背景技术
近年来永磁电机的应用得到广泛推广,特别是稀土永磁电机具有结构简单,运行可靠,体积小,质量轻,损耗小,效率高,电机的形状和尺寸可以灵活多样等显著优点。因而应用范围极为广泛,几乎遍及航空航天,国防,工农业生产和日常生活的各个领域。随着永磁电机及电力电子技术的发展,电机可采用永磁同步电机,以提高整个系统的性能。影响永磁电机的低速平稳性的主要原因是电机低速运行时的脉动转矩,电机齿槽引起的齿槽转矩,是脉动转矩的重要组成部分。永磁电机转子铁芯采用合理的槽形,改善气隙磁场波形,消弱齿槽转矩,增强永磁转子的能量密度,增强永磁电机的低速平稳性是一个重要课题,其中,转子结构形式的选取在永磁电机设计中占有重要地位。
发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种改善气隙磁场波形,消弱齿槽转矩,增大电机输出转矩,增强电机的低速平稳性的永磁电机转子。
本发明的一种消弱齿槽转矩的永磁电机转子,包括转轴,左压板,导磁芯体,矩形永磁体,右压板,压紧螺母;所述的导磁芯体是由矽钢片冲片叠压而成,在导磁芯体内沿圆周有多对极,在每一极内开有矩形槽,在矩形槽内安装矩形永磁体;其特征在于在导磁芯体内每一极的矩形槽外下方开有一个等宽的W型槽。
本发明的永磁电机转子,是在转子铁芯内增加合理的等宽的W型槽,能改善气隙磁场波形,消弱齿槽转矩,增大电机输出转矩,增强电机的低速平稳性。具的工艺成熟,结构简单,电机效率高,比功率大等优点,特别适用于电动汽车用永磁同步电机。
