Abstract
本发明提供一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,所述的防水卷材包括胎基层、预浸油、改性沥青层、隔离层;所述预浸油包括以下组分:重交沥青、减二线油、橡胶、矿物质填充料、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯、远红外陶瓷粉、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、防老剂。所述的重交沥青为90号重交沥青与70号重交沥青按照4:1的质量比混合。本发明防水卷材适用于绿色建筑种植屋面,耐盐碱性能强,经年使用后不易老化,使用年限长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材及其制备方法,属于防水技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国城市化建设的不断发展,种植屋面越来越普遍,受到多方关注和重视。种植屋面的建设越来越受到人们的喜爱。
种植屋面可以改善城市热岛效应,减低城市排水负荷,提高建筑保温效果,降低能耗,消弱城市噪音, 缓解大气浮尘,净化空气,提高国土资源利用率。
在建筑屋面和地下工程顶板的防水层上铺以种植土,并种植植物,使其起到防水、保温、隔热和生态环保作用的屋面称为种植屋面。种植屋面工程设计应遵循"防、排、蓄植并重,安全、环保、节能、经济,因地制宜"的原则,并考虑施工环境和工艺的可操作性。
种植屋面分为简单式种植屋面和花园式种植屋面。简单式种植屋面仅以地被植物和低矮灌木绿化的屋面。花园式种植屋面以乔木、灌木和地被植物绿化,并设有亭台、园路、园林小品和水池、小溪等,可提供人们进行休闲活动的屋面。
现有技术的种植屋面防水卷材存在以下缺陷:(1)耐盐碱能力低;(2)经年使用后易老化,可被根穿刺,导致漏水。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是针对以上不足,提供一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,实现以下发明目的:提高绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材的耐盐碱性能和抗老化性能。
为实现上述发明目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,所述的防水卷材包括胎基层、预浸油、改性沥青层、隔离层。
所述的预浸油,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
重交沥青70-80份、减二线油15-18份、橡胶7-9份、矿物质填充料4-5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯3-4份、远红外陶瓷粉1-2份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2-4份、防老剂 1.5-2.5份;
所述的重交沥青为90号重交沥青与70号重交沥青按照4:1的质量比混合;
所述的减二线油:比重为0.942,闪点为194℃;
所述的橡胶为粉末丁腈橡胶;
所述的矿物质填充料为纳米硫酸钡;
所述的远红外陶瓷粉:细度为2000目,含水量为7-8%;
所述的防老剂为防老剂8ppd。
所述的改性沥青,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
100号沥青150-160份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯30-35份、芳烃油10-15份、古马隆树脂3-5份、抗氧剂8-9份、石墨烯4-5份、丁基胶颗粒5-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5-6份、油酸酰胺4-5份、水性聚氨酯3-5份。
所述的抗氧剂:为抗氧剂1076;
所述的石墨烯:细度为3000目,含水量为4-5%;
所述的丁基胶颗粒:目数为800目,含水量为5-6%。
所述胎基层为复合铜胎基无纺布;所述复合铜胎基无纺布:基重为220g/㎡,厚度为1.3mm。
所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材的制造方法,包括:
步骤1、制备预浸油
按预浸油配方比例称取各原料;
将重交沥青、减二线油、橡胶、矿物质填充料混合,以350-400rpm速度进行搅拌,搅拌过程中,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯、远红外陶瓷粉、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和防老剂;然后升温至110-120℃,温度保持25-30min,然后降温至30-40℃,放料,然后导入预浸油池中备用。
步骤2、浸油
将预浸油池加热至油温120-125℃,将复合铜胎基无纺布进入预浸油池内浸油10s,然后以15m/s速度牵引出来,并经过挤压辊挤压沥干表层预浸油。
步骤3、制备改性沥青
按改性沥青配方比例改性沥青各原料;
将100号沥青、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯加入反应釜中混合,搅拌,搅拌速度为200-250rpm,搅拌10-15min后,升温至120-125℃,然后依次加入芳烃油、古马隆树脂、抗氧剂、石墨烯,升温,使物料升温至150-160℃,然后依次加入丁基胶颗粒、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、油酸酰胺和水性聚氨酯,将搅拌速度调整到50-60rpm,搅拌30-40min,得到改性沥青,备用。
步骤4、涂覆改性沥青层
将胎基过预浸油后,进行涂覆改性沥青层;将改性沥青分别涂覆在胎基的上下表面,改性沥青层总厚度为1.8-2.2mm。
步骤5、隔离收卷
在改性沥青层两侧分别覆隔离材料,所述的隔离材料为PE隔离膜;覆隔离材料后,将卷材冷却至常温后收卷,得到防水卷材。
与现有技术相比,本发明技术方案具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明防水卷材的耐盐碱能力高,可用于pH8.5-9.2的环境中使用,使用年限超过60年;
(2)本发明防水卷材的耐老化能力强,经过70℃ 180h热老化后,卷材的纵向拉力870N/50mm,横向拉力810N/50mm;
