the limiting plate 731 can effectively limit the connecting rod 741, so that the frame surface formed by the hanging rod 74 and the connecting rod 741 is horizontal, and the hanging mechanism and the hook 742 are conveniently hooked and matched, thereby conveniently realizing the hooking of the basket 70.

putting potatoes into the potato feeding mechanism 40, starting the material supporting mechanism 30 to support the potatoes at the outlet position of the potato feeding mechanism 40, starting the wood pick driving mechanism 20 to move wood picks along the tube length direction of the tube body 20 until the wood sticks are inserted in the potato length direction, powering off the electromagnetic coil 591, resetting the chuck 50 under the elastic resetting force of the resetting spring 592, starting the second motor 503 to rotate the chuck 50 until the potatoes are abutted against the fixed blade 60, realizing the stick inserting operation of the spiral slicing machine for the potatoes, after the potatoes are cut, actuating the finished product material receiving and transferring mechanism to receive the finished product wood picks, powering on the electromagnetic coil 591 to separate the wood picks from the disk surface of the chuck 50, actuating the finished product material receiving and transferring mechanism to transfer the finished product material to the finished product supporting mechanism until the basket 70 is filled, and after the basket 70 is completely filled, starting the hanging mechanism to hang the basket 70, hanging the basket 70 into the water tank, washing the spirally sliced finished product, discharging the basket 70 and the hanging mechanism after washing, and packaging the washed finished product.
A method for helically slicing potatoes is described, comprising the steps of:
A. selecting potatoes with uniform size and no scars on the surfaces, and cleaning and peeling the potatoes;
B. putting peeled potatoes on a material conveying belt 45, and starting a spiral elevator 44 and a feeding frame 42 to guide the peeled potatoes into a discharge pipe 48;
C. starting the first air cylinder 32 of the material supporting mechanism 30 to enable the material supporting rods 31 to be close to the outlet of the discharge pipe 48 of the potato feeding mechanism 40, enabling the shifting block 312 to abut against the shifting sheet 431 of the driving roller 43 to enable the material shifting roller 41 to rotate, and enabling the single peeled potatoes to be guided into the two material supporting rods 31 from the outlet of the discharge pipe 48;
D. manually pulling the pull rod 16 downwards to place the stick in the box body 11, resetting the first air cylinder 32, starting the first motor to rotate the circulating conveying chain 23 to enable one end of the stick to be inserted into the peeled potatoes, powering off the electromagnetic coil 591 to enable the chuck 50 to be close to the baffle 56 to clamp the peeled potatoes, enabling the inserting pins 52 of the chuck 50 to be inserted into one end of the peeled potatoes, starting the second motor 503 to enable the chuck 50 to rotate, and when the movable support 53 slides along the sliding rod 54 and is close to the baffle 56, the linkage mechanism drives the sliding rod 54 to be positioned on the fixed support 55 to rotate and the baffle 56 to be positioned on the chuck 50 to form avoidance until all the spirals of the peeled potatoes are cut completely;
E. starting a third motor 104 of the finished product receiving and transferring mechanism to rotate the receiving rod 101, enabling an opening 1031 of a receiving block 103 to be located at the front end of the chuck 50, supporting the spirally sliced wooden sticks, electrifying the electromagnetic coil 591 to reset the chuck 50, starting the third motor 104 to reversely rotate the receiving rod 101, starting a second air cylinder 106 to enable the receiving rod 101 to slide along the sliding rail 105 until the receiving rod moves to the upper end side of a sliding guide rod 111 of the sliding guide frame 110, starting the third motor 104 to enable the sliding guide rod 111 to rotate, and enabling the wooden sticks in the opening 1031 of the receiving block 103 to fall onto a sliding guide plate 112 of the sliding guide frame 110 to enable the wooden sticks to slide into the hanging basket 70;
F. repeating step C, D, E until basket 70 is filled;
G. starting a hanging mechanism, drawing out the basket 70 filled with the finished product from the fixed frame body 130 until the basket is transferred to the upper part of the water tank, so that the basket 70 is immersed in the water tank, and the basket 70 moves along the length direction of the water tank until the basket 70 is lifted from the notch of the water tank;
H. and (5) draining and packing the finished product in the basket 70 immersed with water, placing the empty basket 70 in the fixed frame 130, and repeating the steps G to H.
