Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fuse carrier.
Background
The fuse is an electric appliance which fuses a melt by heat generated by the fuse when a current exceeds a predetermined value to open a circuit. The fuse melts the melt by the heat generated by the fuse after the current exceeds a specified value for a period of time, so that the circuit is disconnected; a current protector is made by applying the principle. The fuse is widely applied to high-low voltage distribution systems, control systems and electric equipment, is used as a protector for short circuit and overcurrent, and is one of the most common protection devices. A common fuse is a cylindrical standard fuse with cylindrical conductive metal contact caps at both ends, as shown in fig. 1.
The specific structural schemes of the fuse carrying devices are different. The connection between the two poles of the fuse and the electrical contacts of the fuse carrier is in the form of plug-in separable contacts, the contact-conductivity of which is the core function of this type of fuse carrier. At present, the clamping mode of the cylindrical standard fuse of the fuse bearing device generally adopts 2 clamping seats which are arranged at intervals as electric contact pieces, each clamping seat comprises a pair of clamping pieces which are symmetrically arranged and made of conductive metal, a clamping cavity which is matched with the cylindrical conductive metal contact caps at two ends of the cylindrical standard fuse is formed, and the cylindrical standard fuse is clamped by utilizing the elasticity of the metal clamping pieces to form electric contact, so that the fuse support piece is disclosed in Chinese patent document CN 205863127U. The contact conductive effect of the products on the market is not ideal, and the contact sheet of the two types of fuse contact bearing devices on the market has the following defects:
1 st: the metal clamping piece adopts high-strength materials such as tin phosphor bronze, so that the fuse can be plugged and pulled out for many times, but the material cost of the product is higher, and the conductivity is poorer.
2 Nd: the metal clamping piece adopts medium strength and good conductive material such as brass, and the cost of raw materials is lower, but the contact piece is easy to generate plastic deformation after being inserted and pulled for many times due to poor structure, so that poor contact is caused.
3 Rd: the brass material has better conductivity and lower cost, but in order to improve the elasticity and strength weakness of the brass material, a complex sheet metal bending structure is designed, so that the conductivity and elasticity are better, but the material cost and the processing cost are higher because of the complex structure and process.

The geometric shape of the material has better mechanical property, so that the contact deformation is controlled within the range of the elastic deformation allowed by the material, and the reliable plugging contact performance is ensured. The extrusion protruding points on the contact piece of the fuse play a role in enhancing the contact force between the fuse and the contact piece, so that the contact force is enhanced, and the conductive performance of the product is further enhanced. The outer side surfaces of the front side plate and the rear side plate of the bearing frame are provided with anti-slip areas, so that an anti-slip effect is achieved during the handheld plug operation, and the handheld plug operation is facilitated.