(3)本发明防水卷材的耐根刺效果显著,经过70℃ 180h热老化后,仍可耐竹类和灌木根穿刺。
具体实施方式
实施例1 一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材
所述的防水卷材包括胎基层、预浸油、改性沥青层、隔离层。
所述的预浸油,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
重交沥青70份、减二线油15份、橡胶7份、矿物质填充料4份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯3份、远红外陶瓷粉1份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2份、防老剂 1.5份;
所述的重交沥青为90号重交沥青与70号重交沥青按照4:1的质量比混合;
所述的减二线油:比重为0.942,闪点为194℃;
所述的橡胶为粉末丁腈橡胶;
所述的矿物质填充料为纳米硫酸钡;
所述的远红外陶瓷粉:细度为2000目,含水量为7-8%;
所述的防老剂为防老剂8ppd。
所述的改性沥青,包括以下重量份的原料组分:

步骤3、制备改性沥青

将100号沥青、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯加入反应釜中混合,搅拌,搅拌速度为200rpm,搅拌10min后,升温至120℃,然后依次加入芳烃油、古马隆树脂、抗氧剂、石墨烯,升温,使物料升温至150℃,然后依次加入丁基胶颗粒、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、油酸酰胺和水性聚氨酯,将搅拌速度调整到50rpm,搅拌30min,得到改性沥青,备用。
步骤4、涂覆改性沥青层
将胎基过预浸油后,进行涂覆改性沥青层;将改性沥青分别涂覆在胎基的上下表面,改性沥青层总厚度为1.8mm。
步骤5、隔离收卷
在改性沥青层两侧分别覆隔离材料,所述的隔离材料为PE隔离膜;覆隔离材料后,将卷材冷却至常温后收卷,得到防水卷材。
实施例2一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材
所述的防水卷材包括胎基层、预浸油、改性沥青层、隔离层。
所述的预浸油,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
重交沥青75份、减二线油16份、橡胶7.5份、矿物质填充料4.5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯3.5份、远红外陶瓷粉1.5份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵3份、防老剂 1.8份;
所述的重交沥青为90号重交沥青与70号重交沥青按照4:1的质量比混合;
所述的减二线油:比重为0.942,闪点为194℃;
所述的橡胶为粉末丁腈橡胶;
所述的矿物质填充料为纳米硫酸钡;
所述的远红外陶瓷粉:细度为2000目,含水量为7-8%;
所述的防老剂为防老剂8ppd。
所述的改性沥青,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
100号沥青155份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯32份、芳烃油13份、古马隆树脂4份、抗氧剂8.5份、石墨烯4.5份、丁基胶颗粒5.6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5.6份、油酸酰胺4.5份、水性聚氨酯4份。
所述的抗氧剂:为抗氧剂1076;
所述的石墨烯:细度为3000目,含水量为4-5%;
所述的丁基胶颗粒:目数为800目,含水量为5-6%。
所述胎基层为复合铜胎基无纺布;所述复合铜胎基无纺布:基重为220g/㎡,厚度为1.3mm。
所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材的制造方法,包括:
步骤1、制备预浸油
按预浸油配方比例称取各原料;
将重交沥青、减二线油、橡胶、矿物质填充料混合,以355rpm速度进行搅拌,搅拌过程中,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯、远红外陶瓷粉、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和防老剂;然后升温至115℃,温度保持28min,然后降温至33℃,放料,然后导入预浸油池中备用。
步骤2、浸油
将预浸油池加热至油温123℃,将复合铜胎基无纺布进入预浸油池内浸油10s,然后以15m/s速度牵引出来,并经过挤压辊挤压沥干表层预浸油。
步骤3、制备改性沥青
按改性沥青配方比例改性沥青各原料;
将100号沥青、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯加入反应釜中混合,搅拌,搅拌速度为225rpm,搅拌15min后,升温至125℃,然后依次加入芳烃油、古马隆树脂、抗氧剂、石墨烯,升温,使物料升温至155℃,然后依次加入丁基胶颗粒、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、油酸酰胺和水性聚氨酯,将搅拌速度调整到55rpm,搅拌35min,得到改性沥青,备用。
步骤4、涂覆改性沥青层
将胎基过预浸油后,进行涂覆改性沥青层;将改性沥青分别涂覆在胎基的上下表面,改性沥青层总厚度为1.8-2.2mm。
步骤5、隔离收卷
在改性沥青层两侧分别覆隔离材料,所述的隔离材料为PE隔离膜;覆隔离材料后,将卷材冷却至常温后收卷,得到防水卷材。
实施例3 一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材
所述的防水卷材包括胎基层、预浸油、改性沥青层、隔离层。
所述的预浸油,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
重交沥青80份、减二线油18份、橡胶9份、矿物质填充料5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯4份、远红外陶瓷粉2份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵4份、防老剂 2.5份;
所述的重交沥青为90号重交沥青与70号重交沥青按照4:1的质量比混合;
