shaft 17, and a rotating shaft 19 is connected to the moving shaft 17. One end of the swing rod 18 is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the other end of the swing rod 18 is hinged with the swing block 28 through a connecting pin 27. The pivot mass 28 is fixedly connected to the pivot shaft 2. When the linear slide rail 16 slides up and down in the slide slot 15, the swing shaft 2 is driven to swing back and forth by the moving shaft 17, the rotating shaft 19, the swing rod 18 and the swing block 28.
As shown in figure 1, the two ends of the swinging shaft 2 of the wrist type swinging bed of the invention are coaxially fixed with fixed rods 7 through connecting sleeves 4 respectively. On the fixed rod 7 is fixed a holder 5, preferably of symmetrical construction, which holder 5 can be held by screwing the handle 6 to hold a container, shown containing the liquid to be mixed.
In another preferred embodiment, the wrist swing mechanism of the present invention further comprises a swing amplitude adjustment mechanism. The swing amplitude adjusting mechanism comprises a movable pin 20, a limiting block 21, a rotating sleeve 22, a right bearing seat 23, a locking handle 25 and an adjusting rod 26. Wherein, one end of the limited block 21 is hinged at the end of the rotating shaft 19 through the movable pin 20, and the other end is hinged with the rotary sleeve 22. The rotary sleeve 22 is fixedly connected with an adjusting rod 26 with screw thread and is erected on the right bearing block 23 through a bearing. The locking handle 25 is used to lock the adjustment lever 26 to the right bracket 24.
The swing amplitude adjusting principle is as follows: the locking handle 25 is loosened, the adjusting rod 26 is manually rotated, the rotating sleeve 22 linearly moves along the thread direction of the adjusting rod 26, one end of the limiting block 21, which is hinged to the rotating shaft 19, moves up under the action of thrust generated by the linear motion of the rotating sleeve 22, and the rotating shaft 19 and the moving shaft 17 are fixed together, so that the moving shaft 17 simultaneously moves up, the position of the linear slide rail 16 in the sliding groove 15 is driven to change, namely the amplitude of the moving shaft 17 is changed, the swing angle of the swing shaft 2 is changed, and the adjustment of the swing amplitude is realized.
Preferably, a plurality of foot pads 10 may be provided under the swing mechanism base 11 of the present invention to absorb vibration.

A wrist type swing mechanism mainly comprises a motor, a swing shaft, a left support, a large belt wheel, a base, a driving shaft, a left bearing seat, a rotating support, a sliding chute, a linear sliding rail, a moving shaft, a swing rod, a rotating shaft, a right support, a connecting pin and a swing block; the method is characterized in that:
the left bracket and the right bracket are vertically fixed on the base in a parallel opposite mode, and the swinging shaft is supported at the upper parts of the left bracket and the right bracket through bearings;
the driving shaft is supported on the left bracket; one end of the driving shaft is rotationally coupled with the output end of a motor fixed on the base through a large belt pulley; the other end of the driving shaft is fixed through a left bearing seat and is provided with a rotating bracket;
the sliding chute is arranged on the left bearing seat;
the rotating bracket is of an eccentric wheel structure, is fixed at the shaft end of the driving shaft and rotates along with the driving shaft;
the linear slide rail is vertically arranged in the sliding groove, a short shaft perpendicular to the rotating surface of the rotating support is arranged on one side of the linear slide rail facing the rotating support, and a bearing or a sliding shaft sleeve in contact with the outer edge of the eccentric wheel of the rotating support is sleeved on the short shaft;
the linear slide rail is fixed at one end of the moving shaft, and the moving shaft is connected with a rotating shaft;

the swinging block is fixedly connected with the swinging shaft;
