the top of the fixed sleeve (12) is fixedly connected with a connecting rod (14), the top of the connecting rod (14) penetrates through the transmission case (2) and extends to the top of the transmission case (2), one end of the connecting rod (14) extending to the top of the transmission case (2) is fixedly connected with an arc cover (15), the inside of the arc cover (15) is fixedly connected with an arc light collecting plate (16) which is matched with the arc light collecting plate, the top of the arc light collecting plate (16) is fixedly internally linked with a wireless receiving antenna (17), the inside of the case (1) is respectively and fixedly connected with a central processor (18), a data information processing unit (19) and a memory (20), the input end of the wireless receiving antenna (17) is connected with the output end of an ultraviolet detector (21), the input end of the ultraviolet detector (21) is connected with the output end of an information modulation module (22), the input end of the information modulation module (22) is connected with the output end of an information encoding module (23), the input end of the wireless receiving antenna (17) is connected with the input end of a central processor (18), the output end of the central processor (18) is connected with the data processing unit (19) and the output end of the data processing unit (19) respectively, the central processing unit (18) is in bidirectional connection with the memory (20);
the information to be transmitted is coded and converted through the information coding module (23), the coded information after conversion is modulated into ultraviolet light with certain frequency and wavelength through the information modulation module (22), and then the ultraviolet light is emitted to the outside through the ultraviolet detector (21), at the moment, the wireless receiving antenna (17) can capture and receive the external ultraviolet signals, and at the moment, the arc cover (15) and the arc light collecting plate (16) can carry out enhanced concentrated capture on the external ultraviolet signals;
the data information processing unit (19) comprises a pulse counter (191), a phase-locked loop (192), a symbol/time slot synchronization module (193), an information decoding module (194) and a data buffer module (195), wherein the output end of the pulse counter (191) is connected with the input end of the phase-locked loop (192), the output end of the phase-locked loop (192) is connected with the input end of the symbol/time slot synchronization module (193), the output end of the symbol/time slot synchronization module (193) is connected with the input end of the information decoding module (194), the output end of the information decoding module (194) is connected with the input end of the data buffer module (195), and the output end of the central processor (18) is connected with the input ends of the pulse counter (191) and the symbol/time slot synchronization module (193) respectively.

An ultraviolet communication device according to claim 1, wherein: the input end of the central processing unit (18) is connected with the output end of the power supply module (25), and the output end of the power supply module (25) is respectively connected with the input ends of the information coding module (23), the wireless receiving antenna (17) and the data information processing unit (19).

6. A method of uv communication using the uv communication device of claim 2, comprising the steps of:
s1, respectively electrifying an information encoding module (23), a wireless receiving antenna (17), a central processing unit (18) and a data information processing unit (19) through a power module (25);
s2, coding and converting information to be transmitted through an information coding module (23), modulating the converted coded information into ultraviolet light with a certain frequency and wavelength through an information modulation module (22), and then transmitting the ultraviolet light to the outside through an ultraviolet detector (21);
s3, capturing and receiving external ultraviolet signals by the wireless receiving antenna (17), and enhancing and concentrating the external ultraviolet signals by the arc-shaped cover (15) and the arc-shaped light collecting plate (16);
s4, when people need to catch signals in different directions outside, the people can operate the control switch to enable the central processing unit (18) to control the adjusting motor (6) to start to work, the adjusting motor (4) drives the first bevel gear (4) to rotate through the second belt pulley (7), the first belt pulley (5) and the rotating shaft (3), the first bevel gear (4) drives the second transmission gear (13) to rotate through the second bevel gear (10), the transmission shaft (9) and the first transmission gear (11), and the second transmission gear (13) drives the wireless receiving antenna (17) to slowly rotate through the rotating shaft (8), the fixed sleeve (12) and the connecting rod (14) respectively;
s5, after the ultraviolet signals are captured by the wireless receiving antenna (17), the wireless receiving antenna (17) transmits the ultraviolet signals to the central processing unit (18), and the central processing unit (18) transmits the ultraviolet signals to the data information processing unit (19) for processing;
s6, a pulse counter (191) in the data information processing unit (19) counts the received ultraviolet signals, a phase-locked loop (192) locks the frequency of the received ultraviolet signals, a symbol/time slot synchronization module (193) continuously receives and synchronizes the received ultraviolet signals, the received ultraviolet signals are decoded by an information decoding module (194), and the decoded data information is buffered and transmitted to a display (24) for display through a data buffer module (195) respectively, so that people can read the information conveniently.
