Description

Depilatory wax and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of depilatory wax materials, and particularly relates to depilatory wax and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of society and the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to their own image, especially women need to remove the unnecessary hair of some parts of the body in the social process. The main methods for removing human hair include physical depilation, chemical depilation and photoelectric depilation.
Wherein, the physical depilation is realized by external force, so that the hair is pulled out. Mainly including mechanical depilation and wax depilation. Mechanical depilation generally refers to an electric depilator, and the depilation mode has the characteristics of unclean depilation, incomplete depilation, more residues and the like. Whereas wax depilation mainly uses cold wax or hot wax. The cold wax is prepared from saccharide and has a paste shape. The hot wax mainly comprises rosin resin, paraffin and grease. Whether cold wax or hot wax epilation, epilation paper is required as an auxiliary material. It is a practice to apply the depilatory wax to the site with hair, then to cover the depilatory paper on the surface of the depilatory wax on the skin, and then to tear off the depilatory paper quickly. The hairs are removed as the depilatory paper leaves the skin surface.
The Chinese patent application with the application number of 201510747031.8 provides a solid depilatory wax for human bodies, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-70% of tackifier, 1-10% of plasticizer, 0.1-5% of flexibilizer, 0.2-10% of film forming agent, 1-5% of stabilizer, 0.5-5% of perfume, 0.3-3% of pigment and the balance of wax. The preparation method needs to be carried out at the temperature of 180 ℃ or above, and the prepared depilatory wax has the melting point of 54-58 ℃ and the penetration degree of 5-25 (100g, 25 ℃, 1/10 mm). Although a relatively ideal depilating effect is achieved, the temperature of human skin is between 20 and 47 ℃, the skin can generate temperature sense at 35 ℃, the temperature of the human skin is higher than 45 ℃, the human skin can feel heat and have a hot feeling, and when the temperature of the human skin is higher than 47 ℃, the scald pain can be easily generated; beyond 50 ℃, it can scald and form blisters. Therefore, the solid depilatory wax for the human body has good depilatory effect, but the melting point is higher than 54 ℃, so that the depilatory wax is dangerous to scald when being heated and melted and then directly coated on the surface of the human body, and is cooled to below 50 ℃, the coating effect is not good, the tape-casting property is poor, and the depilatory effect can not be achieved, so that the ideal depilatory effect is only the depilatory effect in an ideal state, and other negative effects such as scalding can be brought in practical application.

and adding the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer into the second mixed solution, stirring and homogenizing to obtain the depilatory wax.
The depilatory wax provided by the invention has the advantages that the softening point temperature is 38-42 ℃, the melting point temperature is 46-50 ℃, the hygienic chemical index meets the requirements of the cosmetic hygiene code (2007 edition), when the depilatory wax is used for depilating human skin, the depilatory wax can be used at 45 ℃ or below, the depilatory wax can be used at the lowest temperature of 25 ℃, the depilatory wax can be applied to the skin for 4-6 times, no wire drawing is needed, the skin is not scalded, and the use is safe and reliable.

Preferably, the emollient is white beeswax, and a proper amount of emollient is added into the depilatory wax, so that when the depilatory wax is coated on the surface of the skin of a human body, the effects of softening and moistening are achieved, the skin is prevented from losing water or dehydrating due to the coating of the depilatory wax, and the skin is prevented from feeling of being stuffy. In addition, white beeswax also acts to emulsify the individual components of the epilatory wax in the epilatory wax.
Preferably, the binder is paraffin wax. Specifically, the paraffin wax may be at least one of 40# paraffin wax, 45# paraffin wax, 50# paraffin wax, 55# paraffin wax, 60# paraffin wax, 65# paraffin wax, fatty alcohol paraffin wax, fatty acid paraffin wax, 40# microcrystalline wax, 45# microcrystalline wax, 50# microcrystalline wax, 55# microcrystalline wax, 60# microcrystalline wax, and 65# microcrystalline wax. In step S02, since the melting point of the emollient is 62 to 67 ℃ and the melting point of the binder is 47 to 64 ℃, the emollient, the binder and the humectant are heated to 55 to 70 ℃ during mixing and heating, and the heating process may be accompanied by stirring to accelerate dissolution.
In step S04, when the ethylene-ethyl acetate copolymer is added, the components are mutually dissolved at a stirring speed of 30-50 r/min, and the time of the homogenization treatment is 10-20 min.
In order to impart a wide variety of colors to the epilatory wax, a suitable amount of colorant may be added after homogenization.
The depilatory wax obtained by the invention can be further granulated, so as to be convenient for packaging and sale. The granulation step is performed after the homogenization treatment. Generally, the granulation temperature is 110 to 120 ℃, and the granulated unhaired wax beans are obtained by granulation.
When the depilatory wax is used, the depilatory wax is heated to a melting point to be completely melted, then is cooled to about 40 ℃, the depilatory wax in a liquid state can be demoulded along the growth direction of the hair by using a smearing rod at a temperature of not scalding the skin, after smearing, the depilatory wax is cooled to form a film, and the depilatory wax is quickly torn off along the growth direction of the hair.
