本发明公开了一种新型防火涂料,包含以下质量份数的材料:阻燃聚醚8‑9份,氢氧化铝10‑15份,可膨胀石墨10‑12份,碳纤维5‑7份,云母20‑30份,硅酸铝纤维6‑9份,海泡石7‑9份,去离子水10‑12份。本发明具有防火效果明显,耐高温的性能强,能有效的阻隔火势的蔓延,能够较好的抵抗开裂,同时热传导率低、受热膨胀小、隔热性能好等优点。

本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型防火涂料。
技术背景
施用于可燃性基材表面,用以改变材料表面燃烧特性,阻滞火灾迅速蔓延;或施用于建筑构件上,用以提高构件的耐火极限的特种涂料,称防火涂料。建筑防火是消防科学技术的一个重要领域,而防火涂料又是防火建筑材料中的重要组成部分。防火涂料是指涂装在物体表面,可防止火灾发生,阻止火势蔓延传播或隔离火源,延长基材着火时间或增加绝热性能以推迟结构破坏时间的一类涂料。目前的防火材料防火效果不明显,耐高温的性能较差,易产生开裂。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种防火效果明显,耐高温的性能强,能有效的阻隔火势的蔓延,能够较好的抵抗开裂,同时热传导率低、受热膨胀小、隔热性能好的新型防火涂料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种新型防火涂料,包含以下质量份数的材料:
阻燃聚醚8-9份,氢氧化铝10-15份,可膨胀石墨10-12份,碳纤维5-7份,云母20-30份,硅酸铝纤维6-9份,海泡石7-9份,去离子水10-12份。
上述的新型防火涂料,包含以下质量份数的材料:
阻燃聚醚8.5份,氢氧化铝13份,可膨胀石墨11份,碳纤维6份,云母25份,硅酸铝纤维8份,海泡石8份,去离子水11份。
