Abstract

本发明公开了一种山羊饲料的制作方法,其主要是由青草、金花茶、橘皮、贝壳粉、皂荚粉、蓝藻粉、燕麦、豆粕混匀,再伴入蔗和发酵菌,密封发酵,再加入碳酸氢钙、大豆磷脂和维生素预混料,混匀后置于低温下烘干,再经造粒得到;本发明的山羊饲料精选优质原料,在传统的制作工艺上添加新意,不仅绿色环保、营养均衡,为山羊的生长需求提供保障,而且本发明经益生菌粉和酵母粉多菌发酵,可有效提高山羊在生长过程中抗病毒能力及免疫能力,同时发酵可以分解原料中的营养物质,更便于山羊吸收,从而增加养殖收益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种山羊饲料的制作方法,属于饲料加工技术领域。
背景技术
山羊生产具有繁殖率高、适应性强、易管理等特点,至今在中国广大农牧区广泛饲养,山羊还具有很好的药用功效,其肉可以补虚助阳;但目前大多的饲养方法其生长缓慢,免疫力较低,同时大量使用各种人工饲料,而人工饲料中大多含有色素和激素,不但会降低营养价值,而且存在多种安全隐患,因此迫切需要寻找出一种养殖时间较短、且肉质既营养又安全的山羊养殖方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养全面、无激素添加、肉料比高的山羊饲料的制作方法,可以有效的保证山羊的健康成长。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
山羊饲料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取青草、金花茶、橘皮,洗净,按照青草、金花茶、橘皮质量比为20-25:5-7:3,配制混合均匀,切碎后置于多酚氧化酶抑制剂中,浸泡10-15min;
(2)取出上述步骤(1)混合料,清洗,微波烘干,然后切碎磨粉,得到80-120目混合粉A,所述的微波烘干功率为220-250W,烘干温度48℃-53℃,时间3-4h ;
(3)称取贝壳粉、皂荚粉、蓝藻粉混合,所述的贝壳粉、皂荚粉、蓝藻粉质量比为4-5:2-3:1,混合均匀后文火炒制10-15分钟,得到混合粉B;
(4)称取燕麦、豆粕,按等比例混合,加入适量纯净水用打浆机打成混合浆液,然后向其中倒入步骤(2)混合粉A和步骤(3)混合粉B,混合粉A的加入量为混合浆液35%-40%,混合粉B的加入量为混合浆液20%-30%,搅拌均匀后伴入混合料蔗糖8%-10%、发酵菌5%-6%;调节混合料的湿度至50%-55%,Ph至6.0-7.0,置于密封环境下发酵,控制发酵温度34℃-37℃,发酵3-5天即可;
(5)取上述发酵产物,向发酵产物中加入碳酸氢钙5%-8%、大豆磷脂2%-5%和维生素预混料8%-10%,混匀后置于低温下烘干,再经造粒得到。
所述的步骤(4)发酵菌由益生菌粉和酵母粉按2-3:1混合比例制成。
所述的步骤(4)密封发酵温度35℃,发酵时间为5天。
所述的步骤(5)低温烘干温度为40℃-45℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的山羊饲料精选优质原料,在传统的制作工艺上添加新意,不仅绿色环保、营养均衡,为山羊的生长需求提供保障,而且本发明经益生菌粉和酵母粉多菌发酵,可有效提高山羊在生长过程中抗病毒能力及免疫能力,同时发酵可以分解原料中的营养物质,更便于山羊吸收,从而增加养殖收益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:山羊饲料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取青草、金花茶、橘皮,洗净,按照青草、金花茶、橘皮质量比为22:6:3,配制混合均匀,切碎后置于多酚氧化酶抑制剂中,浸泡12min;
(2)取出上述步骤(1)混合料,清洗,微波烘干,然后切碎磨粉,得到80目混合粉A,所述的微波烘干功率为220W,烘干温度50℃,时间3h ;
(3)称取贝壳粉、皂荚粉、蓝藻粉混合,所述的贝壳粉、皂荚粉、蓝藻粉质量比为4.5:2.5:1,混合均匀后文火炒制12分钟,得到混合粉B;
(4)称取燕麦、豆粕,按等比例混合,加入适量纯净水用打浆机打成混合浆液,然后向其中倒入步骤(2)混合粉A和步骤(3)混合粉B,混合粉A的加入量为混合浆液38%,混合粉B的加入量为混合浆液25%,搅拌均匀后伴入混合料蔗糖10%、发酵菌5.5%;调节混合料的湿度至52%,Ph至6.5,置于密封环境下发酵,控制发酵温度35℃,发酵5天即可;
(5)取上述发酵产物,向发酵产物中加入碳酸氢钙6%、大豆磷脂3.5%和维生素预混料10%,混匀后置于42℃温度下烘干,再经造粒得到。
所述的步骤(4)发酵菌由益生菌粉和酵母粉按2.5:1混合比例制成。

1.一种山羊饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取青草、金花茶、橘皮,洗净,按照青草、金花茶、橘皮质量比为20-25:5-7:3,配制混合均匀,切碎后置于多酚氧化酶抑制剂中,浸泡10-15min;
(2)取出上述步骤(1)混合料,清洗,微波烘干,然后切碎磨粉,得到80-120目混合粉A,所述的微波烘干功率为220-250W,烘干温度48℃-53℃,时间3-4h ;
(3)称取贝壳粉、皂荚粉、蓝藻粉混合,所述的贝壳粉、皂荚粉、蓝藻粉质量比为4-5:2-3:1,混合均匀后文火炒制10-15分钟,得到混合粉B;
(4)称取燕麦、豆粕,按等比例混合,加入适量纯净水用打浆机打成混合浆液,然后向其中倒入步骤(2)混合粉A和步骤(3)混合粉B,混合粉A的加入量为混合浆液35%-40%,混合粉B的加入量为混合浆液20%-30%,搅拌均匀后伴入混合料蔗糖8%-10%、发酵菌5%-6%;调节混合料的湿度至50%-55%,Ph至6.0-7.0,置于密封环境下发酵,控制发酵温度34℃-37℃,发酵3-5天即可;
(5)取上述发酵产物,向发酵产物中加入碳酸氢钙5%-8%、大豆磷脂2%-5%和维生素预混料8%-10%,混匀后置于低温下烘干,再经造粒得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的山羊饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4)发酵菌由益生菌粉和酵母粉按2-3:1混合比例制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的山羊饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4)密封发酵温度35℃,发酵时间为5天。
4.根据权利要求1所述的山羊饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(5)低温烘干温度为40℃-45℃。