所述的减二线油:比重为0.942,闪点为194℃;
所述的橡胶为粉末丁腈橡胶;
所述的矿物质填充料为纳米硫酸钡;
所述的远红外陶瓷粉:细度为2000目,含水量为7-8%;
所述的防老剂为防老剂8ppd。
所述的改性沥青,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
100号沥青160份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯35份、芳烃油15份、古马隆树脂5份、抗氧剂9份、石墨烯5份、丁基胶颗粒6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6份、油酸酰胺5份、水性聚氨酯5份。
所述的抗氧剂:为抗氧剂1076;
所述的石墨烯:细度为3000目,含水量为4-5%;
所述的丁基胶颗粒:目数为800目,含水量为5-6%。

将重交沥青、减二线油、橡胶、矿物质填充料混合,以400rpm速度进行搅拌,搅拌过程中,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯、远红外陶瓷粉、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和防老剂;然后升温至120℃,温度保持30min,然后降温至40℃,放料,然后导入预浸油池中备用。
步骤2、浸油
将预浸油池加热至油温125℃,将复合铜胎基无纺布进入预浸油池内浸油10s,然后以15m/s速度牵引出来,并经过挤压辊挤压沥干表层预浸油。
步骤3、制备改性沥青
按改性沥青配方比例改性沥青各原料;
将100号沥青、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯加入反应釜中混合,搅拌,搅拌速度为250rpm,搅拌15min后,升温至125℃,然后依次加入芳烃油、古马隆树脂、抗氧剂、石墨烯,升温,使物料升温至160℃,然后依次加入丁基胶颗粒、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、油酸酰胺和水性聚氨酯,将搅拌速度调整到60rpm,搅拌40min,得到改性沥青,备用。
步骤4、涂覆改性沥青层
将胎基过预浸油后,进行涂覆改性沥青层;将改性沥青分别涂覆在胎基的上下表面,改性沥青层总厚度为2.2mm。
步骤5、隔离收卷
在改性沥青层两侧分别覆隔离材料,所述的隔离材料为PE隔离膜;覆隔离材料后,将卷材冷却至常温后收卷,得到防水卷材。
除特殊说明的外,本发明所述的百分数为质量百分数,所述的比例为质量比。

1.一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的防水卷材包括胎基层、预浸油、改性沥青层、隔离层;所述预浸油包括以下组分:重交沥青、减二线油、橡胶、矿物质填充料、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯、远红外陶瓷粉、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、防老剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的预浸油,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
重交沥青70-80份、减二线油15-18份、橡胶7-9份、矿物质填充料4-5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯3-4份、远红外陶瓷粉1-2份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2-4份、防老剂 1.5-2.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的重交沥青为90号重交沥青与70号重交沥青按照4:1的质量比混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的减二线油:比重为0.942,闪点为194℃;
所述的橡胶为粉末丁腈橡胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的矿物质填充料为纳米硫酸钡;
所述的远红外陶瓷粉:细度为2000目,含水量为7-8%;
所述的防老剂为防老剂8ppd。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的改性沥青,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
100号沥青150-160份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯30-35份、芳烃油10-15份、古马隆树脂3-5份、抗氧剂8-9份、石墨烯4-5份、丁基胶颗粒5-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5-6份、油酸酰胺4-5份、水性聚氨酯3-5份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂:为抗氧剂1076;
所述的石墨烯:细度为3000目,含水量为4-5%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的丁基胶颗粒:目数为800目,含水量为5-6%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述胎基层为复合铜胎基无纺布;所述复合铜胎基无纺布:基重为220g/㎡,厚度为1.3mm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绿色建筑种植屋面的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的防水卷材的制备方法包括制备预浸油、浸油、制备改性沥青、涂覆改性沥青层以及隔离收卷步骤;所述的制备预浸油:将重交沥青、减二线油、橡胶、矿物质填充料混合,以350-400rpm速度进行搅拌,搅拌过程中,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酸甘油酯、远红外陶瓷粉、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和防老剂;然后升温至110-120℃,温度保持25-30min。
