背景技术:
人们的礼尚往来,一种是给钱,目前已被支付宝、微信以电子红包的方式实现便利。另一种是赠物,有时 收到的礼物不是自己需要。尤其在一些特殊的节日,收到和送出的礼物比较集中,造成消费过剩,一些商 品又受时间和环境的限制。电子礼物则是用户从电商平台购买商品,将商品信息发送给微信、QQ等社交好 友,根据个人需求和喜好,通过好友之间相互转赠,灵活调配,最终将礼物送到真正需要的人。
发明内容:
目的是,为了解决赠送礼物的盲目和特殊节日的消费过剩,同时促进商品流通,增加用户活跃。本发明将 电商与社交网络结合,以电子礼物赠送、转赠、抢的方式,实现商品的合理分发利用。
具体方案是,用户在电商平台选购商品、完成支付。除了直接填写收货地址确认发货,也可以选择社交入 口赠送礼物,将购买的商品信息发送给微信、QQ等社交好友,可以通过信息链接查看商品详情,利用社交 软件在好友之间相互转赠,直到有人填写收货地址确认接收,商家才安排发货。每个用户都可以是赠送者、 转赠者、接收者。
有益效果是,在电商平台增加了重要的社交入口,满足用户更广泛的消费目的。用社交互动推送平台及产 品信息,有利于产品推广。以赠送、转赠、抢礼物的方式增加用户活跃,让用户灵活调配礼物,科学利用 资源。

具体实施方式:
用户在电商平台选购商品、完成支付。一种是选择收货,直接填写收货地址。另一种是选择赠送,通过社 交入口将购买的商品信息发送给微信、QQ等社交好友。对方可以通过收到的信息链接查看商品详情,根据 个人喜好和需求,在收到的信息窗口,选择“接收”输入收货地址确认收货。选择“转赠”利用社交软件 在好友之间相互转赠礼物,直到有人接收,商家才会按确认的收货地址发货,并与收货人达成售后服务关 系。当选择“拒收”礼物归属前者,可以重新接收、转赠或拒收处理。当赠送商品信息发送到微信群、QQ 群等社群时,群成员可以进行抢礼物活动。成功抢到礼物的好友可以查看商品详情,继续选择接收、转赠 或拒收。
