技术领域
本发明涉及畜牧养殖技术领域,具体为一种禽畜饲料投放加工设备。
背景技术
目前,家禽家畜的饲养一般都由养殖场规模化饲养,在对饲料槽中进行投放饲料时,需要人工投放,人工投放效率低,而且根据禽畜不同的生长阶段需要在饲料中混合添加剂,因此,在饲料投放前需要将饲料和添加剂搅拌均匀后才能进行投放,在一些大型的养殖厂中,由于饲料量较大,依靠人工搅拌不仅搅拌效率低,而且搅拌不均匀,而传统的搅拌设备,搅拌桨可转动,但是轴向都是不可动的,而且,目前需要单独的搅拌设备对饲料搅匀以后再投放,这样饲养工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种禽畜饲料投放加工设备,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种禽畜饲料投放加工设备,包括滚动安装在饲料槽上侧的投放机体以及固定安装在所述投放机体上端面内的搅拌机体,所述搅拌机体内壁体中设置有搅拌腔,所述搅拌腔内顶壁中固定安装有内齿圈,所述内齿圈正中心转动安装有中心齿轮,所述中心齿轮与所述内齿圈之间配合连接有三组转动齿轮,所述中心齿轮上端面配合安装有第一电机,所述第一电机外表面固定安装于所述搅拌机体内壁体中,每组所述转动齿轮下端面固定安装有向下延伸且伸入所述搅拌腔中的搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴外表面固定安装有多组搅拌页片,所述搅拌腔内底壁设置有贯穿所述投放机体下端面的出料槽,所述出料槽中设置有控制开关机构,所述投放机体下端面左右对称安装有支撑脚柱,所述支撑脚柱开口朝下设置有转动腔,所述转动腔右侧的所述支撑脚柱中设有向上延伸且伸入所述投放机体内壁体中的传动腔,所述转动腔中转动配合安装有第一转动轴,所述第一转动轴向右伸入所述传动腔中且与所述传动腔右侧壁转动配合连接,所述转动腔中的所述第一转动轴外表面固定安装有滚动轮,所述滚动轮下侧的所述转动腔左右两侧内壁内滚动安装有弹性滚珠,所述饲料槽左右两侧的上端面对称安装有支撑板,所述支撑板左右两侧设置有与所述弹性滚珠滚动配合连接的滚动槽,左右两侧的所述传动腔之间的所述投放机体内壁体中固定安装有第二电机,所述第二电机左右两侧端配合连接有第二转动轴,左右两侧的所述第二转动轴分别伸入所述传动腔中且末端固定安装有传动轮,所述传动轮与所述第一转动轴之间配合安装有传动带。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种禽畜饲料投放加工设备,其特征在于:所述控制开关机构包括左右延伸设置且与所述出料槽连通的滑动槽,所述滑动槽中滑动安装有开关齿条,所述开关齿条下侧配合连接有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮后侧端面配合连接有第三电机,所述第三电机外表面固定安装于所述投放机体内壁体中,所述开关齿条上端面设置有密封垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种禽畜饲料投放加工设备,其特征在于:所述滑动槽右侧内壁固定安装有接触式传感器,所述接触式传感器与所述第一电机电连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种禽畜饲料投放加工设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌机体右上侧设置有一进料槽。
