Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑内墙涂料工艺制备方法,其工艺步骤如下:(1)复合胶水的配比。将水玻璃和水溶性脲醛树脂胶按2:8 的比例混合,并按胶用量 10 %配制加水,在高温 80 ℃下溶化为液体以备用,(2)胶水制备好后进行粗滤,过滤到搅拌槽内,一边搅拌边加入滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙、石灰乳、氧化锌、硝酸镁、硫酸钠、硬脂铜,(3)按比例加添加剂、助剂,增稠剂、分散剂,防沉剂,然后放在高速搅拌机搅拌 1 一 1.5 小时。如涂料混合均匀后,若泡泡太多可加少量消泡剂再搅拌 1 ‑2 分钟即能消除,(4)把配好的涂料装冬缸内,用低速搅拌然后根据需要添加颜料,并搅拌调匀,即可使用。本发明具有粘接接性强,浓度大,不沉淀,表面光滑,不脱粉,遮盖率高、生产成本低等优点。

本发明涉及到涂料技术领域,具体涉及到了一种建筑内墙涂料工艺制备方法。
背景技术
墙面涂料是指用于建筑墙面起装饰和保护,使建筑墙面美观整洁,同时也能够起到保护建筑墙面,延长其使用寿命的作用。墙面涂料按建筑墙面分类包括内墙涂料和外墙涂料两大部分。内墙涂料注重装饰和环保;外墙涂料注重防护和耐久。墙面涂料除了本身的装饰和保护作用外,也在向丰富多彩、时尚、健康环保趋势发展。人们希望装饰效果流光溢彩 美轮美奂,高贵典雅、浪漫、温馨;也更希望材料本身无污染、健康环保,个性而又富有立体感。所以,粉末涂料将成为未来墙面健康涂料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供了一种建筑内墙涂料工艺制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种建筑内墙涂料工艺制备方法,其工艺步骤如下: (1)复合胶水的配比。将水玻璃和水溶性脲醛树脂胶按2 : 8 的比例混合,并按胶用量 10 %配制加水,在高温 80 ℃下溶化为液体以备用 。
(2)胶水制备好后进行粗滤,过滤到搅拌槽内,一边搅拌边加入滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙、石灰乳、氧化锌、硝酸镁、硫酸钠、硬脂铜。
(3)按比例加添加剂、助剂,增稠剂、分散剂,防沉剂,然后放在高速搅拌机搅拌 1一 1.5 小时。如涂料混合均匀后,若泡泡太多可加少量消泡剂再搅拌 1 -2 分钟即能消除。
(4)把配好的涂料装冬缸内,用低速搅拌然后根据需要添加颜料,并搅拌调匀,即可使用。
采取上述结构,其有益效果在于:本发明具有粘接接性强,浓度大,不沉淀,表面光滑,不脱粉,遮盖率高、生产成本低等优点。

下面对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
一种建筑内墙涂料工艺制备方法,其工艺步骤如下:

实施例一:
一种建筑内墙涂料配方,按份数计其组成原料包括复合胶水3.5份、轻质碳酸钙18份、滑石4.5份、石灰乳 15份、自来水59份、氧化锌3份、硝酸镁2份、硫酸钠1.5份、硬脂铜1份、添加剂1.85份、分散剂0.3份、消泡剂0.1份、防沉剂0.2份、高速分散混合剂0.3份。
实施例二:
一种建筑内墙涂料配方,按份数计其组成原料包括复合胶水4.5份、轻质碳酸钙21份、滑石5份、石灰乳 16份、自来水62份、氧化锌6份、硝酸镁5份、硫酸钠3份、硬脂铜2份、添加剂5.9份、分散剂0.7份、消泡剂0.2份、防沉剂0.5份、高速分散混合剂0.7份。

1.一种建筑内墙涂料工艺制备方法,其特征在于,其工艺步骤如下:
(1)复合胶水的配比。
2.将水玻璃和水溶性脲醛树脂胶按2 : 8 的比例混合,并按胶用量 10 %配制加水,在高温 80 ℃下溶化为液体以备用 。
3.(2)胶水制备好后进行粗滤,过滤到搅拌槽内,一边搅拌边加入滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙、石灰乳、氧化锌、硝酸镁、硫酸钠、硬脂铜。
4.(3)按比例加添加剂、助剂,增稠剂、分散剂,防沉剂,然后放在高速搅拌机搅拌 1 一1.5 小时。
5.如涂料混合均匀后,若泡泡太多可加少量消泡剂再搅拌 1 -2 分钟即能消除。
6.(4)把配好的涂料装冬缸内,用低速搅拌然后根据需要添加颜料,并搅拌调匀,即可使用。
